本発明の噴霧装置と従来のエアゾール式噴霧器との比較を行った。
本発明における装置は、既出の図5、図6のタイプの噴霧装置で、定量噴霧型ポンプ1による噴霧器を備えている。エアゾール式噴霧器は、図17に示したようなレバー15を押し下げることにより噴射されるタイプのエアゾールである。いずれのタイプもレバー15を下げた時の噴射角度の中心は約80°に設計されている。
本発明品は1回のレバー操作で、定量0.1ccの薬液が噴射されるが、エアゾール式噴霧器では定量噴射式ではなく、レバー15を押している時間だけ噴霧がなされる。
本発明の噴射装置では容量150mLのポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂製の薬液貯蔵部8を用い、薬液を充填した。エアゾール式噴霧器は、容量150mLのエアゾール缶36にジメチルエーテル(噴射ガス)と薬液原液が40対60(重量)になるように充填し作製した。各噴霧器の噴射孔の孔径は0.3mmのものを用いた。
薬液の組成は、カキノキ抽出液2.5g、リラックスグリーン系香料(青葉アルコール、青葉アルデヒド配合)2.5gを99度エタノール35mL、精製水15mLに溶解させ芳香・消臭薬液とした。
容積が約10mの空間の床面中央部に、本発明の噴霧装置とエアゾール式噴霧器とを設置し、かかる芳香・消臭薬液を噴霧・比較した。本発明の噴霧装置ではレバーを1回押し、エアゾール式噴霧器では、実使用を想定して試験者が適当と思われる任意の時間、レバーを押し、噴霧した。
5人の試験者(A〜E)が、両方の噴霧器を用い、同一の空間で噴霧を行い、噴霧1分後の空間の匂いの強度と床面の濡れを調べた結果を表1に示す。
(評価は、○:匂いの強さに問題ない。床面の濡れはない。△:匂いの強さが若干弱い。×:匂いの強さが強すぎる。床面に濡れが認められる。で示した。)

In the product of the present invention, a fixed amount of 0.1 cc of a chemical solution is injected by a single lever operation, but an aerosol type sprayer is not a fixed injection type and sprays only for the time the lever 15 is pressed.
In the injection device of the present invention, a chemical solution storage unit 8 made of polyethylene terephthalate resin having a capacity of 150 mL was used and filled with a chemical solution. The aerosol type sprayer was prepared by filling an aerosol can 36 having a capacity of 150 mL so that dimethyl ether (injection gas) and a chemical solution stock were 40 to 60 (weight). A spray hole having a diameter of 0.3 mm was used for each sprayer.
The composition of the chemical solution was 2.5 g of oyster extract and 2.5 g of relaxing green fragrance (containing green leaf alcohol and green leaf aldehyde) dissolved in 35 mL of 99 ° ethanol and 15 mL of purified water to obtain an aroma / deodorant chemical solution.
The spray device of the present invention and an aerosol sprayer were installed at the center of the floor of a space having a volume of about 10 m 3 , and the fragrance and deodorant chemicals were sprayed and compared. In the spraying device of the present invention, the lever was pushed once, and in the aerosol type sprayer, the lever was pushed and sprayed for an arbitrary time that was considered appropriate by the tester assuming actual use.
