Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a control device for an automatic transmission that switches between a gear ratio and a forward / reverse state in a vehicle, and in particular, drives an oil pump by a driving force source for traveling and is generated by the oil pump. The present invention relates to a hydraulic control device configured to store the hydraulic pressure in an accumulator.
The automatic transmission of a vehicle changes the operating ratio of a winding transmission mechanism using a transmission member such as a belt and the torque transmission path in a gear mechanism mainly composed of a planetary gear mechanism by hydraulic pressure, thereby changing the gear ratio. Or switching between forward and backward movement states. In addition, torque transmission may be performed by frictional force. In such a case, the hydraulic pressure for generating the frictional force is adjusted so that the required torque transmission capacity is obtained. Yes. As an example of this type of automatic transmission, a belt-type continuously variable transmission is known, and in a belt-type continuously variable transmission, the width of a pulley around which a belt is wound is changed by hydraulic pressure to change speed. The pulley is configured to apply a clamping pressure for clamping the belt by hydraulic pressure, thereby setting a predetermined torque transmission capacity.
Patent Document 1 describes an example of a hydraulic control device in such a belt-type continuously variable transmission. The hydraulic control device described in Patent Document 1 includes an oil pump driven by a motor, The hydraulic pressure generated by the oil pump is stored in an accumulator and supplied to the hydraulic chambers of the primary pulley and the secondary pulley, and the supplied hydraulic pressure is appropriately controlled to set a predetermined gear ratio while setting the target It is comprised so that clamping pressure may be set up. In addition, the hydraulic control device described in Patent Document 1 is configured to supply and discharge hydraulic pressure to and from the primary pulley and the secondary pulley by an electrically controlled electromagnetic valve. By energizing and opening it, the hydraulic pressure is supplied to the primary pulley to upshift, and the hydraulic pressure is supplied to the secondary pulley to increase the pinching pressure. By opening, the hydraulic pressure is discharged from the primary pulley to downshift, and the hydraulic pressure is discharged from the secondary pulley to reduce the clamping pressure. Since these solenoid valves are closed when the power is turned off, when maintaining the gear ratio and pinching pressure, these solenoid valves are controlled to be closed to suppress the consumption of hydraulic pressure. can do.
Automatic transmissions such as belt-type continuously variable transmissions include a mechanism for directly transmitting torque for traveling, a mechanism that functions in an auxiliary manner for torque transmission, and a mechanism for lubrication. Both of these mechanisms require hydraulic pressure. However, there is a difference in the required hydraulic pressure, and belt type continuously variable transmissions directly transmit torque for traveling, so a high hydraulic pressure is required. On the other hand, a low hydraulic pressure is sufficient for lubrication. is there. The hydraulic control apparatus described in each of the above patent documents is configured to supply a high hydraulic pressure stored in an accumulator to a pulley in a belt type continuously variable transmission to control a transmission ratio and a clamping pressure. This is because, as described above, the hydraulic circuit for controlling the belt-type continuously variable transmission is configured so that the hydraulic pressure is closed and the gear ratio and the clamping pressure can be maintained, so that the hydraulic pressure consumption is small. Is one of the factors. Therefore, as described in
However, if the oil pressure is supplied from one oil pump to both the high hydraulic circuit including the accumulator and the low hydraulic circuit such as the lubrication unit, the oil pump discharge pressure is controlled to be high so as to accumulate the pressure in the accumulator. Since the amount of hydraulic pressure that can be sent to the circuit is reduced, the hydraulic pressure of the low hydraulic circuit may be insufficient. In particular, when the oil pump is driven by an engine that outputs torque for traveling to generate hydraulic pressure, the engine is driven in accordance with the traveling state, and therefore the amount of oil pressure generated by the oil pump. The amount of oil pressure required for the high hydraulic circuit and low hydraulic circuit may vary regardless of the traveling state, so that the low hydraulic pressure increases with the accumulator pressure accumulation. Insufficient hydraulic pressure in the circuit is likely to occur.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above technical problem, and an object of the present invention is to avoid a shortage of hydraulic pressure associated with pressure accumulation in a hydraulic control device including an accumulator.
