Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet device for discharging/cutting off water with the operation of an operation handle and the detecting/non-detecting operation of a detecting sensor while enabling easy and adequate flow control of the water.SOLUTION: A faucet device 1 includes a hot water-water mixing valve, the detecting sensor and a solenoid valve 10. The hot water-water mixing valve can discharge/cut off water from a water supply pipe to a hose in a changeable manner. The detecting sensor detects whether a detected object approaches a water discharge port with which the hose is communicated, or not. The solenoid valve 10 of a continuous current type is provided in a bypass pipe between the water supply pipe and the hose, and it is opened when a current is supplied and closed when the supply of the current is stopped. In a power supply system 29 for the solenoid valve 10, a head part switch 30 and a mixing valve switch 31 are provided. The head part switch 30 precludes the supply of the current when a head part 24 of a water discharge pipe 9 having the water discharge port is removed from a base part. The mixing valve switch 31 precludes the supply of the current when the hot water-water mixing valve is opened.

Description

The present invention relates to a faucet device that discharges and stops water using a manually operated valve and an electromagnetic valve that is continuously supplied with a current while a detection sensor detects a detected object.

Conventionally, as a faucet device, a faucet device that discharges / stops water by opening / closing a water discharge valve by manual operation of an operation handle, detecting a detection object of a detection sensor, and opening / closing a water discharge valve by non-detection (for example, patent Reference 1) is used. The faucet device shown in this Patent Document 1 opens and closes the water discharge pipe provided with a water discharge port at the tip, the detection sensor that detects whether or not a detection object approaches the water discharge port, A water discharge valve that changes water discharge and water stop from the water discharge port, a solenoid that opens the water discharge valve when the detection sensor detects that the detected object has approached, and a swingable operation handle are provided. The operation handle swings between a state in which the solenoid operates the water discharge valve and a state in which the solenoid and the water discharge valve are electrically disconnected to forcibly open the water discharge valve. Is displaced.

In the water faucet device described above, the operation handle is positioned so that the solenoid operates the water discharge valve, and when the detection sensor detects the detected object, the solenoid opens the water discharge valve, and water is discharged from the water discharge port. Water is discharged. In the water faucet device described above, if the operation handle is positioned in a state where the solenoid operates the water discharge valve, and the detection sensor does not detect the detected object, the solenoid closes the water discharge valve and discharges the water. Stop water from the water outlet. Furthermore, the water faucet device discharges water from the water discharge port when the operation handle is positioned in a state in which the operation handle is shut off between the solenoid and the water discharge valve to forcibly open the water discharge valve.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 03-40364

By the way, since the water faucet device described in Patent Document 1 operates one water discharge valve with a solenoid and an operation handle, the water discharge amount is not stable, and it is difficult to adjust the flow rate of water appropriately.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and even when water is discharged or stopped by operation of the operation handle and detection / non-detection of the detection object of the detection sensor, an appropriate flow rate of water It is an object of the present invention to provide a faucet device that makes it possible to easily perform the adjustment.

In order to achieve the above object, the water faucet device according to the present invention includes a water supply pipe connected to a water supply source and a water discharge pipe connected to a water discharge port of the water discharge pipe, and the water discharge from the water supply pipe. It is provided in a manually operated valve that can change water discharge and water stop to the pipe, a detection sensor that detects whether or not a detection object approaches the water discharge port, and a bypass pipe connected to the water supply pipe and the water discharge pipe. And a continuously energized solenoid valve that opens when current is supplied and closes when supply of the current is stopped, and supplies current to the solenoid valve when the detection sensor detects the detected object. The water faucet device is characterized in that the current cannot be supplied when the manual operation valve is opened, and the current can be supplied when the manual operation valve is closed.

In the water faucet device, when the manually operated valve is opened, it becomes impossible to supply current to the solenoid valve. Therefore, even if the solenoid valve is opened by detecting the human body as the detection object, When the operation valve is opened, the electromagnetic valve is closed. For this reason, when the manually operated valve is opened, the electromagnetic valve does not open, and therefore, water by only the operation of the manually operated valve is discharged from the water outlet. Therefore, the flow rate of water discharged from the water discharge port can be adjusted only by the manual operation valve, and the flow rate of water discharged from the water discharge port can be easily adjusted.

