Claims (9)
- 電力生産用炭素質燃料の燃焼のための発電プラントであって、前記発電プラントは、空気の圧縮用の1つ以上のコンプレッサ(5’、5’’...)を備えるコンプレッサ・ユニット(5)、燃焼室(1)、および燃料を前記燃焼室(1)へ注入するための燃料ライン(単数または複数)(2)を備え、燃料および空気の燃焼のための加圧流動床を提供すべく、前記コンプレッサ・ユニット(5)から前記燃焼室(1)へ前記圧縮空気を導入するために空気ライン(3)が提供され、1つ以上のエキスパンダを備え、前記排ガスを前記環境に放出する前に膨張させるための、エキスパンダ・ユニット(29)に前記燃焼室(1)から前記燃焼ガスを導くために燃焼ガスライン(20)が提供され、前記エキスパンダ・ユニットは、電力発生用の1つ以上の発電機(単数または複数)(30)に接続された、発電プラントであって、前記空気の圧縮用の前記コンプレッサ(単数または複数)(5’、5’’..)は、前記燃焼ガスを膨張させるための前記エキスパンダ(単数または複数)(29)用のシャフトとは別個のシャフト上に配置される、発電プラント。
- 前記排ガスの処理用の1つ以上のユニット(単数または複数)(21、23)は、前記燃焼室(1)と前記エキスパンダ(29)との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の発電プラント。
- CO2回収ユニット(23)は、前記燃焼室(1)と前記エキスパンダ(29)との間に配置される、請求項2に記載の発電プラント。
- 前記燃焼ガスからのダストおよび、随意的に、NOxの除去のためのガス処理ユニット(21)は、前記燃焼室(1)と前記CO2回収ユニット(23)との間に提供される、請求項3に記載の発電プラント。
- 前記ガス処理ユニットは、前記CO2回収ユニット(23)を出た低CO2排ガスが、前記エキスパンダ(29)を通じて膨張する前に、前記燃焼室(1)からの前記排ガスを、前記低CO2排ガスに対して冷却するための1つ以上の熱交換器を備える、請求項4に記載の発電プラント。
- 前記圧縮ユニット(5)は、2つ以上の直列接続されたコンプレッサ(5’、5’’、5’’..)を備え、1つ以上の中間冷却器(単数または複数)(31)が前記コンプレッサ(5’、5’’、5’’’..)の間に配置される、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の発電プラント。
- 前記圧縮ユニット(5)の前記直列コンプレッサ(5’、5’’、5’’’...)は、共通のシャフト上に配置された、請求項6に記載の発電プラント。
- 前記コンプレッサ(5’、5’’、5’’’..)の2つ以上が並列に配置された、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の発電プラント。
- 加圧流動床燃焼プラントを運転するための方法であって、前記方法は、圧縮ユニットにおいて空気が圧縮され、前記圧縮された空気は、炭素質燃料が前記空気の存在下で燃焼される加圧流動床燃焼室へ導入され、前記燃焼室における前記温度は、前記燃焼室における熱コイル中での水蒸気および過熱水蒸気の発生によって750°〜1000℃の間に維持され、前記燃焼室からの前記燃焼ガスは、電力を発生させるために、発電機に接続されたエキスパンダを通じて膨張される方法であって、前記コンプレッサは、前記エキスパンダとは別個のモータによって運転される、方法。
