前記下側ストッパ部は、一対の刃先間の開口幅が前記果実の肩幅より小さく且つ果柄径より大きくなる位置で前記刃先を支持するように配置されており、
前記下側ストッパ部により支持された前記一対の刃先間に前記把持部で把持した前記果柄を挿入し、前記把持部により前記果柄を上方に引き上げることにより前記果実の肩部と接触する前記一対の刃部が上方に回動して前記果柄を切断するようにしたことを特徴とする果実の果柄切断装置。

The lower stopper portion is arranged to support the blade edge at a position where the opening width between a pair of blade edges is smaller than the shoulder width of the fruit and larger than the fruit handle diameter,
The fruit handle gripped by the gripping part is inserted between the pair of blade edges supported by the lower stopper part, and the fruit handle comes into contact with the shoulder part of the fruit by pulling the fruit handle upward by the gripping part. A fruit pattern cutting device characterized in that a pair of blades rotate upward to cut the fruit pattern.
