Abstract
【解決手段】ステータ60を、同じ磁性材料かつ同じ平面形状で、厚み寸法の異なる2種類の第1鋼板61および第2鋼板62を積層して形成したので、1つの共振周波数(ピーク値大)を発生する同じ厚み寸法の鋼板を積層したステータを備えたモータジェネレータ(比較例)に比して、2つの共振周波数を発生させて各共振周波数(ピーク値小)に分散させることができる。よって、モータジェネレータ50の回転駆動時に発生する振動を小さくしつつ、各鋼板の厚み寸法のみを異ならせるだけなので仕様変更にも容易に対応でき、さらには各鋼板61,62を同じ製造ラインで製造することにも容易に対応できる。

Claims (3)
- 複数の鋼板を積層して形成されるモータコアを備えた回転電機であって、
前記モータコアを、同じ磁性材料かつ同じ平面形状で、厚み寸法の異なる少なくとも2種類の鋼板を積層して形成したことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機において、厚み寸法の異なる前記鋼板を、それぞれ鋼板a〜鋼板nとしたときに、a,b〜n,a,b〜n,a,b〜nのように規則的に積層したことを特徴とする回転電機。
- 請求項1記載の回転電機において、厚み寸法の異なる前記鋼板を、それぞれ鋼板a〜鋼板nとしたときに、b,c,a,a,b,a,c,b,b,c〜nのように不規則に積層したことを特徴とする回転電機。
