A.S.pneumoniaeワクチンおよび免疫原性組成物における使用のための特定のポリペプチドおよび核酸
本願は、表1に列挙される1つもしくはそれより多くのポリペプチドもしくは遺伝子、または下に記載されるようなその改変体もしくはフラグメントを含むS.pneumoniaeワクチンを記載する。上記ワクチンは、表1の配列を含むポリペプチドまたはその改変体もしくは免疫原性フラグメント、あるいは表1の配列からなるポリペプチドまたはその改変体もしくは免疫原性フラグメントを含み得る。各遺伝子およびポリペプチドのDNAおよびタンパク質の配列は、公的に入手可能なデータベースである、(ワールドワイドウェブにおけるNCBI NIHのウェブサイト(www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?db=gene)における)Entrez Geneにおいて、Streptococcus pneumoniae TIGR4ゲノムにおけるローカスタグ(Locus Tag)について検索することによって見出され得、示された配列はまた、本願に含まれ得る。
SP0024は、アミノ酸27〜アミノ酸163に伸びる、保存された炭酸脱水酵素ドメインを含む165アミノ酸の仮定のタンパク質(hypothetical protein)を表す。このコンセンサスモチーフに基づいて、SP0024は、亜鉛結合タンパク質であり得る。
SP0882は、274アミノ酸の保存された仮定のタンパク質である。タンパク質(アミノ酸2〜270)の多くは、エステラーゼまたはリパーゼ様領域を形成する。
タンパク質SP0148は、「ABCトランスポーター、基質結合タンパク質」と名づけられている。このクラスのタンパク質は、代表的に、膜貫通タンパク質複合体と一時的に相互作用する細胞外タンパク質である。このような複合体は、ATP加水分解によって産生されるエネルギーを使用して、細胞膜を横切って特定の基質を移動させる。SP0148は、膜結合型輸送複合体の代表である、アミノ酸40〜246に及ぶ保存されたPBPb(ペリプラズム結合タンパク質)ドメインを含む276アミノ酸のタンパク質である。さらに、SB0148は、主としてPBPbドメインと同一の広がりを持ち(co−extensive)、アミノ酸40〜244に伸びる、細菌性細胞外溶質結合タンパク質(bacterial extracellular solute−binding protein)、ファミリー3ドメインを有する。いくつかの実施形態において、ワクチンまたは他の組成物は、1つまたはそれより多くの上記ドメインおよびモチーフを含むか、または欠いているSP0148の切断変異体を含む。

特定の局面において、ワクチンは、本明細書に開示される核酸のうちの1つ、または本明細書中に記載されるポリペプチドのうちの1つに対応する核酸を含む。核酸ワクチンが患者に投与されるとき、対応する遺伝子産物(例えば、所望される抗原)は、患者の身体において産生される。いくつかの実施形態において、最適化組換えポリヌクレオチドを含む核酸ワクチンベクターは、哺乳動物(ヒトを含む)へと送達されて治療または予防の免疫応答を誘導し得る。核酸は、例えば、DNA、RNA、または合成核酸であり得る。核酸は、一本鎖または二本鎖であり得る。
本明細書中に記載されるS.pneumoniaeワクチンは、S.pneumoniaeの予防および/または治療上の処置のために使用され得る。従って、本願は、S.pneumoniae感染に苦しむか、または罹患しやすい被験体を処置する方法であって、有効な量の、本明細書中に記載されるワクチン処方物のいずれかを投与する工程を含む、方法を提供する。いくつかの局面において、上記方法は、個体におけるS.pneumoniaeのコロニー形成を阻害する。いくつかの局面において、上記方法は、S.pneumoniaeの症状を阻害する。ワクチン接種を受ける被験体は、男性または女性であり得、子供または成人であり得る。いくつかの実施形態において、処置されている上記被験体は、ヒトである。他の実施形態において、上記被験体は、非ヒト動物である。
予防の実施形態において、ワクチンは被験体に投与されて、疾患における最初かつ必要な段階であるS.pneumoniaeの確立に対して(例えば、コロニー形成に対して防御することにより)防御するのを助け得る免疫応答を誘導する。従って、いくつかの局面において、上記方法は、コロニー形成していない被験体または感染していない被験体におけるS.pneumoniaeによる感染を阻害する。別の局面において、上記方法は、すでにコロニー形成された個体においてコロニー形成の持続期間を低減し得る。
