本発明は以上の構成よりなる。
本発明を使用するときは、ひったくり防犯ベルトの両端の金具（１）をバッグの取っ手、またはバッグの取っ手の金具に取り付け、ひったくり防犯ベルトをたすきがけにしてバッグを持ち運ぶ。
もしひったくりがバッグを取ろうとして、ひったくり防犯ベルトの伸縮性のベルト（２）部分または、バッグ本体を掴んで引っ張ったときに、伸縮性ベルト（２）が伸びる事により、防犯ブザー（５）のスイッチ部（６）よりスイッチ紐（７）が外れて、自動的に防犯ブザー（５）が鳴る仕組みである。尚、危険を感じたときに、本人が自らの手で防犯ブザーの紐（６）を引き防犯ブザー（５）を鳴らすことも可能である。そのため、ひったくり防犯ベルトの金具（１）がバッグ所持人の手前になるようにバッグを持つ。
