Description

The present invention relates to a fluorescent display and a display label capable of discriminating the contents of the display by light irradiation.

Conventionally, admission tickets with various ingenuity have been used as means for confirming admission and re-entry at event venues such as museums, art galleries, movie theaters, lectures, and sports venues. For example, a part of the admission ticket is processed with a perforation and the like, and the fact that it can be separated into a main ticket and a stub, the admission is confirmed by removing the stub from the perforation when entering. Alternatively, a method of printing a date on a ticket and presenting an effective date, such as a ski lift right, is performed.

However, in the case of a tear-off type admission ticket, for example, there is a problem in the complexity of the management system such as a re-entry confirmation method and the operation method method. In addition, in the method of printing the date on a ticket surface such as a ski lift ticket and presenting the effective date, alteration of adding or erasing the date with a similar color pen etc. There's a problem.

For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-228561 proposes a method that can determine the authenticity under near ultraviolet rays or visible rays. Further, Patent Document 2 proposes a method in which letter printing is performed with fluorescent ink, and pearl ink is printed on the letter printing to determine authenticity. However, each proposal has a problem that the validity period of the authenticity determination cannot be limited.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.

FIG. 1 shows a display state visually confirmed immediately after UV irradiation using the UV light 13 on the fluorescent display 11 of the present invention (at the initial stage of UV irradiation). Moreover, FIG. 2 is visually confirmed when the fluorescent display 11 of the present invention exceeds the prescribed UV irradiation amount, that is, after the light of 2.15 MJ / m 2 to 8.16 MJ / m 2 is irradiated. The display state is shown. 3 and 4 are schematic cross-sectional views of the fluorescent display 11 taken along the line XX shown in FIG. Furthermore, FIGS. 5-7 shows the cross-sectional schematic which shows one Example of the fluorescent display 11 of this invention.

The principle of the fluorescent display of the present invention will be specifically described below.

In the fluorescent display 11 of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the fluorescent ink layer 23 with low light resistance and the fluorescent ink layer 21 with high light resistance are the same as shown in FIG. Since the fluorescent ink layer 23 composed of fluorescent colors and weak in light resistance has not yet faded, it can be visually recognized that the same color of fluorescent ink is provided on the entire surface when irradiated with UV. Thereafter, only the fluorescent ink layer 23 with low light resistance is faded by being exposed to light above a certain level, and the end of the usable period can be displayed by visually recognizing the fluorescent ink layer 21 with high light resistance. It is a fluorescent display. The initial stage of use (in a state where a lot of light is not exposed) means an environmental state stored in a storage place such as a warehouse that does not normally require lighting, or in a light shielding container. Therefore, the fluorescent display can be stored in a normal storage location where light can be shielded as it is, and can be taken out from the storage location when starting to use, and can be used as shown in FIG. By providing a detachable anti-fading layer 51 on the outermost surface portion, when the anti-fading layer 51 is peeled off, a fluorescent layer comprising a fluorescent ink layer 23 having a low light resistance and a fluorescent ink layer 21 having a high light resistance By irradiating the entire surface with light for the first time, it is possible to control the start of use more accurately.

The fluorescent ink layer 23 having low light resistance according to the present invention has weak or no color development when illuminated with an illuminance within the range of 2.15 MJ / m 2 to 8.61 MJ / m 2. It consists of an ink composition containing a fluorescent dye. However, even if it fades with light weaker than this irradiance, it does not matter depending on the application. Here, the illuminance within the range of 2.15 MJ / m 2 to 8.61 MJ / m 2 means light resistance of blue scale 1 or lower. Therefore, if it is less than 2.15 MJ / m 2 , there is a problem of fading due to light in the factory during the production process, and the effects of the present invention are not satisfied. On the other hand, if it exceeds 8.16 MJ / m 2 , there is a problem that it does not fade in a predetermined time, and the operational effects of the present invention are not satisfied. The predetermined time referred to here means one day to one week.

The strong light-resistant fluorescent ink layer 21 according to the present invention is composed of an ink composition containing a fluorescent dye that hardly fades in color when irradiated with light of 258 MJ / m 2 or more. Here, the illuminance in the range of 258 MJ / m 2 or more means the blue scale 6-7. Therefore, if it is less than 258 MJ / m 2 , there is a problem that the fluorescent coloration starts to fade when verification is required on a yearly basis, which does not satisfy the effects of the present invention.

Further, the fluorescent ink layer 23 having low light resistance can be selectively used according to the object to be displayed, such as usage, expiration date, and place of use, by changing the fluorescent dye contained in the ink composition. .