治療の適用において、ワクチンは、患者を処置するのに十分な量でS.pneumoniae感染に苦しむ患者に投与され得る。患者を処置することは、この場合、感染した個体におけるS.pneumoniaeの、症状、細菌の量(bacterial load)、または両方を低減することを指す。いくつかの実施形態において、患者を処置することは、症状の持続期間を低減すること、または症状の強さを低減することを指す。いくつかの実施形態において、ワクチンは、ワクチン接種した患者からのS.pneumoniaeの伝播性を低減する。特定の実施形態において、上に記載される低減は、少なくとも25%、少なくとも30%、少なくとも40%、少なくとも50%、少なくとも60%、少なくとも70%、少なくとも80%、またはさらに少なくとも90%である。
本明細書中に開示されるワクチンでのワクチン接種の効力は、上に記載される臨床結果の他に、多数の手法で決定され得る。まず、当業者は、ワクチン接種後の被験体由来のT細胞を刺激することによってIL−17レベル(特にIL−17A)をアッセイし得る。IL−17レベルは、ワクチン接種前の同じ被験体のIL−17レベルと比較され得る。IL−17(例えば、IL−17A)レベルの増加(例えば1.5倍、2倍、5倍、10倍、20倍、50倍、または100倍、またはより多くの増加)は、ワクチンに対する応答の増加を示すことになる。代替的に(または組み合わせで)、当業者は、肺炎球菌を死滅させることについて、患者由来のT細胞または抗体の存在下で好中球をアッセイし得る。肺炎球菌を死滅させることの増加(例えば、1.5倍、2倍、5倍、10倍、20倍、50倍、または100倍、またはより増加)は、ワクチンに対する応答の増加を示すことになる。さらに、当業者は、TH17細胞の活性化を測定し得、ここでTH17細胞の活性化の増加(例えば、1.5倍、2倍、5倍、10倍、20倍、50倍、または100倍、またはより多くの増加)は、ワクチンに対する応答の増加に相関する。当業者はまた、ワクチンに特異的な抗体のレベルを測定し得、ここで特異的な抗体のレベルの増加(例えば、1.5倍、2倍、5倍、10倍、20倍、50倍、または100倍、またはより多くの増加)は、ワクチン効力の増加に相関する。特定の実施形態において、これらのアッセイのうちの2つまたはそれより多くが使用される。例えば、当業者は、IL−17レベルおよびワクチン特異的抗体のレベルを測定し得る。代替的に、当業者は、疫学的マーカー(例えば、ワクチン接種していない個体と比較して、ワクチン接種した個体における肺炎球菌の感染の、発生、重症度、または持続期間)に従い得る。
1.S.pneumoniae感染に対する防御
本開示の免疫原性組成物は、S.pneumoniaeに対する免疫応答を引き出すように設計される。本明細書中に記載される組成物(例えば、表1もしくは2の1つもしくはそれより多くのポリペプチドを含むもの、または上記ポリペプチドをコードする核酸)は、それが投与される哺乳動物において、抗体応答もしくは細胞媒介性免疫応答、または両方を刺激し得る。いくつかの実施形態において、上記組成物は、TH1への偏りのある(biased)CD4+ T細胞応答、TH17への偏りのあるCD4+ T細胞応答、またはCD8+ T細胞応答を刺激し;単一の構成要素の組成物の場合において、上記組成物は、抗体応答、TH1への偏りのあるCD4+ T細胞応答、TH17への偏りのあるCD4+ T細胞応答、および/またはCD8+ T細胞応答を刺激し得る。
本願は、とりわけ、患者におけるS.pneumoniaeの検出のための、迅速で、費用のかからない、感度の高い、そして特異的な方法を提供する。この点において、それは、S.pneumoniae感染を有する患者、またはS.pneumoniae感染のリスクにある患者を試験および処置している全ての病院および医師に有用であるはずである。検出キットは、任意の現地の病院研究室において設置されるのに十分単純であり得、抗体およびその抗原結合部分は、S.pneumoniae感染を有する患者、またはS.pneumoniae感染のリスクにある患者を処置している全ての病院に容易に入手可能にされ得る。本明細書中で用いられる場合、「患者」は、S.pneumoniae感染を有するか、またはS.pneumoniae感染にかかる可能性を有するいずれかの個体(例えば、ヒト)を指す。患者は、S.pneumoniae感染を有するか、S.pneumoniae感染にかかる可能性を有するか、S.pneumoniae感染から回復した、個体(例えば、ヒト)、および/またはその感染状況が未知である個体であり得る。
1.投薬形態、量、およびタイミング
