Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a linear resolver, and more particularly to a linear resolver that has high detection accuracy and can prevent signal line breakage.
(d)ロータに巻線(コイル)がない、VR(Variable Reluctance)タイプ。
A conventional resolver is a rotary type (rotary type), and is a sensor that detects an angle that is a displacement in the rotational direction. Rotating resolvers can be broadly classified and classified as follows.
(A) A type in which the rotor has a winding (coil) and a signal line connected to the winding (coil) is drawn out. The rotation range of the rotor is a finite angle.
(B) The rotor has windings (coils) and has a brush. Signal transmission to the rotor is a contact type using a brush. There is no limit on the rotation range of the rotor.
(C) Brushless type with windings (coils) in the rotor. It is a non-contact type in which a signal is transmitted to the rotor by a rotary transformer. There is no limit on the rotation range of the rotor.
(D) VR (Variable Reluctance) type in which there is no winding (coil) in the rotor. Non-contact type. There is no limit on the rotation range of the rotor.
On the other hand, there is a linear resolver as a sensor for detecting a displacement in a linear direction (
Further, a linear winding type detector which is the same type of sensor is also conventionally known (Patent Document 3). According to the above classification, this is (a) a finite type with a finite rotation range, or (d) a VR type.
The conventional rotary resolver has the following problems.
(A) The finite type has a limited rotation range. Further, since the signal line is shaken with the rotation, metal fatigue occurs in the signal line and there is a risk of disconnection.
(D) The VR type is inferior in detection accuracy compared to other types.
These problems are the same in the linear resolver and the linear winding type detector. That is, the conventional linear resolver has poor detection accuracy. Further, when the linear winding type detector is a VR type, the detection accuracy is inferior. When the linear winding type detector is a finite type, the signal line is swayed during operation, so that metal fatigue occurs and there is a risk of disconnection.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a linear resolver with high detection accuracy. Another problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a linear resolver in which the occurrence of disconnection due to metal fatigue in a signal line is prevented, and it is difficult to fail and has a long product life. The present invention aims to solve these two problems at the same time.
As a result of studying the above problems, the inventor of the present application has a configuration in which a winding (coil) is provided in the movable portion and a transformer coil is provided, and according to the above-described classification of the rotary resolver, (c) a brushless type linear resolver. Thus, the inventors have conceived that the problem can be solved, and have reached the present invention. That is, the invention claimed in the present application, or at least the disclosed invention, as means for solving the above-described problems is as follows.
(1) In a linear resolver composed of a movable part and a fixed part, which are sensors for detecting a displacement in a linear direction, the movable part is provided with a transformer coil and a resolver coil. Is a linear resolver in which a transformer coil and a resolver coil are provided and there is no signal line drawn from the movable part.
(2) The linear resolver according to (1), wherein the signal format is one-phase excitation two-phase output or two-phase excitation one-phase output.
(3) Each of the movable part and the fixed part is provided with a coil holding groove, and each transformer coil or resolver coil is held in the coil holding groove. The linear resolver described in 2).
Since the linear resolver of this invention is comprised as mentioned above, according to this, high detection accuracy can be obtained compared with the conventional linear resolver. In addition, since the signal line is not drawn out from the movable part, the signal line is not disconnected at all due to metal fatigue, and can be used stably. Therefore, since the linear resolver of the present invention is less likely to fail and has a long product life, it can be used continuously with peace of mind and the repair and inspection costs can be reduced.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the basic configuration of the linear resolver of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the
With this configuration, the
As described above, the present
FIG. 2 is a plan view and a side view showing a configuration example of the linear resolver of the present invention. Also,
FIG. 3 is a wiring diagram of the linear resolver shown in FIG. As shown in these figures, the linear resolver 210 is provided with a transformer coil 22 and a
Therefore, the problem that the signal line is shaken by the operation of the linear resolver 210 does not occur, and there is no danger of disconnection due to the signal line. Further, unlike the VR type linear resolver, since the
In this linear resolver 210, a coil holding groove is provided in the movable part base constituting the
With this configuration, in the present linear resolver, the corresponding coil is fitted and held in each coil holding groove. The state where each coil is held in each coil holding groove is shown in FIG.
FIG. 4 is a wiring diagram of another configuration example of the linear resolver of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the signal format of this linear resolver may be two-phase excitation and one-phase output. Thus, when the signal format is one-phase excitation two-phase output or two-phase excitation one-phase output, a predetermined coil can be provided without difficulty even in the movable portion 31 having a small area. Therefore, it is desirable that the signal format of the linear resolver be either phase excitation 2-phase output or 2-phase excitation 1-phase output.
According to the linear resolver of the present invention, it is possible to obtain high detection accuracy as compared with the conventional linear resolver, to eliminate the danger of signal line disconnection, to reduce failures, and to improve performance. Therefore, the present invention is highly industrially applicable in all fields of sensor manufacture and use.
