洗浄カゴ14を図5と図7に図示のように、嵌め込んで係止した外周側カゴ枠体を内周側カゴ枠体から取外し、内周側カゴ枠体の2辺に、3個重ねた3Dメガネを、メガネの表側を外向きにして3個ずつ2箇所に収納する。収納したら外周側カゴ枠体を内周側カゴ枠体に嵌め込んで係止して計6個入り洗浄カゴにする。
この6個入りの洗浄カゴを最初の1個として内周側カゴ枠体の円弧形係止穴16を内側カゴ係止支柱9に上から挿入し、次に2個目として内周側カゴ枠体の円弧形係止穴16を内側カゴ係止支柱9に上から挿入して2段重ねにして5個あるカゴ収容枠体の1個目の収容洗浄部12に2段の洗浄カゴ(3Dメガネ計12個入り)を収容する。この収容作業を他の4個の収容洗浄部に繰り返し実施してカゴ収容枠体14に計60個(3×2×2×5)の3Dメガネを収納する。
この多数の3Dメガネを収納したカゴ収容枠体入り洗浄槽1に洗浄液流入口2から洗浄液を流入してから、回転軸4をモーターなどで回転することにより3Dメガネを洗浄する。
洗浄後は回転軸を回転させたままにして3Dメガネなどに付着した水滴などを周囲に飛散させながら洗浄液を底板の流出穴7´などを通過させて洗浄槽の洗浄液流出口3から洗浄液を流出させるとともに洗浄槽に蓋を被せて、温風を流入口2´から温風を洗浄槽に流入して洗浄液で濡れている3Dメガネを短時間で乾燥する。
3Dメガネを乾燥した後に、前記の収容と逆の作業をして洗浄した3Dメガネをカゴ収容枠体や洗浄カゴから取出して洗浄は終了する。
なお、実施例1の洗浄機では、カゴ枠体の全側面と上下面の全面に合成樹脂製網をそれぞれを接着して設けたものについて説明したが、カゴ枠体の全側面と下面に合成樹脂製網をそれぞれを接着して設けてものも良いし、洗浄カゴが2段に積層したものについて説明したが、積層は3段以上に積層も良く、区分け支柱は5本でカゴ収容枠体が5個について説明したが、区分け支柱は4本又は6本以上でカゴ収容枠体が4個又は6個以上も良い。