各ワクチンまたは免疫原性組成物の用量における抗原の量は、有効な量として選択され、それは、上に記載されるように、単一用量か、または複数回用量にわたってかのいずれかにおいて予防または治療上の応答を誘導する。好ましくは、上記用量は、代表的なワクチンにおいて、著しい有害な副作用がない。このような量は、どの特定の抗原が用いられるかに依存して変動する。一般に、用量は、1μg〜1000μgのタンパク質、いくつかの例において、2μg〜100μg、例えば、4μg〜40μgを含むことが予期される。いくつかの局面において、ワクチン処方物は、1μg〜1000μgのポリペプチドおよび1μg〜250μgのアジュバントを含む。いくつかの実施形態において、送達されるべき抗原の適切な量は、被験体の年齢、重量、および健康(例えば、免疫無防備な状況)に依存する。存在するとき、代表的にアジュバントは、1用量当たり1μg〜250μg、例えば、50μg〜150μg、75μg〜125μg、または100μgの量で存在する。
本明細書中におけるワクチン処方物および薬学的組成物は、個体への投与、代表的に全身投与(例えば、静脈内、腹腔内、筋肉内、皮内、皮下(subcutaneous)、皮下(subdermal)、経皮、頭蓋内、鼻内、粘膜、肛門、膣、経口、頬の経路、またはそれらは、吸入され得る)により送達され得るか、または局所的な適用により投与され得る。いくつかの実施形態において、投与の経路は筋肉内である。他の実施形態において、投与の経路は皮下である。さらに他の実施形態において、投与の経路は粘膜である。特定の実施形態において、投与の経路は、経皮または皮内である。
ワクチン処方物または免疫原性組成物は、ヒト患者への投与に適していることがあり、ワクチンまたは免疫原性組成物の調製は、USFDAガイドラインに従い得る。いくつかの実施形態において、上記ワクチン処方物または免疫原性組成物は、非ヒト動物への投与に適している。いくつかの実施形態において、上記ワクチンまたは免疫原性組成物は、エンドトキシンまたは体外毒素のいずれも実質的に含まない。エンドトキシンとしては、発熱物質(例えば、リポ多糖類(LPS)分子)が挙げられ得る。上記ワクチンまたは免疫原性組成物はまた、熱または他の副作用をもたらし得る不活性なタンパク質フラグメントを実質的に含まないことがある。いくつかの実施形態において、上記組成物は、1%未満、0.1%未満、0.01%未満、0.001%未満、または0.0001%未満のエンドトキシン、体外毒素、および/または不活性なタンパク質フラグメントを含む。いくつかの実施形態において、上記ワクチンまたは免疫原性組成物は、工業用水、水道水(tap water)、または蒸留水よりも低いレベルの発熱物質を有する。他のワクチンまたは免疫原性組成物構成要素は、当該分野において公知の方法(例えば、イオン交換クロマトグラフィー、限外濾過、または蒸留)を用いて精製され得る。他の実施形態において、上記発熱物質は、患者への投与の前に不活性化または破壊され得る。ワクチンのための原料(例えば、水、バッファー、塩および他の化学物質)はまた、スクリーニングおよび発熱物質除去(depyrogenate)され得る。上記ワクチンにおける全ての材料は、滅菌であり得、上記ワクチンの各ロットは、滅菌性について試験され得る。従って、特定の実施形態において、上記ワクチンにおけるエンドトキシンレベルは、USFDAによって設定されるレベルよりも低くなる(例えば、髄腔内注射可能な組成物について、産物の0.2エンドトキシン(EU)/kg;非髄腔内注射可能な組成物について、産物の5EU/kg、および滅菌水について、0.25EU/mL〜0.5EU/mL)。
本明細書中に記載されるS.pneumoniaeワクチンおよび免疫原性組成物は、多様な技術を用いて作り出され得る。例えば、ポリペプチドは、適切な宿主細胞において組換えDNA技術を用いて作り出され得る。適切な宿主細胞は、細菌の、酵母の、哺乳動物の、または他のタイプの細胞であり得る。上記宿主細胞は、改変されて、適切なポリペプチド遺伝子のうちの1つの外因性コピーを発現し得る。代表的に、上記遺伝子は、適切な調節配列(例えば、強いプロモーターおよびポリアデニル化配列)に作動可能に繋がれている。いくつかの実施形態において、上記プロモーターは、誘導可能または抑制可能である。他の調節配列は、当業者が上記ポリペプチドを精製することをどのように望むかに依存して、細胞質もしくは膜における、目的のポリペプチドの分泌もしくは排出、または目的のポリペプチドの保持を提供し得る。上記遺伝子は、染色体外プラスミド上に存在し得るか、または上記宿主ゲノムへと組み込まれ得る。当業者は、天然に存在する配列に対して100%同一な核酸を使用することが必要でないことを認識する。むしろ、これらの配列に対するいくつかの改変物は、耐容性を示し(tolerate)、望ましい場合がある。例えば、上記核酸は、遺伝コードの縮重を利用するように改変され得、その結果コードされたポリペプチドは、同じままである。いくつかの実施形態において、上記遺伝子は、コドン最適化されて、特定の宿主における発現を改善する。上記核酸は、例えば、PCRによってか、または化学合成によって作り出され得る。
