Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat provided with a side frame provided with a deformation starting point.
Some vehicle seats are provided with a groove (deformation starting point) on a side frame that constitutes a part of the seat back frame. For example, as shown in FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1 below, the groove (deformation starting point) is provided at the lower end of the side frame, is formed in a substantially C shape, and is open to the rear of the vehicle. When an impact force is applied to the seat back frame at the time of rear-end collision of the vehicle, the impact force applied to the seat back frame is absorbed by the side frame deforming from the groove. Thereby, it can suppress that an impact force is input into the reclining unit provided in a side frame, for example.
However, in the above-described vehicle seat, although the portion where the side frame is deformed can be set by the groove portion, it is difficult to adjust the deformation amount of the side frame only by the groove portion. In particular, if the side frame is deformed too much, the side frame may break.
In view of the above-described facts, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat capable of suppressing the side frame from being deformed excessively when an impact force is applied to the seat back frame at the time of a rear collision.
The vehicle seat according to claim 1 is provided on at least one of a pair of side frames constituting a part of a seat back frame serving as a skeleton of the seat back and the pair of side frames, and the seat back at the time of a rear collision. A deformation starting point that is a starting point when the side frame is deformed by an impact force applied to the frame, and the side frame that is provided with the deformation starting point, and the deformation starting point of the side frame is the starting point. The deformation of the side frame is suppressed more than the reference amount by contacting the contacted member provided on the seat back frame when the displacement amount of the side frame reaches the reference amount. Deformation suppression means.
In the vehicle seat according to the first aspect, the seat back frame includes a pair of side frames. At least one of the pair of side frames is provided with a deformation starting point, and when an impact force is applied to the seat back frame at the time of a rear collision, the side frame is deformed starting from the deformation starting point.
Here, the side frame provided with the deformation starting point portion is provided with a deformation suppressing means, and the deformation suppressing means allows deformation starting from the deformation starting point portion of the side frame. For this reason, since the impact energy applied to the seat back frame at the time of the rear collision is used for the deformation of the side frame, the impact force applied to the seat back frame can be absorbed. Thereby, it can suppress that an impact force is input into the reclining unit provided in a side frame, for example.
In addition, when the amount of displacement of the side frame reaches the reference value, the deformation suppressing means comes into contact with the contacted member provided in the seat back frame, thereby suppressing the deformation of the side frame. Thereby, it can suppress that a side frame deform | transforms too much. In addition, when the deformation suppressing means comes into contact with the contacted member, the impact force applied to the side frame is transmitted to the contacted contact member via the deformation suppressing means. For this reason, also in this case, it can suppress that an impact force is input into the reclining unit.
A vehicle seat according to a second aspect is the vehicle seat according to the first aspect, wherein the deformation suppressing means is connected to the side frame so as to be relatively movable following the deformation of the side frame. Yes.
In the vehicle seat according to claim 2, since the deformation suppressing means is connected to the side frame so as to be relatively movable following the deformation of the side frame, when the side frame is deformed, the deformation suppressing means Moves relative to the side frame according to the deformation of the side frame. Thereby, since the deformation | transformation suppression means is moved along the movement locus | trajectory of the set deformation | transformation suppression means, a deformation | transformation suppression means can be made to contact | abut to a to-be-contacted member reliably.
A vehicle seat according to a third aspect is the vehicle seat according to the first or second aspect, wherein the deformation suppressing means is pivotally connected to the side frame and is associated with the side frame. The engagement portion is configured to include a contact portion configured to be able to contact the contacted member, and the deformation is performed by the engagement portion moving following the deformation of the side frame. The restraining means is rotated so that the abutting portion abuts on the abutted member.
In the vehicle seat according to the third aspect, the deformation suppressing means is rotatably connected to the side frame. The deformation suppressing means includes an engaging portion and a contact portion. The engaging portion is engaged with the side frame and moves following the deformation of the side frame. Further, the abutting portion is configured to be able to abut on the abutted member, and when the engaging portion moves, the deformation suppressing means is rotated so that the abutting portion abuts on the abutting member.
