Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pavement concrete plate used for constructing a pavement. More specifically, the pavement is constructed such that a pavement portion having excellent durability can be constructed by being connected to each other via a connecting rebar and laid on the roadbed, and can be easily and reliably connected to each other. It relates to concrete plates for use.
The thing of
When constructing the pavement structure a (FIG. 29C) using the concrete plate b for paving, the connecting rebar k is horizontally inserted so as to be crotched into the long connecting hole f and the short connecting hole g. In order to achieve the state, first, as shown in FIG. 29 (A), the connecting rebar k is previously accommodated in the long connecting hole f over its entire length. Thereafter, the connecting end faces c and d are brought into contact with each other via the packing material m so that the long connecting hole f and the short connecting hole g are in communication with each other. After that, the connecting bar is pulled by pulling the string member n by engaging the tip p of the string member n that has passed through the short connecting hole g with the tip r of the connecting bar k by means r such as magnetic adsorption. k is moved in a horizontal state toward the back end s of the short connection hole g, and approximately half of the length of the connection rebar k is inserted into the short connection hole g as shown in FIG. It was something to do. Then, after the connecting rebar k is horizontally inserted into the long connecting hole f and the short connecting hole g, as shown in FIG. 29 (C), the connecting holes f, g was filled with a filler t.
Thus, when connecting the concrete slabs b, b, the connecting rebar k accommodated in the long connecting hole f can be smoothly moved to the short connecting hole g side by pulling the string material n. It must be possible. For this purpose, it is necessary to match the opening end u of the long connection hole f with the opening end v of the short connection hole g with high accuracy. If, for example, as shown in FIG. 30, a step w occurs at the joint portion of the opening ends u and v due to a construction error when the concrete plate b is laid, the tip portion x in the moving direction of the connecting rebar k is changed. At the step w, the problem of poor workability that makes it difficult or impossible to move the connecting rebar k occurred.
Further, even if the connecting reinforcing bar k can be inserted into the long connecting hole f and the short connecting hole g, the connecting reinforcing bar k has a lower end y caused by gravity as shown in FIG. 29 (B). Since it is placed in a line contact state on the hole bottom z, the cured product a1 of the filler is filled with the filler t in the long connecting hole f and the short connecting hole g as described above. As shown in FIG. 31, the lower layer y side has to be a thin layer portion b1.
By the way, the purpose of connecting the concrete plates to each other using the connecting rebar k is that the load of the connecting rebar k is used to transfer the automobile load (mainly, traveling of a large truck, etc.) Load distribution by effectively transmitting the heavy traffic load from one connected concrete slab to the other concrete slab, thereby stabilizing the joint part c1 between the concrete slabs and improving the durability of the pavement It was intended to improve. However, when the thin layer part b1 is formed as described above, the thin layer part b1 is easily peeled off from the connecting rebar k due to repeated load applied to the connecting part c1 as the automobile travels, Since the cured filler is gradually destroyed, the load transmission force of the connecting reinforcing bar k gradually decreases. In addition, when the destruction of the hardened filler material progresses in this way, water enters the connecting portion c1 between the concrete plates b and b and causes corrosion of the connecting rebar k. As a result, the load transmission force was reduced. Furthermore, a step is likely to occur in the connecting portion c1 due to such a decrease in load transmission force, which not only deteriorates the running performance of the automobile, but also stress is likely to concentrate on the connecting portion b1 due to the step, There was a problem that the hardened material a1 of the filler was more easily destroyed.
Thus, in the pavement structure a of the concrete plate for paving according to
This movement is performed such that the tip k1 in the moving direction of the connecting rebar k is guided by the inner peripheral lower surface n1 (FIG. 32A) of the tapered hole. For this reason, even if there is a step at the connecting portion between the opening end of the long connecting hole f and the opening end of the short connecting hole g, the connecting reinforcing bar k can be inserted into the short connecting hole g without difficulty. . Thus, when it is based on
However, the above-described problem relating to the poor durability of the connecting portion has not been solved. This will be described. As shown in FIG. 32 (B), the paved portion a according to
Since the connecting reinforcing bar k is wound around the entire circumference of the short connecting hole g with the filler t, the hardened filler as pointed out in connection with
By the way, as a pavement structure of a concrete plate for pavement considered to be improved in the load transmission force of the connecting reinforcing bars k, there is the one shown in FIG. The pavement concrete plate b used in the pavement structure a shown in FIG. 4 has a length that opens in the facing connection end faces c and d and extends in the facing direction e as shown in FIG. A long long connecting hole f and a short short connecting hole g are provided, and the diameters of the long connecting hole f and the short connecting hole g are larger than the diameter of the connecting reinforcing bar k. The connecting rebar k is in a floating state in the long connecting hole f and the short connecting hole g, and is filled from the vertical holes j and j connected to the long connecting hole f and the short connecting hole g. A state in which the filler covers the connecting rebar k over the entire circumference is shown. From this point, it seems that the load transmission force of the connecting reinforcing bar k is improved.
