Abstract
【解決手段】可動装置30における収納スペース41に薄型TVやフォトフレームなどの好みの電気機器を設置した状態で、その電気機器を動作させることが可能となる。よって、可動装置30に設置される電気機器の選択の自由度を向上させることができる。また、引き戸(可動装置30)はスライド移動可能であるため、引き戸、ひいては電気機器の位置をユーザの好みに合わせて変更可能である。

また、上記構成において、前記可動装置には、前記電気機器を設置可能な配置台が形成されることが好ましい。
また、上記構成において、前記2次コイルは、前記可動装置の移動方向に沿って複数配置されるとともに、前記1次コイルにおける前記可動装置の移動方向に対応する長さをA、前記2次コイルの前記移動方向の長さをC、前記2次コイルの間隔をBとした場合にA>B+2Cを満たすようにA、B及びCが設定されることが好ましい。
また、上記構成において、前記可動装置は、閉じた状態で2つの空間を仕切るとともに、開いた状態で物体の通り抜けを可能とする開閉体であることが好ましい。
また、上記構成において、前記可動装置は台車であることが好ましい。
また、上記構成において、前記高周波インバータは1石電圧共振型であることが好ましい。
以下、本発明の非接触給電システムを具体化した第1の実施形態を図1〜図6を参照しつつ説明する。
(給電装置)
非接触給電装置10は、高周波インバータ11と、1次コイルL1とを備える。
(可動装置)
可動装置30は、複数の2次コイルL2と、2次コイルL2と同数の2次側並列共振コンデンサC3と、2次コイルL2と同数の整流回路31と、単一の電圧安定化回路32と、内蔵型給電装置33とを備える。
内蔵型給電装置33は、高周波インバータ38と、給電用コイルL3とを備える。高周波インバータ38は、電圧安定化回路32からの電流を高周波電流に変換し、その高周波電流を給電用コイルL3に供給する。これにより、給電用コイルL3から交番磁束が発生する。
図3(a)に示すように、本例では、可動装置30は、家庭内の部屋間を区切る引き戸として構成されている。引き戸は、例えば木材、ガラス、プラスチック又は壁材等からなる厚さ40mmの長方形の板状に形成される。
また、図3(a)の右下の収納スペース41部分に示すように、収納スペース41に電気機器40が設置されない場合には、収納スペース41に応じた外形を有する意匠部材45が嵌め込まれてもよい。意匠部材45を収納スペース41に嵌め込むことで、外観からは普通の引き戸に見える。特に、意匠部材45を板状に形成することで、収納スペース41に電気機器40を設置した状態で、その電気機器40を外から隠すことができる。
本例では、一対の可動装置30a,30b(引き戸)は、引き戸枠47に左右方向にスライド可能に嵌め込まれている。左右方向に延びる引き戸枠47の中央において、可動装置30aの右端面と可動装置30bの左端面とが接した状態にあるとき、可動装置30a,30bによって部屋が仕切られた閉状態となる。この状態から両可動装置30a,30bを互いに離間する開方向に移動させることで、人等が部屋間を移動可能な開状態となる。
(1)可動装置30における収納スペース41に薄型TVやフォトフレームなどの好みの電気機器を設置した状態で、その電気機器を動作させることが可能となる。よって、可動装置30に設置される電気機器の選択の自由度を向上させることができる。
(8)電圧安定化回路32には内蔵型給電装置33が接続されている。この内蔵型給電装置33を通じて、収納スペース41に設置される携帯端末等に非接触で給電することができる。このため、収納スペース41に携帯端末等を設置するだけで、携帯端末等の充電が可能となるため、利便性を向上させることができる。
(10)既存のレール部46a,46b又は引き戸枠47に嵌め込まれている通常の引き戸を可動装置30に取り替えるだけで、簡単に電気機器に電力供給可能な引き戸を実現することができる。また、既存のレール部46a,46bを利用できるため、非接触給電システムのために新たにレール部46a,46b等を設ける必要がない。
以下、本発明の第2の実施形態について、図7を参照して説明する。この実施形態の非接触給電システムは、可動装置が台車であること、及び給電装置の位置が上記第1の実施形態と異なっている点を除き、上記第1の実施形態とほぼ同様に構成される。以下、第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に説明する。
(12)電気機器を載せた状態で可動装置50を移動させて、両コイルL1,L2を対向した状態とすることで電気機器への給電が可能となる。このように、プラグ等の配線接続を行うことなく、容易に電気機器の位置を変更することができる。
(第3の実施形態)
以下、本発明の第3の実施形態について、図8を参照して説明する。この実施形態の非接触給電システムは、可動装置がスライドボードである点を除き、上記第1の実施形態とほぼ同様に構成される。以下、第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に説明する。
(14)可動装置60を、壁に取り付けられるガイドレール61に沿って移動させることで、電気機器40(例えばTV)を好みの位置に簡単に移動させることができる。従って、利便性を向上させることができる。
・第1の実施形態においては、可動装置30は引き戸であったが引き戸と同様に往復移動する開閉体であれば、引き戸に限らず、窓ガラス、障子、ふすま、間仕切り壁、什器のスライド扉であってもよい。
・第1の実施形態においては、可動装置30の収納スペース41に電気機器40が設置されていた。しかし、この構成に限らず、図11に示すように、可動装置70に配置台71を取り付け、この配置台71に電気機器40を設置してもよい。配置台71は、可動装置70の面に対して直交するように、半円板状に形成されている。この配置台71の数、形状又はサイズは、設置される電気機器40に応じて変更可能である。例えば、配置台を装着可能に可動装置30に穴が形成されていてもよい。本構成における可動装置70から電気機器40への給電方法は、上記第1の実施形態と同様に、可動装置70に設けられるコンセントに電気機器40のプラグが挿し込まれる構成であってもよいし、可動装置70に設けられる内蔵型給電装置33を通じて非接触で給電される構成であってもよい。本構成によれば、比較的サイズの大きい電気機器40に対しても給電することができる。