For this reason, when the contact portion comes into contact with the contacted member, the rotational force acts on the deformation suppressing means by the reaction force acting on the deformation suppressing means from the contacted member, and the side frame is generated by the rotational force. Can be suppressed. Accordingly, for example, the deformation suppression unit and the contacted member are acted on by the length from the rotation center of the deformation suppression unit to the engaging portion and the length from the rotation center of the deformation suppression unit to the contact portion. Since the stress value changes, it is possible to easily design the deformation suppressing means and the deformation suppressing means corresponding to the bending strength of the contacted member.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle seat according to the third aspect, the length from the rotation center of the deformation suppression means to the engagement portion is from the rotation center of the deformation suppression means. The length is set shorter than the length to the contact portion.
In the vehicle seat according to claim 4, the length from the rotation center of the deformation suppression means to the engaging portion of the deformation suppression means is the length from the rotation center of the deformation suppression means to the contact portion of the deformation suppression means. Since the length is set shorter than the above, the force acting on the contacted member from the contact portion when the contact portion contacts the contacted member can be reduced. Thereby, a deformation | transformation of a side frame can be suppressed efficiently.
A vehicle seat according to a fifth aspect is the vehicle seat according to the third or fourth aspect, wherein a rotation center portion of the deformation suppressing means is fastened to the side frame by a fastening member.
In the vehicle seat according to claim 5, since the rotation center portion of the deformation suppressing unit is fastened to the side frame by the fastening member, the impact force applied to the seat back frame is the deformation suppressing unit by the fastening member. When the fastening force between the side frame and the bending strength of the side foam is greater, the deformation of the side frame is started. Thereby, since the impact energy applied to the seat back frame is used for the rotation of the deformation suppressing means against the fastening force and the deformation of the side frame, the impact force applied to the seat back frame is effectively used. Can be absorbed. Therefore, for example, it is possible to effectively prevent an impact force from being input to the reclining unit.
A vehicle seat according to a sixth aspect is the vehicle seat according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the vehicle seat is provided at a lower end portion of the pair of side frames, and the seat back can be tilted. A pair of reclining units to be supported on each other and a connecting shaft for connecting the pair of reclining units, and the contacted member is the connecting shaft.
In the vehicle seat according to the sixth aspect, the reclining units are respectively provided at the lower ends of the pair of side frames, and the reclining units are connected by a connecting shaft. Here, the connecting shaft is a contacted member. Thereby, it can suppress that a side frame deform | transforms too much using a connecting shaft with comparatively high bending strength.
The vehicle seat according to a seventh aspect is the vehicle seat according to the sixth aspect, wherein the deformation suppressing means is provided at a lower end portion of the side frame.
In the vehicle seat according to the seventh aspect, since the deformation suppressing means is provided at the lower end portion of the side frame, the deformation suppressing means can be reduced in size.
According to the vehicle seat of the first aspect, it is possible to suppress the side frame from being deformed excessively when an impact force is applied to the seat back frame at the time of a rear collision.
According to the vehicle seat of the second aspect, the deformation suppressing means can be reliably brought into contact with the contacted member.
According to the vehicle seat of the third aspect, the degree of freedom in designing the deformation suppressing means can be expanded.
According to the vehicle seat of the fourth aspect, the deformation of the side frame can be efficiently suppressed.
According to the vehicle seat of the fifth aspect, for example, it is possible to effectively suppress the impact force from being input to the reclining unit connected to the seat back frame.
According to the vehicle seat of the sixth aspect, it is possible to suppress the side frame from being deformed excessively by using the connecting shaft of the reclining mechanism.
According to the vehicle seat of the seventh aspect, the deformation suppressing means can be reduced in size.

As shown in FIG. 1, the

As shown in FIG. 2, the seat back 40 is provided in a state where the seat back 40 stands on the vehicle rear end portion of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the seat back
As shown in FIG. 3, a
The vehicle rear portion at the boundary between the
Here, when an impact force (impact load) is applied to the seat back
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the seat back

A
The
The
Here, since the
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the length L1 from the rotation center of the inner bracket 60 (the axial center of the fastening bolt 70) to the hook portion 64 (the contact portion of the
Further, a
Next, functions and effects in the present embodiment will be described.
In the
The
Further, the
When the impact force acting on the
At this time, the portion of the
When the displacement amount of the
Here, as described above, the
Further, when the displacement amount of the
Further, the
The
For this reason, when the inner peripheral portion of the
Further, the length L1 from the rotation center of the
Further, the
Further, the
An
Further, the
Further, the insertion hole 53 (fastening bolt 70) is disposed below the
In the present embodiment, when the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, the
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, the vehicle rear portion of the