Further, in the water faucet device, the water discharge pipe includes a base portion that accommodates the water discharge pipe so that the water discharge pipe can be pulled out, and a head portion that is detachably attached to the base portion and provided with the water discharge port. Preferably, the current cannot be supplied when the head portion is detached from the base portion, and the current can be supplied when the head portion is attached to the base portion. In this faucet device, if the head part is removed from the base part, it becomes impossible to supply current to the electromagnetic valve. Therefore, even if the electromagnetic sensor is open by detecting the human body as the detection object, When the head part is removed from the base part, the electromagnetic valve is closed. For this reason, when a head part is removed from a base, since a solenoid valve does not open, water by only operation of a manual operation valve will be discharged from a spout. Therefore, the flow rate of water discharged from the water discharge port can be adjusted only by the manual operation valve, and the flow rate of water discharged from the water discharge port can be easily adjusted.

In the water faucet device according to the present invention, when the manually operated valve is opened, the electromagnetic valve does not open, so that it is possible to easily adjust an appropriate flow rate of water.

The water discharge port 25 of the head unit 24 is provided with a filter 27 that switches bubbles and rectification of water to be discharged by being rotated by a switching lever 26.

As shown in FIG. 4, the solenoid valve 10 is provided in the bypass pipe 22 and can freely open and close the flow path in the bypass pipe 22. The solenoid valve 10 opens when current is supplied from the power source 28, that is, directs the water in the water supply pipe 18 into the hose 21 through the bypass pipe 22, and closes or bypasses when the current supply from the power source 28 is stopped. Directing the water in the water supply pipe 18 directly into the hose 21 through the pipe 22 is stopped. The solenoid valve 10 is a so-called continuous energization type solenoid valve. That is, the solenoid valve 10 is supplied with current from the power source 28 only when it is opened, and is not supplied with current from the power source 28 when it is closed. As the power source 28, a known DC power source such as a battery, or a converter that converts an AC current from a commercial power source into a DC current can be used.

As shown in FIG. 5, a power supply system 29 that supplies current from the power supply 28 to the electromagnetic valve 10 is provided with a head portion switch 30 and a mixing valve switch 31. The head unit switch 30 includes a pair of fixed contacts 32 connected to the power supply system 29 and spaced apart from each other, and a movable contact 33 provided on the head unit 24. When the head portion 24 is attached to the base portion 23, the movable contact 33 electrically connects the fixed contacts 32. When the head portion 24 is removed from the base portion 23, the movable contact 33 is separated from the fixed contact 32. The pair of fixed contacts 32 are opened. The mixing valve switch 31 includes a pair of fixed contacts 34 connected to the power supply system 29 and spaced from each other, and a movable contact 35 provided on the hot and cold mixing valve 14. When the hot water mixing valve 14 closes the flow path to the hose 21, the movable contact 35 electrically connects the fixed contacts 34. When the hot water mixing valve 14 opens the flow path to the hose 21, the movable contact 35 A pair of fixed contacts 34 are opened apart from each other.

Thus, the solenoid valve 10 cannot supply the current from the power source 28 regardless of the detection or non-detection of the detection object of the detection sensor 11 when the hot water mixing valve 14 is opened, and the power source 28 when the hot water mixing valve 14 is closed. The current from can be supplied. Further, when the head portion 24 is removed from the base portion 23, the solenoid valve 10 cannot supply current from the power source 28 regardless of detection or non-detection of the detection object of the detection sensor 11, and the head portion 24 is in the base portion 23. When it is attached to, the current from the power source 28 can be supplied.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the detection sensor 11 is attached to the mounting bracket 7 and provided above the water discharge pipe 9. As the detection sensor 11, a known infrared type or photoelectric type detection sensor can be used. When a detection object such as a part of a human body such as a hand or various tablewares enters a predetermined detection area, the detection object is detected. It is a non-contact type sensor that detects. When a detection object such as a hand is positioned on the water discharge pipe 9, the detection sensor 11 detects that the detection object such as the hand has approached. The detection sensor 11 outputs the detected result toward the control device 12.

The control device 12 is an arithmetic device including a RAM, a ROM, a CPU, an input / output port, and a storage device (not shown). At least the detection sensor 11 is connected to the input port of the control device 12. At least a power supply 28 is connected to the output port of the control device 12. The control device 12 controls the entire faucet device 1 based on information indicating that a detection object such as a hand has approached the water discharge pipe 9 detected by the detection sensor 11.

When the detection sensor 11 detects that the detected object is approaching, the control device 12 causes the power supply 28 to supply current to the electromagnetic valve 10. In addition, the control device 12 does not cause the power supply 28 to supply current to the electromagnetic valve 10 unless the detection sensor 11 detects that the detected object is approaching. The solenoid valve 10, the control device 12 and the power supply 28 are accommodated in the base cabinet 3.