実施例1.抗原同定およびプールした、ネズミのスクリーニング
S.pneumoniae TIGR4ゲノムにおいて予測される各オープンリーディングフレームを、主要組織適合性複合体(MHC)によって提示されることが可能なタグを含む発現ベクターへとクローニングした。各構築物を次にE.coliにおいて発現し、MHCの関連においてタグを同定する代理アッセイによって全長の発現を確認した。スクリーニングは、国際出願WO 2010/002993において、より詳細に記載される。大きいライブラリーをスクリーニングすることを容易にするために、4つの誘導されたライブラリークローンが各ウェルに存在するように上記ライブラリーをプールした。S.pneumoniaeに対して免疫したマウス由来のT細胞をスクリーニングするために、プールしたライブラリーのアリコートを腹膜由来のマクロファージへと添加した。上記マクロファージを、タグをつけたS.pneumoniae抗原にMHCを介して結合させた。37℃で2時間後、上記マクロファージをPBSで洗浄した。上記マクロファージを次に1%のパラフォルムアルデヒドで15分間固定し、PBSで広範囲に洗浄した。105個のT細胞を200μLのRP−10培地の入った各ウェルへと添加した。上記T細胞は、コレラ毒素アジュバントとともに、死滅させたS.pneumoniae細菌で2回免疫したマウスから、前に単離されていた。上記アッセイプレートを37℃で72時間インキュベートした。各ウェルの上清中のIL−17の量を、IL−17ELISAアッセイの使用を介して決定した。陽性結果についての閾値を、全てのサンプルの平均値より上の2標準偏差に設定した。
各ウェルにおける4つのクローンのうちのどの抗原(複数可)が、実施例1に記載されるプールしたスクリーニングにおいて観測された陽性応答を誘導するかを決定するために第二スクリーニングを使用した。各陽性プール中の全てのクローンを、二連のウェル中の腹膜のマクロファージ上へと個々にパルスした。初回のスクリーニングとして同じ遺伝的背景由来の免疫したマウスから単離されたT細胞を、実施例1に記載されるIL−17アッセイを用いてパルスしたマクロファージをスクリーニングするために使用した。二連のウェルにおいて、陰性対照サンプルの平均値より上の2標準偏差よりも大きい、平均の応答を誘導した個々の抗原を、陽性応答であると考えた。これらの陽性クローンに存在するライブラリープラスミドを、抗原の同一性を確かめるために配列決定した。上記抗原SP_1574、SP_1655、SP_2106、SP_0148、SP_1473、SP_0605、SP_1177、SP_0335、SP_0906、SP_1828、SP_2157、SP_1229、SP_1128、SP_1836、SP_1865、SP_0904、SP_0882、SP_0765、SP_1634、SP_0418、SP_1923、SP_1313、SP_0775、SP_0314、SP_0912、SP_0159、SP_0910、SP_2148、SP_1412、SP_0372、SP_1304、SP_2002、SP_0612、SP_1988、SP_0484、SP_0847、SP_1527、SP_0542、SP_0441、SP_0350、SP_0014、SP_1965、SP_0117、およびSP_2108を、この方法を用いて確かめた。
CD4+ T細胞およびCD14+ 単球を、ヒトドナーから獲得された末梢血から単離した。Tedder TF and Jansen PJ(1997“Isolation and generation of human dendritic cells.”Current Protocols in Immunology Supp 23:7.32.1−7.32.16)において本質的に記載されるように、上記単球を、GM−CSFおよびIL−4含有培地中でそれらを培養することによって、樹状細胞へと分化させた。培養5日後、上記樹状細胞を384ウェルプレートへと播種した。CD4+ T細胞を、培養中で増やし、十分な量を確保した。