さらに、図13に示すように、上側のガイドレール65のみ設けてもよい。可動装置60は、そのガイドレール65に吊り下げられた状態でスライド可能に支持される。本例では、3つの可動装置60が設けられ、中央の可動装置60がTVであって、その左右の可動装置60がスピーカである。それぞれの可動装置60の位置を調整することで好みの音響状態を実現することができる。また、天井空間を有効に活用できる。
・上記各実施形態においては、非接触給電装置10から可動装置30,50,60に電磁誘導を利用して給電を行っていたが、給電方式はこれに限らず、例えば、磁気共鳴を利用して給電を行ってもよい。また、電界や電磁波を利用する給電方式であってもよい。
・上記各実施形態においては、電圧安定化回路32は、整流回路31からの電圧を商用電圧と同一の電圧に変換していた。しかし、電圧安定化回路32は、電圧を商用電圧と異なる電圧に変換してもよい。この場合には、変圧器等が別に必要となる。
次に、前記実施形態から把握できる技術的思想をその効果と共に記載する。
(ロ)請求項1又は2に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、前記可動装置は、フレキシブルな構造物に取り付けられることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。
Claims (14)
- 高周波電流が供給されることで交番磁束を発生させる1次コイルを有する給電装置と、
前記交番磁束を介して誘起電圧を発生させる2次コイルを有する可動装置と、を備えた非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記給電装置は固定的に設置され、
前記可動装置は、前記給電装置に対して移動可能に構成されるとともに、ユーザによって選択された電気機器が着脱可能に構成され、装着された前記電気機器に前記2次コイルを通じて受電した電力を供給可能に構成されることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項1に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記可動装置は、一定範囲をスライド可能にガイドレールに保持され、
前記給電装置は前記可動装置の可動範囲に対応する位置に設けられることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記可動装置には前記電気機器を収納する収納スペースが形成されることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記可動装置には、前記電気機器を設置可能な配置台が形成されることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記1次コイル又は前記2次コイルには、共振コンデンサが直列又は並列に設けられることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記2次コイルは、前記可動装置の移動方向に沿って複数配置されるとともに、
前記1次コイルにおける前記可動装置の移動方向に対応する長さをA、前記2次コイルの前記移動方向の長さをC、前記2次コイルの間隔をBとした場合にA>B+2Cを満たすようにA、B及びCが設定されることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項2に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記可動装置は一つ又は複数の仕様を持ち、
前記可動装置は前記ガイドレールから着脱可能に構成されることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項2又は7に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記可動装置は、閉じた状態で2つの空間を仕切るとともに、開いた状態で物体の通り抜けを可能とする開閉体であることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項2、7又は8に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記ガイドレールは壁、天井又は床に設けられることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項1に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記可動装置は台車であることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記2次コイルの出力を整流する整流回路と、
前記整流回路からの電圧を商用電圧と同一の電圧に変換して、その変換した電圧を前記電気機器に供給する単数又は複数の電圧安定化回路と、を備えたことを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記1次コイルに供給される前記高周波電流を生成する高周波インバータを備え、
前記高周波インバータは共振型であることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項12に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記高周波インバータは1石電圧共振型であることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記電気機器は、他の電気機器に非接触で電力を供給する非接触給電装置であることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。
