Furthermore, a technique for adjusting the inductance characteristics of the reactor by providing a gap at the connecting portion between the cores has also been proposed. (See Patent Document 1,
In the prior art, a reactor in which a gap is provided at the connecting portion between the cores has an effect that the inductance characteristics can be easily adjusted. On the other hand, the leakage magnetic flux from the gap is linked to the current flowing through the coil, resulting in a large loss. The problem has occurred.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a reactor having a structure capable of suppressing loss due to leakage magnetic flux from a gap in a reactor in which a gap is provided in a connecting portion between cores. It is.

A first core engaging protrusion is formed on the first outer surface of the first insulating member along the outer periphery of the first opposing surface and protrudes toward the opposite side of the second opposing surface. It is characterized by.
In the reactor according to the present invention, the first gap member is accommodated in the first hole portion formed in the first insulating member, and the first coil contact protrusion formed on the edge of the first hole portion is one end of the coil body. Contact the part. In such a first insulating member, the first gap member is arranged outside the coil body, and the distance between the first gap member and the coil is secured, so that the leakage magnetic flux from the gap is linked to the current flowing through the coil. This can be effectively prevented.
The first insulating member is positioned with respect to the first outer core by the first core engaging protrusions formed on the first outer surface and the first outer surface, and engages with the first outer core. That is, since the first core engaging protrusion is in contact with the side surface of the first outer core, and the first outer surface is in contact with the first opposing surface of the first outer core, the first insulating member is the first outer core. Is easily positioned.
Furthermore, the first insulating member not only holds the coil body in the direction orthogonal to the direction in which the leg core extends by the first hole, but also extends by the first coil contact protrusion. The coil body is also held with respect to the direction. In addition, since the first insulating member engages with the first outer core, the positional relationship between the coil body and the leg core and the first outer core is determined, and the coil body and the leg core are determined with respect to the first outer core. Can be linked. Therefore, the reactor according to the present invention can reliably hold the coil body and has high earthquake resistance.
Further, in the reactor according to the present invention, the second inner surface of the second insulating member is disposed on an edge of the second hole portion and protrudes toward the first facing surface, and the other end of the coil body. The second coil contact protrusion that contacts the end of each of the coil bodies may be formed corresponding to each of the coil bodies,
A second core engagement protrusion is formed on the second outer surface of the second insulating member along the outer periphery of the second opposing surface and protrudes toward the opposite side of the first opposing surface. It may be.
In such a reactor, not only the first insulating member located at one end of the coil body, but also the second insulating member located at the other end of the coil body, like the first insulating member, A second hole, a second coil contact protrusion, and a second core engagement protrusion are formed. Therefore, in addition to the first gap material, such a reactor ensures a distance between the second gap material and the coil body, and more effectively prevents the leakage magnetic flux from the gap from interlinking with the current flowing through the coil. Can be prevented.
Further, since such a reactor can easily position and connect the coil body, the leg core and the second outer core in the same manner as the first insulating member, the second insulating member can be assembled. Is easy and has better seismic performance. In addition, the manufacturing cost can be reduced by using the second insulating member and the first insulating member as a common component.
Furthermore, in the reactor according to the present invention, the first core engagement protrusion may be continuously formed along an outer periphery of the first facing surface,
The second core engaging protrusion may be formed continuously along the outer periphery of the second facing surface.
In such a reactor, since the first core engaging protrusion and the second core engaging protrusion are continuously formed along the outer periphery of the opposing surface of each outer core, the creeping distance between the coil and the outer core is small. Long and has good insulating properties.

As shown in FIG. 4B and FIG. 4D and the like, a first

Further, in the

The reactor according to the present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, and the shape and configuration of each member can be changed as appropriate, and a plurality of members made of the same material are integrated.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although this invention is demonstrated based on an Example, this invention is not limited to these Examples.
In the example, the
The
Further, as sample 05 and sample 06, as shown in FIG. 8, a reactor using an insulating member 92 on which the first and second
