Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet high-speed cutting apparatus. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cutting device that is used in a continuous manner with a high-speed winding device that travels a sheet at a high speed and winds the sheet into a roll, and cuts the sheet into a desired length at a high speed.
The present applicant is required to wind up from a large-diameter raw roll to a small-diameter small roll without a core in order to obtain a kitchen paper roll, towel paper roll, cooking paper roll and other thin paper rolls. A high-speed winding device for a coreless roll for producing a coreless roll product has been developed and a patent application has been filed (Japanese Patent Application No. 2011-88502). The sheet high-speed cutting device of the present invention is suitable for the high-speed winding device for the coreless roll, but its application is not limited to this.
There exist patent documents 1-5 as a conventional sheet cutting device.
The devices of
The cutting devices disclosed in
In this rotary type cutting apparatus, when the cutting length in the sheet length direction (traveling direction) is small, the diameter of the rotating drum can be reduced, so that high speed cutting is possible. However, when the cutting length is long, high speed cutting is possible. It becomes impossible in practice.
In other words, when the winding length is around 5 m as in the case of a cooking paper roll, the diameter of the rotating drum must be about 1.6 m, but such a large diameter drum can be rotated at high speed. In order to do this, a power source with a large horsepower is required, and if the power is small, the rotational speed becomes slow, so high-speed cutting is impossible. Therefore, the rotary type cutting device is not practical for high speed cutting.
The cutting device of
However, since this conventional technique uses a crank mechanism that uses a large number of moving members, it is difficult to increase the speed, and if the paper dust generated by cutting the sheet accumulates on the mechanism, the movement of the crank mechanism is hindered. There is a drawback that it is easy to break down.
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a sheet high-speed cutting apparatus that is capable of high-speed cutting, has a compact structure, and is unlikely to fail.
A sheet high-speed cutting device according to a first aspect of the present invention includes an entry-side nip roll disposed on the entry side of a traveling sheet, an exit-side nip roll disposed on the exit side, and the entrance-side nip roll and the exit-side nip roll between The cutting portion is composed of a rotating shaft and a flat cutting blade attached to the rolling shaft, and the cutting edge of the cutting blade is in the traveling direction of the sheet during cutting. It swings along the line.
The sheet high-speed cutting device according to a second invention is characterized in that, in the first invention, the cutting blade has a cutting edge formed in a sawtooth shape.
The sheet high-speed cutting device according to a third aspect of the present invention is the first aspect of the invention, wherein the power transmission means for power communication between the rotating shaft of the cutting portion and the inlet nip roll, and the inlet side interposed in the power transmission means. And a clutch for transmitting or shutting off the rotational power of the nip roll to the rotary shaft.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sheet high-speed cutting device according to the third aspect of the present invention, wherein the rotation of the output shaft is locked while the rotational driving force is constantly input to the clutch, and the output shaft is unlocked at the time of cutting. A control mechanism is provided.
In the sheet high-speed cutting device according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, a sheet guide is provided between the entry-side nip roll and the exit-side nip roll to hold the sheet cut during traveling from above and below, The sheet guide is constituted by a linear member extending in the traveling direction of the sheet.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the rotating shaft is rotated while the traveling sheet is sandwiched between the entry-side nip roll and the exit-side nip roll and tension is applied to the sheet in the traveling direction, the cutting blade is also rotated, and the cutting edge of the sheet is Swing in the running direction to cut the sheet. Since the cutting blade swings along the traveling direction of the sheet, the cutting blade can be cut without hindering the traveling of the sheet, and the speed can be increased. Further, since the rotating member is only the rotating shaft and the flat cutting blade, the mass is small, and from this point, high speed rotation is possible. In addition, the constituent members are mainly only rotating members, and no link mechanism that makes complicated movements is used, so that failure due to paper dust or the like hardly occurs.
According to the second invention, when the cutting edge of the cutting blade is inserted into the sheet, since the cutting edge has a sawtooth shape, first, a sharp cut is made, and the tension applied by the entry / exit nip roll acts on this. Then, the sheet is cut instantly. For this reason, since the cutting is completed before the entire cross section of the sheet is cut by the cutting blade, high speed cutting is possible.
According to the third invention, since the rotational power of the cutting blade is taken from the inlet nip roll via the power transmission means, the inlet nip roll that feeds the sheet and the cutting blade are physically synchronized, The rocking speed of the cutting blade during the cutting action coincides with the traveling speed of the sheet. For this reason, the cutting | disconnection defect by the operation | movement delay of a cutting blade does not arise by forcibly tearing a sheet | seat at the time of a cutting | disconnection. In addition, since the cutting timing can be freely controlled by turning the clutch on and off, the cutting length of the sheet can be set freely.
According to the fourth invention, when the rotation of the output shaft of the clutch is locked, slip occurs inside the clutch, and the rotary shaft and the cutting blade remain stopped. When the lock is released, the inside of the clutch is instantaneously connected, and the rotational power is transmitted to the cutting blade to rotate. For this reason, there is no rise delay at the start of rotation, so that the sheet cutting length can be accurately controlled.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the tail end and the leading end of the sheet cut by the sheet guide are held so as not to fall, the next sheet after cutting can be fed without clogging. The sheet guide can be inserted into a narrow space between the upper and lower rolls of the nip roll because the linear member extends only in the sheet traveling direction.
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, based on FIG. 10, the whole structure of the winding installation in which the high-speed cutting device A of this invention is used is demonstrated.
In the figure, LR is a sheet roll of sheet S. The raw roll LR is typically a large diameter having a diameter of 1000 mm or more and a weight of 200 kg or more, but it can be used with a smaller diameter or a larger diameter.
When the original roll LR is rotated or the pinch roll Pr is rotated in addition to the rotation of the sheet roll S, the sheet S is fed out through the accumulator Ac and the high-speed cutting device A, and then wound up by the high-speed winding device Wd. An appearance inspection machine or the like may be arranged at an appropriate position between the raw roll LR and the pinch roll Pr, but these arrangements are arbitrary.
The high-speed cutting device A of the present invention is disposed on the entrance side of the high-speed winding device Wd. This high-speed cutting device A instantaneously cuts the sheet S that travels at a high speed in the width direction. Although the high-speed cutting device A of the present invention is used in such an overall facility, the peripheral facility is not limited to the illustrated one.
The winding equipment to which the present invention is applied is equipment for winding cooking paper or kitchen paper on a roll, and is equipment for winding on a small winding roll having a diameter of about 15 mm to 100 mm. The vicinity of the lower limit value of the winding diameter is a small diameter equivalent to a known wrapping film roll, but the diameter near the upper limit value is about 3 to 4 times, and the length of the sheet to be cut is several tens of centimeters. To several tens of meters. That is, the high-speed cutting device A of the present invention is used for the purpose of cutting the sheet to a medium-scale length that is longer than the branch sheet but does not have a length of several tens of meters or more.
The sheet to be cut includes cooking paper coated with silicon for the purpose of providing heat resistance, but naturally includes a sheet not containing silicon.
Silicone-containing cooking paper is used as a cooking utensil for personal bowls at dinner parties such as restaurants, and the cooking paper is molded into a pan and the ingredients are placed in a small stove. It is used for cooking and cooking.
Hereinafter, the material to be cut, including cooking paper or the like, is simply referred to as a sheet.

