(Embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a configuration of a power module that is a joined body according to an embodiment of the present invention. A
The
The
The
The
The
The
As the
The aluminum brazing
Examples of the aluminum brazing
Further, for example, it contains 12 to 22% by mass of copper, 7 to 9% by mass of silicon, 0.2 to 1% by mass of magnesium, and 69 to 77% by mass of aluminum described in Japanese Patent No. 3398204. A brazing material can be suitably used.
Further, for example, as described in Japanese Patent No. 3168227, 50 to 80 mass% aluminum, 5 to 50 mass% germanium, 4 to 10 mass% silicon, 0.5 to 5 mass% magnesium,. A brazing material containing 5 to 25% by mass of copper and 0.5 to 10% by mass of nickel can be preferably used.
Furthermore, 10-40 mass% copper, 10-40 mass% silver, 0.1-5 mass% magnesium, and 40-49 mass% aluminum described in Japanese Patent No. 3398203 will be contained. A brazing material containing 10 to 40 mass% germanium, 10 to 40 mass% silver, 2 to 10 mass% silicon, 0.1 to 5 mass% magnesium, and 40 to 49 mass% aluminum. It can be used suitably.
In the aluminum-based
Further, in the aluminum-based
As a method for disposing the
The brazing of the

Then, the
The
As shown in FIG. 1, when the

The heated compressed gas is converted into a supersonic flow (about 340 m / s or more) by a
After forming the
After the formation of the
Thereafter, the
The
In the present embodiment, the

The
The
The
In this modification, the
Further, as a modified example of the present embodiment, as the
The
The
The
