Claims (3)

移動の能率と安全を向上するために用いる接地用具において、下記の4条件から構成されることを主要な特徴とする接地条件の制御用具。
1. 路面(3)に接する接地部(2)の少なくとも一部を独立した機能部(6)とし、突起部を脱着、回転、移動、反転、変形、被覆の何れかを利用して該機能部の機能をオンオフする選択機構(66)を持つ。
2. オンでは、突起、起伏又は肌合いによる所望の物性を持たせた該機能部が使用時に受ける負荷で移動に影響する変位をしないように固定する。
3. オフでは該機能部を該接地部の近傍に格納する。
4. 該オンオフには、制御部材若しくは媒介現象による間接法、又は着脱により直接選択操作する直接法の何れかを利用して路面から離れた上方の容易に手が届く操作位置でオンオフする。