全ての抗原について、2つのプールスクリーニングの結果を比較することにより、デコンボリューションを実施した。この方法において、2つの異なる組のプールを調製し、その結果、ポリペプチドは、第一プールと第二プールとの間で3つの異なるポリペプチドを伴った。結果として、第一および第二の組の両方において、どのポリペプチドが陽性プールにあるかを同定することにより、どのポリペプチドが抗原であるかを決定することが可能である。このデコンボリューション法において、プールが、データセットの中央値絶対偏差の少なくとも1.78倍である場合に、このプールを陽性として同定した。
SP2108、SP0148およびSP1634ポリペプチド
SP2108ポリペプチド(配列番号9)、SP0148ポリペプチド(配列番号7) およびSP1634ポリペプチド(表2を参照のこと)を、ワクチン組成物として、1μgのコレラ毒素と組み合わせて4μgの上記ポリペプチドを用いて処方した。組み合わせについては、4μgの各ポリペプチドを使用した。上記組成物を1週間離して3回、C57BL/6マウスに鼻内投与した。次に、被験体を3週間休ませ、そのときに免疫原性のために採血した。このアッセイのために、逆行性(retrograde)眼窩静脈叢からヘパリン加の全血液を収集した。丸底管において、死滅させた全細胞(WCC)か、または3つのポリペプチドの組み合わせかのいずれかを用いて総PBMCを3日間刺激した。次に、上清を集め、IL−17レベルについてELISAによって評価した。コレラ毒素単独(CT)またはHSV(003)由来の関連のない抗原を、陰性対照として使用した。結果を図1および2に示す。上記被験体をさらに2週間休ませ、そのときにそれらをS.pneumoniaeの鼻内投与でチャレンジした。上記被験体を1週間後に犠牲にし、鼻洗浄物からのコロニー形成単位(CFU)の数を数えた。結果を図3に示す。
SP0882およびSP0314ポリペプチド
本実施例は、ワクチン組成物の2用量のみを投与したことを除いて、実施例5と同じプロトコルを使用した。これらの実験において、実施例5で試験した3つのポリペプチドと共同してSP0882ポリペプチド(配列番号2)およびSP0314ポリペプチド(表2を参照のこと)を使用した。免疫原性アッセイの結果を図4および5に示す。コロニー形成アッセイの結果を図6に示す。
SP1072、SP0641N、およびSP0024ポリペプチド
本実施例は、1週間離して、ワクチン組成物の2用量を投与したことを除いて、実施例5のプロトコルと同様のプロトコルを使用した。最後の免疫の4週間後に、マウスを生タイプの6B S.pneumoniaeを用いて鼻内チャレンジした。1週間後に、選択培地に鼻の洗浄物をプレートすること、およびCFUを数えることによって、細菌負荷量(bacterial burden)を各マウスにおいて評価した。各マウスから単離されたCFUを、各免疫したコホートについてプロットする。結果を図7に示す。統計的に有意な結果を図に示す(*=p=値<0.05)。
BALB/cマウスにおいて試験されたSP0148、SP0314、SP0882、およびSP2108ポリペプチド
異なるマウスの遺伝型にわたって同様の免疫応答が見られるかどうかを決定するために、数種のポリペプチドをBALB/cマウスに投与した。実施例5のプロトコルと同様のプロトコルを使用して、上記マウスを免疫し、S.pneumoniaeでチャレンジし、CFUの数を記録した。この実験の結果を図8に示す。
Claims (43)
- 薬学的に受容可能なキャリア、および配列番号1〜11のいずれかを含むアミノ酸配列を有する1つまたはそれより多くのポリペプチドまたはその免疫原性フラグメントを含み、そして配列番号12もしくは13のいずれかを含むアミノ酸配列を有するポリペプチドまたはその免疫原性フラグメントを必要に応じてさらに含むワクチン処方物。
- 前記ワクチン処方物が、配列番号1〜13のいずれかを含むアミノ酸配列を有する少なくとも2つの異なるポリペプチドまたはその免疫原性フラグメントを含み、ここで該ポリペプチドの少なくとも1つは、配列番号1〜10のうちの1つを含むアミノ酸配列、またはその免疫原性フラグメントを有する、請求項1に記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 少なくとも2つのポリペプチドを含み、各ポリペプチドが、(i)〜(vi)の異なる群に属する、請求項2に記載されるワクチン処方物:
(i)配列番号1またはその免疫原性フラグメント、
(ii)配列番号2〜5のうちの1つまたはその免疫原性フラグメント、
(iii)配列番号6〜7のうちの1つまたはその免疫原性フラグメント、
(iv)配列番号8またはその免疫原性フラグメント、
(v)配列番号9〜10のうちの1つまたはその免疫原性フラグメント、および