As shown in FIG. 7, the clutch control mechanism 50 includes a
In the present embodiment, a constant connection method is employed for controlling the clutch 40. The constant connection is a control method in which input power is constantly applied to the clutch and the output side rotation is forcibly stopped. In this control method, slippage is caused inside the clutch 40 to allow the output side to stop rotating. When transmitting the rotational power, the forced stop on the output side is canceled to release the slip in the clutch 40, and the input is instantaneously transmitted to the output side, thereby enabling the rotation start without causing a time lag. In normal clutch control, the connection on the input side is switched, so that a time required for the rising of the input is required from when the input is input to the clutch until the output is made, and there is a time lag.
However, in the clutch control method according to the present embodiment, there is almost no time lag from when the lock of the clutch output shaft (rotary shaft 5) is released to when the clutch starts to rotate. It can be done.

The cutting timing in the present embodiment can be set as desired according to the length of the sheet S to be cut. The arrival of the length of the sheet to be cut can be grasped by the accumulated number of rotations of the entry-side nip
When the cutting timing is reached, if a cutting signal is issued, the contact

Based on FIG. 9, the cutting action of the sheet S by the cutting blade will be described in detail.
(I) Start of cutting The
(II) During cutting The
(III) Completion of cutting Since tension is applied to the sheet S by the exit-side nip
