Claims (19)
- ねじ山(FE、FI)および組立当接部(BVM、BVF)に接着する固体フィルムを備えるねじ山付き管状接続部(JF)のコンポーネント(T2、T1)のねじ山付き要素(EM、EF)の少なくとも1つのねじ山(FE、FI)および前記組立当接部(BVM、BVF)を覆うように意図された、ねじ山付き接続部の組立てのためのフィルム形成用潤滑剤組成物であって、前記組立当接部(BVM、BVF)は、端部組立相の間に前記ねじ山付き管状接続部(JF)の別のコンポーネント(T1、T2)の別の当接部(BVF、BVM)を接触支持するように意図されており、前記潤滑剤組成物はマトリクスを含み、マトリクスは、潤滑の補完物として、前記組成物に、少なくとも閾値に等しい肩トルク抵抗値を与えるように選択された、少なくとも1つの流動抵抗性材料をさらに含み、前記マトリクスは、ベタ付かない固体粘稠性を有することを特徴とする、潤滑剤組成物。

- 流体抵抗性材料が、重量組成として、ペンタエリトリトールでエステル化された1%から99%のロジン酸および樹脂酸を含む、請求項4に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 重量組成として、10%から20%のポリエチレンワックス、0から5%のポリエチレン/ポリテトラフルオロエチレン複合材料、10%から25%、好ましくは10%から20%のエステル化ロジン、0から20%、好ましくは4%から12%のカルナバワックス、20%から30%、好ましくは20%から26%のステアリン酸亜鉛、15%から25%、好ましくは18%から22%のケイ酸オルトリン酸ストロンチウムカルシウム亜鉛、4%から12%、好ましくは4.5%から7%のフッ化黒鉛、0から4%のポリテトラフルオロエチレン、1%から3%の窒化ホウ素、2%から8%、好ましくは3%から6%の二硫化タングステン、および/または2%から8%の結合剤を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 引裂荷重の比較的高い値および/または強力な粒子間相互作用または粒子間の誘引結合および/または高いモース硬度および/または運動に対して抵抗的もしくは対向する流体挙動を有する、鉱物または無機物粒子の分散によって構成される、少なくとも1つのブレーキ添加剤を含み、各ブレーキ添加剤は、少なくとも酸化ビスマス、酸化チタン、コロイド状シリカ、およびカーボンブラックからなる群より選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- マトリクス中に分散された固体潤滑剤の粒子を含み、前記固体潤滑剤の粒子は、クラス1、2、3、および4のうちの少なくとも1つからの潤滑剤の粒子を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記マトリクスが、粘弾性挙動を呈する少なくとも1つの結合剤を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記マトリクスが少なくとも1つの金属石けんを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 石けんが、少なくともステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸リチウム、ステアリン酸アルミニウム、およびステアリン酸ビスマスからなる群より選択される、請求項10に記載の潤滑剤組成物。