As shown in FIG. 3, the fluorescent display 11 according to the present invention includes a fluorescent ink layer 23 having a low light resistance, a fluorescent ink layer 21 having a high light resistance, and an ink that does not exhibit fluorescence as shown in FIG. It may have a configuration in which the layers 33 are sequentially stacked.

As an example, as shown in FIG. 4, the fluorescent ink layer 23 with low light resistance and the fluorescent ink layer 21 with high light resistance are uniformly coated on the same surface on the surface of the base material 31, and the fluorescent property is applied on the upper surface thereof. The ink layer 33 may be configured to be laminated.

The base material 31 of the fluorescent display 11 can be used without particular limitation as long as it can be printed, such as paper or plastic film generally used for printed matter. However, a substrate that does not contain a fluorescent brightening agent is desirable because it does not interfere with the effects of the present invention.

As a specific example of the fluorescent ink layer 23 having a low light resistance and the fluorescent ink layer 21 having a high light resistance, for example, when used in a place where the illumination is not so bright such as a museum, I = 2.15 MJ / The effect is demonstrated by using an ink that does not emit fluorescence at m 2 . Further, in the case of a ski resort ticket or the like that is exposed to direct sunlight, the effect can be exhibited by using I = 8.61 MJ / m 2 .

Regarding the color of the fluorescent color, green or red is preferable in consideration of security, but other colors may be used, and blue, orange, pink, etc. are sufficiently conceivable. Furthermore, it is sufficiently assumed that a plurality of fluorescent dyes that do not emit fluorescence in the range of 2.15 MJ / m 2 ≦ Ib ≦ 8.61 MJ / m 2 are used in combination.

Since the fluorescent color is not distinguished from the fluorescent light layer 21 with low light resistance and the fluorescent ink layer 23 with high light resistance until the fluorescent ink layer 21 with low light resistance fades, It must be the same color as the fluorescent ink layer 23 with low light resistance. Therefore, a plurality of phosphors may be mixed in order to match the color of the fluorescent ink layer 21 with low light resistance.

The ink layer 33 which does not exhibit the fluorescence need only be able to print the design of the fluorescent display 11 and information for visual observation, and can use general process ink. In addition, any method other than printing can be used as long as it can be provided with characters and designs.

FIG. 6 shows an example of the configuration of the fading prevention layer 51. Specifically, the discoloration preventing layer 51 is a thermal transfer member in which a peeling layer 63, an image receiving layer 65, and an image forming layer 67 are sequentially laminated on one surface of a discoloration preventing layer substrate 61.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the adhesive layer 69 of the thermal transfer member is opposed to the ink layer 33 that does not exhibit fluorescence, which is the outermost surface of the fluorescent display 11, and heat is applied by the thermal head 71. Thereafter, peeling from the fading prevention layer substrate 61 transfers the portion of the fading prevention layer 51 heated by the thermal head 71 to the fluorescent display body 11 to obtain a fluorescent display body on which the fading prevention layer 51 is formed. Can do.

It is desirable that the adhesive layer 69 has an adhesive force that does not damage the outermost surface layer of the underlying fluorescent display 11 when it is peeled off during use. For example, it is described in JP-A-50-2736, JP-A-61-148278, JP-A-61-148279, JP-A-61-281173, JP-A-59-159868, and the like. Can be used.

The fading prevention layer 51 is not limited as long as it does not transmit light. For example, a colored ink layer or a metal foil having a concealing property that does not transmit light can be used. A light-shielding layer may be provided. Further, the fading prevention layer 51 can be patterned by the thermal transfer method shown in FIG.

As described above, by using the fluorescent display of the present invention, it is possible to roughly check how much time has elapsed from the issuance when visually observed by irradiating UV light. Cannot be reused.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described specifically by way of examples.

As a base material, an ink composition having a low light resistance having the following composition is used on white high-quality paper (manufactured by Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd., basis weight: 81.4 g / m 2 , trade name “Shiraoi”).
<Evaluation results>
As shown in FIG. 1, the fluorescent display obtained in Example 1 is printed with a black character on a base on which the entire surface of a 60 × 30 mm square printed with UV light is colored when irradiated with UV light. The condition could be confirmed.

When the fluorescent display of Example 1 was placed under a 1200 Lux fluorescent lamp for 12 hours and then taken out and irradiated with UV light, only the layer coated with a strong light-resistant fluorescent lamp developed a fluorescent color, and the ink with low light resistance was used. Since it was not possible to see that it was applied, only the fluorescent ink with strong light resistance remained, as shown in FIG. 2, and the "x" mark printed with the light resistant ink could be confirmed.