However, a specific means of how to support the linear connecting rebar k in a floating state in the long connecting hole f and the short connecting hole g is completely described in
The present invention has been developed in view of the above-described conventional problems, and can be easily and reliably interconnected by connecting reinforcing bars to improve the workability of pavement construction and has excellent durability. An object of the present invention is to provide a concrete plate for paving that can construct a paved portion.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means.
That is, the first aspect of the concrete plate for paving according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as a concrete plate) is a concrete plate for paving that constructs a paving portion by being connected to each other and laid on a roadbed. A long connecting hole having a long length and a short connecting hole having a short length that are open at the connecting end surface and extend in the facing direction are provided in a facing state, and the long connecting hole is formed in the back side hole. It is characterized by having an inclined guide surface that is inclined downward toward the connection end surface, which can guide the tip of the connection rebar in the moving direction when being moved to the position.
According to a second aspect of the concrete plate of the present invention, in the concrete plate, the short connection hole is continuously provided with an enlarged hole portion that expands toward the connection end surface in a back side hole portion whose bottom portion has a horizontal linear shape. The enlarged hole portion is configured to move the connecting rebar when the connecting rebar inserted in the long connecting hole is moved horizontally toward the back end side of the short connecting hole. It is preferable to have an inclined guide surface that can guide the distal end portion in the direction and incline downward toward the connecting end surface.

It is preferable to provide an opening at the connection end surface and to extend linearly in the axial direction of the short connection hole.
In the first and second concrete slabs, an exhaust groove having a groove shape recessed upward is provided in an upper portion of the long connection hole, and the exhaust groove communicates with the vertical hole. It is preferable to provide an opening at the connecting end face and to extend linearly in the axial direction of the long connecting hole.
The present invention has the following excellent effects.
The concrete plate according to the present invention is provided with a long connecting hole having a long length and a short connecting hole having a short length that are open at opposing connecting end faces and extend in the facing direction. The hole is provided with an enlarged hole portion that expands toward the connection end surface at the back side hole portion, and a bottom portion of the back side hole portion of the long connection hole has a horizontal straight line, and the long connection hole and the A longitudinal hole that opens on the upper surface of the plate is connected to the back end side of the short connection hole, and at least the hole portion on the connection end surface side of the short connection hole expands toward the connection end surface. It is an enlarged hole. Therefore, according to the present invention,
(1) Move the linear connecting rebar inserted in the long connecting hole toward the back end side of the short connecting hole, and insert it horizontally into the long connecting hole and the short connecting hole. At this time, even if there is a shift in the connecting portion between the opening end of the long connecting hole and the opening end of the short connecting hole due to construction error, the tip end portion in the moving direction of the connecting reinforcing bar is smoothly guided by the inclined guide surface. Therefore, the connecting rebar can be moved in a horizontal state toward the back end side of the short connecting hole. For this reason, it is possible to easily and efficiently perform the connecting work between the concrete plates using the connecting reinforcing bars.
(2) Then, in a state where the linear connecting rebar is inserted horizontally so as to be crotched into the long connecting hole and the short connecting hole, the vertical hole is filled with a filler such as grout, thereby communicating with each other. In the portion where the enlarged hole portion exists, the connecting rebar can be covered with the filler over the entire circumference. For this reason, it is possible to effectively distribute the load of the automobile traveling on the constructed pavement from one connected concrete plate to the other concrete plate, thereby achieving load distribution. As a result, the load transmission function at the connecting portion of the concrete plate is stably ensured over a long period of time, and a pavement having excellent durability can be constructed.
(3) When an exhaust groove having a groove shape recessed upward is provided in the upper part of the short connection hole or the upper part of the long connection hole so as to communicate with the vertical hole and open at the connection end face, When filling the filler from the hole, the air in the long connection hole and the short connection hole can be smoothly exhausted from the vertical hole sequentially through the exhaust groove, so that the filling operation of the filler can be performed smoothly. .
(4) When the short connection hole is configured as a back hole whose bottom part is in a horizontal straight line with an enlarged hole part, the connecting rebar has left and right deep hole parts in a horizontal straight line shape. Therefore, the state where the connecting reinforcing bar is crotched between the long connecting hole and the short connecting hole can be further stabilized.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 6, the long connecting
The total length of the long connecting
And the said
On the other hand, the total length of the
And the said
The conical lower inner
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the upper portion of the
In addition, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the joint end faces 9, 10 above the
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the
Next, an operation process for constructing the
Prior to connecting the
In this embodiment, the diameter of the connecting
After the connecting
When the connecting
After the connecting end faces 9 and 10 are brought into contact with each other as described above to cause the long connecting
This movement will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. In the present embodiment, the length of the expanded
Further, when both the
Then, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 17, the fact that the
As a result, the connecting
In the state where the connecting
FIG. 18 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the filling is completed. In the connecting
After the
The
The present invention is by no means limited to those shown in the above-described embodiments, and it goes without saying that various design changes can be made within the scope of the claims. One example is as follows.
(1) FIG. 20 shows another embodiment of the
(2) FIGS. 22 to 25 show other embodiments of the
The configuration common to these is substantially the same as described above, and the long connecting
And, with the linear connecting
In particular, in each
Further, the
And the back side holes 15 and 22 of the long connecting
Further, in each
Further, the
(3) The
(4) In each of the above embodiments, the