In order to solve the above problems, the invention of claim 1 is directed to an oil pump, a low hydraulic circuit that functions at a relatively low hydraulic pressure, a high hydraulic circuit that functions at a relatively high hydraulic pressure, and the oil pump. In a hydraulic control device for an automatic transmission that includes an accumulator that stores hydraulic pressure to be supplied to a high hydraulic circuit among discharged hydraulic pressures, the hydraulic pressure output from the oil pump may be adjusted to be higher than a pressure that allows the high hydraulic circuit to function. A pressure regulating valve that sends the drain hydraulic pressure that accompanies pressure regulation to the low hydraulic circuit side, and the hydraulic pressure discharged from the oil pump is regulated by the pressure regulating valve to a level that is higher than that required by the high hydraulic circuit. The surplus flow rate judging means for judging the surplus flow rate of the hydraulic pressure sent from the pressure regulating valve to the low hydraulic circuit side, and the surplus flow rate judging means determines the surplus flow rate in advance. And is characterized in that it comprises a pressure accumulator control means is at a value less prohibits the accumulator to the accumulator when it is determined.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the surplus flow determining means determines the surplus flow based on the amount of oil discharged from the oil pump and the amount of oil consumed by the low hydraulic circuit. Is a hydraulic control device for an automatic transmission.
The invention of
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the pressure regulating value of the pressure regulating valve is lowered when the hydraulic pressure of the accumulator is equal to or higher than that required by the high hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic control device for an automatic transmission further comprises pressure regulation control means for lowering the discharge pressure of the oil pump.
According to the present invention, when accumulating pressure in the accumulator, the discharge pressure of the oil pump is increased by increasing the pressure regulation value of the pressure regulating valve, and accordingly, the pressure is fed from the pressure regulating valve to the low hydraulic circuit side. The hydraulic flow rate decreases, but if the surplus flow rate in that case is less than or equal to a predetermined value, accumulation of pressure in the accumulator is prohibited. Therefore, the surplus flow rate of the hydraulic pressure sent to the low hydraulic circuit side does not become a predetermined value or less, and a shortage of hydraulic pressure in the low hydraulic circuit is avoided.
According to the invention of claim 4, the loss of power caused by driving the oil pump can be reduced and the energy efficiency can be improved.
Next, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. The present invention can be applied to a hydraulic control device for a vehicle automatic transmission such as a continuously variable transmission or a stepped transmission, and includes a belt type continuously variable transmission as an example of the automatic transmission. An example is shown schematically in FIG. The driving force source 1 may be an internal combustion engine such as a gasoline engine, an electric motor, or a so-called hybrid type combining these internal combustion engines and an electric motor. In the following description, an example in which an engine is used as the driving force source 1 will be described. Therefore, the driving force source 1 is referred to as the engine 1.
A torque converter (T / C) 2 is connected to the output side of the engine 1. This
A clutch C1 is provided for setting a forward state in which the torque input to the
A brake B1 is provided for setting a reverse state in which the direction of the torque input to the
A belt type continuously
The
The
Further, an electronic control unit (ECU) 24 is provided for controlling the gear ratio and the belt clamping pressure, and controlling the supply and discharge of the hydraulic pressure with respect to the clutch C1 and the brake B1. The
The
Since the
An

On the other hand, the hydraulic pressure regulated to a high pressure by the
When the supply solenoid valve DSS1 for the
When the pressure
Next, it is determined whether or not the required pressure in the high hydraulic circuit 36 calculated in step S1 is higher than the hydraulic pressure in the accumulator 33 (step S2). Since the
After increasing the discharge pressure of the
If a negative determination is made in step S5 because the surplus flow rate is small or there is no surplus flow rate, pressure accumulation on the
In this way, when the surplus flow rate is small, the pressure regulation level by the
On the other hand, if the determination in step S5 is affirmative, that is, if the surplus flow rate is greater than or equal to a predetermined value, pressure accumulation in the
On the other hand, if the pressure of the
Lowering the pressure regulation level at the
On the other hand, when the discharge pressure of the
