Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electronic component, a connector, and a contact pin, for example, an electronic component, a connector, and a contact pin that are attached to a through hole formed in a substrate.
In recent years, connectors that are electrically connected to a printed wiring board using contact pins are known. In order to mount an electronic component such as a connector on a board (for example, a printed wiring board), the contact pin is formed on the board and soldered after inserting the contact pin into the through hole. Reference 1). Further, in order to attach the contact pin to the substrate, the contact pin is prevented from coming out of the through hole by making the outer diameter of the contact pin larger than the inner diameter of the through hole and press-fitting the contact pin (for example, patent References 2, 3, 4 and 5).
However, in the technique described in Patent Document 1, since the contact pins are soldered to the substrate, there is a problem that, for example, when it is desired to remove the electronic component from the substrate, it is necessary to remove the solder. Further, in the techniques described in Patent Documents 3 to 5, since the contact pins are press-fitted so that the contact pins do not come out of the through holes, for example, when it is desired to remove the electronic component from the substrate, it is difficult to remove the contact pins from the substrate. There was a problem. Further, if the contact pins are forcibly removed from the substrate, there is a problem that the contact pins and the through holes of the substrate are damaged.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a technique capable of detachably attaching contact pins to a substrate.
An electronic component of the present invention is an electronic component having a contact pin inserted into a through-hole formed in a substrate and a housing that holds a base portion side of the contact pin, and includes a tip portion and a root portion of the contact pin. A plurality of contact leg portions formed on the contact pin and extending outwardly from the central axis of the contact pin so as to extend along the central axis direction of the contact pin from the gap toward the tip portion And a curved portion that presses an inner wall of the through-hole when the contact pin is inserted into the through-hole, and the curved portion follows a central axis of the contact pin. The center portion of the bending portion is formed such that the distance from the central axis of the contact pin decreases toward the both ends from the center portion of the bending portion. , When the contact pin is inserted into the through-hole is provided so as to be arranged in the through hole.
According to the technique according to the present invention, the contact pins can be attached to the substrate in a detachable manner.
<First Embodiment>
A configuration of the
FIG. 1 shows a mounting structure of a
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
A
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the printed
Next, the configuration of the
As shown in FIGS. 4A to 4C, the
Further, a
Here, a method of attaching the
First, a state before the
As shown in FIG. 5A, the
The
Next, a state after the
As shown in FIG. 5B, the
Next, a method of attaching the
As shown in FIG. 5A, when the
Further, in the state where the
Further, in the state where the
As described above, the
Further, the
The
Further, the bending
In addition, since the
As described above, according to the
In the
In
In the
In the
The
Next, a
Here, when the contact pin 110 (FIGS. 3A to 3C) and the
Next, a

FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing an appearance of a
Here, the
As shown in FIG. 8, the holding
Next, the printed
As shown in FIG. 9, the
When attaching the
As described above, the
The present invention has been described above based on the embodiment.