As shown in FIG. 6, the faucet device 1 having the above-described configuration is configured such that when the detection sensor 11 detects a detection object in a state where the hot water / water mixing valve 14 is closed and the head portion 24 is attached to the base portion 23, the control device 12 causes the power supply 28 to supply current to the electromagnetic valve 10, opens the electromagnetic valve 10, and discharges water from the water outlet 25. In addition, when the hot water / water mixing valve 14 is opened in the state in which the head portion 24 is attached to the base portion 23 and the detection sensor 11 detects a detection object and the electromagnetic valve 10 is open to discharge water, the faucet device 1 As shown in FIG. 6, the mixing valve switch 31 is opened to make it impossible to supply current to the solenoid valve 10, and the solenoid valve 10 is closed. Then, the hot and cold mixing valve 14 is opened, and water is discharged from the water outlet 25. When the hot and cold water mixing valve 14 is closed, the mixing valve switch 31 is closed and a current is supplied to the electromagnetic valve 10, and the electromagnetic valve 10 is opened and water is discharged from the water outlet 25.

The water faucet device 1 is shown in FIG. 6 when the head portion 24 is removed from the base portion 23 in a state where the hot water / water mixing valve 14 is closed and the detection sensor 11 detects the detected object and the electromagnetic valve 10 is open to discharge water. As described above, the head portion switch 30 is opened, and it becomes impossible to supply current to the electromagnetic valve 10, and the electromagnetic valve 10 is closed to stop water from the water outlet 25. Then, when the hot and cold water mixing valve 14 is opened, water is discharged from the water outlet 25. Even if the head portion 24 is attached to the base portion 23, the water continues to be discharged from the water outlet 25 when the hot and cold water mixing valve 14 is open. Thereafter, when the hot and cold water mixing valve 14 is closed, the electromagnetic valve 10 is opened and water is discharged from the water outlet 25 while the detection sensor 11 is detecting the detected object.

In the faucet device 1 configured as described above, when the hot and cold mixing valve 14 is opened, it becomes impossible to supply current to the electromagnetic valve 10, so the detection sensor 11 detects a human body or the like as a detection object. Even if the electromagnetic valve 10 is open, the electromagnetic valve 10 is closed when the hot water / water mixing valve 14 is opened. For this reason, when the hot and cold water mixing valve 14 is opened, the solenoid valve 10 is not opened, so that water only by the operation of the hot and cold water mixing valve 14 is discharged from the water outlet 25. Therefore, the flow rate of water discharged from the water discharge port 25 can be adjusted only by the hot water mixing valve 14, and the flow rate of water discharged from the water discharge port 25 can be easily adjusted.

Further, in the faucet device 1, when the head portion 24 is removed from the base portion 23, it becomes impossible to supply current to the electromagnetic valve 10. Therefore, the detection sensor 11 detects a human body or the like as a detection object and detects the electromagnetic valve. Even if 10 is open, if the head portion 24 is removed from the base portion 23, the electromagnetic valve 10 will be closed. For this reason, when the head part 24 is removed from the base part 23, the electromagnetic valve 10 does not open, so that water only by the operation of the hot water / mixing valve 14 is discharged from the water outlet 25. Therefore, the flow rate of water discharged from the water discharge port 25 can be adjusted only by the hot water mixing valve 14, and the flow rate of water discharged from the water discharge port 25 can be easily adjusted.

In the embodiment described above, the vanity table 2 as a housing equipment is shown. However, the present invention is not limited to the vanity table 2 and may be applied to various housing equipment. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the hot water / water mixing valve 14 is shown as a manual operation valve. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and water discharge from the water supply 17, water stop, and flow rate adjustment are not limited to this. You may use what is called a single water valve which performs. Furthermore, in this invention, it is good also as a structure attached to the attachment metal fitting 7 mentioned above, without comprising the water discharge pipe 9 whole with the base part 23 and the head part 24 detachable from the base part 23. FIG.

Further, in the present invention, the switches 30 and 31 described above are provided in a system for transmitting information output from the detection sensor 11 toward the control device 12, and the electromagnetic valve 10 is configured such that when the hot and cold mixing valve 14 is opened, When supply is impossible and the hot and cold mixing valve 14 is closed, current can be supplied. When the head portion 24 is separated from the base portion 23, current supply is impossible and when the head portion 24 is attached to the base portion 23. It may be possible to supply current.

The faucet device 1 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope described in the claims.
