(二)上面の雨水溝(3)、両端部の雨水溝断面を囲うようにコの字型刻み部(16)が2cmの深さで開けられている。この刻みにはめ込むため、コの字型で他方が円筒型に成っている集水部材(17)がある。
(ホ)アーチ型支柱を挟んで、支柱に取付けた引っ掛け棒(18)がある。
本発明は以上のような構造である。
本発明を使用する時は畑の畝にアーチ型支柱(19)を等間隔に設置した後、長尺ビニールシート(20)の長手方向の端を、アーチ型支柱の上に掛ける。ビニールシート地面側の端の上に本発明を乗せる、ビニールシートの端を手前側面の挟み溝(6)より少し長めにセットし、取手付き部材(7)をはさみ込んで固定する。本発明がしっかり地面に設置していてビニールシートに雨水溝(3)側が接触している状態で杭穴(4)に2ヶ所杭(5)を差込む。反対側も同じようにビニールシ−トの上に置き、本発明をアーチ型支柱の根元にピッタリ付けて、ビニールシートの端を挟み溝(6)の上までたるみ無く引っ張った状態で取手付き部材(15)をはめ込み、そして杭を差し込む。
本発明を2本以上つなげて使用する場合は本発明の両端部(1)、高さ底から3分の1と、高さ上面から3分の2を重ね合わせる。杭穴(4)も重なるので、杭(5)を地面に差し込んで一体として固定する。
ビニールシート面に降った雨や直接雨水溝に流れ込んだ雨水は上面雨水溝(3)を通って長手方向断面部(1)から落下し、コの字型の刻み部(16)に集水部材(17)を差込み固定し、他方はホースを差込、地面の中に埋めたタンクに流れ込む。
作業のため長尺ビニールシート(20)を開く時は杭(5)を引き抜き、長手方向断面部(1)に差し込んである集水部材(17)をはずす。2本以上連続して使用している場合は本発明の杭穴(4)に、杭穴長より少し短かい、平べったい頭の付いたジョイント棒(21)をセットし、締め付けるようなC型部材(22)を挟み込む。C型部材の端部は挟み溝(6)に接触しないよう又、その面も含めた4面を抱え込むような構造である。本発明の両断面部中央部に数cm長の棒状の凹みがあり、向き合っている両端の穴にジョイント接続角部材(23)を差込みながら連結し逐次延長していく構造である。作業の為ビニールを開く時は、1本目の長さの中間に居て、本発明品をビニールシートに巻き付けながら持ち上げる、アーチ型支柱に取付けた引っ掛け棒(18)、そこにビニールシートを巻き込んだ本発明を引掛けて次に2本目の中間に移動し同じように繰り返し全長の作業が出来るようにする。作業が終わって閉じる時は支柱に固定されている引っ掛け棒(18)を端から順番に外す。本発明を地面に降ろしアーチ型支柱根元に寄せて、杭穴(4)に杭を通し差し込んで地面に固定する。長手方向端部にコの字型集水部材(16)を差し込み地中のタンクに降った雨水を誘導する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
