Abstract
【解決手段】弾性部材ケース、ケースに収容される電極組立体、電極組立体に電気的に連結する集電部材、集電部材に位置するヒューズ部、およびヒューズ部に隣接するように設置され、ヒューズ部に弾性力を提供する弾性部材を含む。また、ヒューズ部は、集電部材の狭い領域を構成し、未作動状態から作動状態になるときに変形し、弾性部材は、前記ヒューズ部の未作動状態で第1状態を有し、ヒューズ部の作動状態で前記第1状態とは異なる第2状態を有する。

Claims (20)
- ケースと、
前記ケースに収容される電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体に電気的に連結する集電部材と、
前記集電部材に位置するヒューズ部と、
前記ヒューズ部に隣接するように設置され、前記ヒューズ部に弾性力を提供する弾性部材と、を含む、二次電池。 - 前記弾性部材は弾性プレートである、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ヒューズ部は、前記集電部材の狭い領域を構成し、未作動状態から作動状態になるときに変形し、
前記弾性部材は、前記ヒューズ部の前記未作動状態で第1状態を有し、前記ヒューズ部の前記作動状態で前記第1状態とは異なる第2状態を有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記弾性部材は前記作動状態で進行され、前記ヒューズ部が破断または溶融するときに前記第2状態を有する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1状態で、前記弾性部材は前記ヒューズ部と連結する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1状態で、前記弾性部材は圧縮した形状を有し、
前記第2状態で、前記弾性部材は伸びた形状を有する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ヒューズ部は、前記集電部材の前記狭い領域に設置されるヒューズホールを含んでもよく、
前記第2状態で、前記弾性部材は前記作動状態を維持するために前記ヒューズホールと相互作用する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ヒューズ部はヒューズホールを含み、前記弾性部材は少なくとも前記第1状態で前記ヒューズホールに位置する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1状態で、前記弾性部材は第1予定角度に折り曲げられており、
前記第2状態で、前記弾性部材は前記第1予定角度よりも大きい第2予定角度に折り曲げられる、請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1状態で、前記弾性部材の側面終端は第1距離だけ離隔しており、
前記第2状態で、前記弾性部材の側面終端は前記第1距離よりも長い第2距離だけ離隔する、請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ヒューズ部はヒューズホールを含み、
前記弾性部材は、前記第1状態および前記第2状態で前記ヒューズ部から離隔している、請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1状態で、前記弾性部材は第1予定角度に折り曲げられており、
前記第2状態で、前記弾性部材は前記第1予定角度よりも小さい第2予定角度に折り曲げられる、請求項11に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1状態で、前記弾性部材の側面終端は第1距離だけ離隔しており、
前記第2状態で、前記弾性部材の側面終端は前記第1距離よりも短い第2距離だけ離隔する、請求項11に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電部材は、電極結合部、前記電極結合部から折り曲げられた端子結合部、および前記電極結合部または前記端子結合部のうちの1つに位置するヒューズ部を含み、
前記ヒューズ部はヒューズホールを含む、請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電部と結合する絶縁部材をさらに含み、
前記ヒューズ部は、前記集電部材の前記端子結合部に位置し、
前記弾性部材は、少なくとも前記第1状態で前記ヒューズホールに位置し、少なくとも前記第1状態で前記端子結合部によって囲まれる、請求項14に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ヒューズ部は、前記集電部材の前記端子結合部に位置し、
前記端子結合部は、前記ヒューズホールの周囲縁に支持突起を含み、
前記弾性部材は、前記第1状態および前記第2状態で前記支持突起と隣接している、請求項14に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ヒューズ部は、前記集電部材の前記電極結合部に位置し、
前記弾性部材は、第1方向で弾性本体から延長する第1弾性枝、および前記第1方向とは異なる方向の第2方向で前記弾性本体から延長する第2弾性枝を含み、
前記第1状態および前記第2状態で、前記第1弾性枝および前記第2弾性枝は前記ヒューズホールを貫通して延長する、請求項14に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ヒューズホールに隣接する部分に位置した弾性支持突起を含む絶縁部材、および前記ヒューズホールに位置する固定部材をさらに含み、
前記ヒューズ部は、前記集電部材の前記電極結合部に位置し、
前記第1状態および前記第2状態で、前記弾性部材は前記ヒューズホールに位置し、
前記弾性部材は、前記固定部材と前記弾性支持突起の間に位置する、請求項14に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電部材と前記電極組立体の間に位置し、前記弾性部材を支持する絶縁部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ヒューズ部は、集電部材の端子結合部に位置してヒューズホールを含み、
前記絶縁部材のヒューズホール結合突起は、ヒューズホールに位置し、
前記弾性部材は、前記絶縁部材の結合ホールに位置して前記端子結合部と前記絶縁部材の間に位置する、請求項19に記載の二次電池。
