Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hydrogen water production apparatus and a hydrogen water production method for performing a process of generating active hydrogen using water obtained by condensing moisture in air as raw water.
In recent years, hydrogen water is a solution in which active hydrogen is dissolved at a high concentration in drinking water and is useful from a medical standpoint, such as reducing and removing active oxygen that is harmful to human health. Have been widely consumed for beverages and the like.
An apparatus for producing hydrogen water in which hydrogen is dissolved is disclosed in
By the way, in
The hydrogen water beverage supply device of
The present invention has been made in view of the above points. The object of the present invention is to generate hydrogen water in which active hydrogen is dissolved using raw water that does not become depleted for a long period of time. It is to enable stable production of hydrogen water.
In order to achieve the above-described object, the configuration of the hydrogen water production apparatus of the present invention includes a dew condensation device that generates condensed water by condensing moisture in the air, and a hydrogen generation reaction to the dew condensation water. The hydrogen hydration processing apparatus which produces | generates the hydrogen water which dissolved active hydrogen, the filter unit which removes an impurity from this hydrogen water, and makes this hydrogen water, and stores this hydrogen water as drinking water It is characterized by comprising a drinking water server to be supplied.
Here, hydrogen water is obtained by dissolving active hydrogen, which is a highly reactive hydrogen species, at a high concentration, and is used for beverages and the like. In order to generate hydrogen water, a reducing metal is reacted with water, but active hydrogen can also be generated by electrolysis. The water is pure water that does not contain impurities. When the moisture in the air is condensed and this condensed water is used, the source of water is not depleted.
In order to condense the moisture contained in the air, for example, the air may be cooled below the dew point and attached to the dew condensation panel. The dew condensation device used for this purpose is provided with a dew condensation panel in the chamber, and the temperature is controlled so that the temperature on one side of the panel is raised above the dew point and the other side is below the dew point. . As a result, the dew condensation water adheres to the panel and grows up, is caused to flow down by the action of gravity, is collected by the water collector, and is supplied to the hydrogenation apparatus. Here, depending on the processing capacity of the dew condensation device, for example, from the air having a humidity of about 65%, if the dew condensation water is about 1 liter per hour, it can be easily manufactured. Condensed water obtained from air is pure water that is substantially free of impurities or similar to pure water.
In the hydrotreating apparatus, active hydrogen in which active hydrogen is abundantly dissolved is generated by causing a hydrogen generation reaction in the dew condensation water as raw material water. In order to cause a hydrogen generation reaction, a reducing metal such as magnesium is preferably used. For example, it is desirable from the viewpoint of handling and the like that a metal magnesium powder mixed with clay and fired is used as a catalyst as a reaction substrate for hydrogen generation. This catalyst only needs to be put into the hydrotreating apparatus and can be easily recovered. Condensed water supplied from the dew condensation device is supplied to the hydrohydration device as treatment water, and active hydrogen is generated by the action of the hydrogen generation catalyst in the hydrogen hydration device, and the active hydrogen is dissolved. Hydrogen water is produced.
Condensed water as treatment water is pure water substantially free of impurities. However, dew condensation water is generated from the air, and very small foreign matters are suspended in the air as particles. In addition, various bacteria such as bacteria and viruses may be floating. For this reason, in order to make safe drinking water, it is necessary to remove these foreign substances from hydrogen water. For this purpose, a filter unit is provided in the front stage or the rear stage of the hydrotreating apparatus, and the aforementioned impurities are removed by filtration to purify the water. Furthermore, it may be necessary to deodorize good quality drinking water. Therefore, the filter unit is composed of one or a plurality of filters, but it is desirable to use a combination of a reverse osmosis membrane (RO) filter and a carbon filter as the function of the filter. And since it is used as drinking water, it may be desirable to add a mineral etc. Therefore, activated carbon can be used as a kind of filter. In addition, when a hollow fiber membrane is used, radioactive substances and the like can be removed. Thus, by passing through the reverse osmosis membrane filter, the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) becomes about -200 mV.
Here, the treatment water for generating the hydrogen water is condensed water, and impurities or the like are not dissolved in the condensed water itself. However, there is a possibility that impurities floating in the air after dew condensation are mixed in the dew condensation water treated by the hydrogenation treatment apparatus. For this reason, the impurities etc. filtered by the filter unit are very small. Therefore, the load of the filter constituting the filter unit is extremely small, and the degree of deterioration of the filter function is suppressed, and the service life is extended and the replacement frequency can be reduced.
Hydrogen water in which the active hydrogen generated as described above is dissolved is supplied from a drinking water server. Here, the drinking water server includes a hydrogen water supply tank and a supply cock, and it is desirable to adjust the temperature of the drinking water during supply. This water temperature adjustment can be made into two systems, for example, cold water of about 4 to 10 ° C. and hot water of 70 to 95 ° C. or more.
In addition, the invention of the method for producing hydrogen water is made into raw water by condensing the condensed water produced by dew condensation of moisture in the air, and active hydrogen is dissolved by causing a hydrogen generation reaction to this raw water. Hydrogen water is generated, and impurities are removed from the hydrogen water using a filter.
By using condensed water obtained by condensing moisture in the air as raw water, there is no need for a source of raw water, and hydrogen water is generated from water with a low impurity concentration. In addition, hydrogen water can be produced at a low cost.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the overall configuration of the hydrogen water production apparatus.
In the housing, the
A
Here, the
Although the
In the
From the above, the

Here, hydrogen water may be stored in the
Further, in the figure,
In the
Here, the dew condensation water is pure water that does not contain impurities or the like, but the dew condensation water from the
However, the hydrogen water in the
As described above, by driving the
Here, the raw water is not tap water, but is dewed water that condenses moisture present in the air, so it is always possible to supply water, and even when water is shut down due to natural disasters, the supply of drinking water is cut off. It will never be. Moreover, since it is safe water from which impurities and fouling substances have been removed by the