(vi)配列番号11〜13のうちの1つまたはその免疫原性フラグメント。 - 前記ワクチン組成物が、配列番号1〜13のいずれかを含むアミノ酸配列を有する少なくとも3つの異なるポリペプチドまたはその免疫原性フラグメントを含み、ここで、該ポリペプチドの少なくとも1つは、配列番号1〜10のうちの1つを含むアミノ酸配列を有する、請求項1に記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 少なくとも3つのポリペプチドを含み、各ポリペプチドが、(i)〜(vi)の異なる群に属する、請求項4に記載されるワクチン処方物:
(i)配列番号1またはその免疫原性フラグメント、
(ii)配列番号2〜5のうちの1つまたはその免疫原性フラグメント、
(iii)配列番号6〜7のうちの1つまたはその免疫原性フラグメント、
(iv)配列番号8またはその免疫原性フラグメント、
(v)配列番号9〜10のうちの1つまたはその免疫原性フラグメント、および
(vi)配列番号11〜13のうちの1つまたはその免疫原性フラグメント。 - 前記フラグメントが、N末端、C末端、または両方から1〜20アミノ酸残基取り除かれた配列番号1〜13のいずれかの切断フラグメントである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 前記ワクチン処方物が、配列番号1〜11のいずれかからなるアミノ酸配列を有する1つまたはそれより多くのポリペプチドを含む、請求項1に記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 配列番号6を含むアミノ酸配列を有するポリペプチドを含む、請求項1に記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 配列番号7を含むアミノ酸配列を有するポリペプチドを含む、請求項1に記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 配列番号9を含むアミノ酸配列を有するポリペプチドを含む、請求項1に記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 配列番号10を含むアミノ酸配列を有するポリペプチドを含む、請求項1に記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 前記ワクチン処方物が、配列番号6からなるポリペプチドおよび配列番号9からなるポリペプチドを含む、請求項1に記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 前記ワクチン処方物が、配列番号7からなるポリペプチドおよび配列番号10からなるポリペプチドを含む、請求項1に記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 配列番号1〜13のいずれかを含むアミノ酸配列を有するポリペプチド以外に、実質的に他のS.pneumoniaeポリペプチドを含まない、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 薬学的に受容可能なキャリア、および配列番号2、7、9、22、および23のいずれかを含むアミノ酸配列を有する1つまたはそれより多くのポリペプチドまたはその免疫原性フラグメントを含む、請求項1に記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 薬学的に受容可能なキャリア、および配列番号11からなるアミノ酸配列を有するポリペプチドまたはその免疫原性フラグメントを含むワクチン処方物。
- 薬学的に受容可能なキャリア、および配列番号12を含むアミノ酸配列を有するポリペプチドを含むワクチン処方物。
- 薬学的に受容可能なキャリア、および配列番号14〜21のいずれかを含むアミノ酸配列を有する1つまたはそれより多くのポリペプチドまたはその免疫原性フラグメントを含むワクチン処方物。
- 前記ワクチン処方物が、配列番号14〜21のいずれかを含むアミノ酸配列を有する少なくとも2つの異なるポリペプチドまたはその免疫原性フラグメントを含む、請求項18に記載されるワクチン処方物。
- 少なくとも2つのポリペプチドを含み、各ポリペプチドが、(i)〜(iii)の異なる群に属する、請求項19に記載されるワクチン処方物:
(i)配列番号14〜17のうちの1つまたはその免疫原性フラグメント、
(ii)配列番号18〜19のうちの1つまたはその免疫原性フラグメント、および
