Abstract
【解決手段】フィルター・マフラー2と外側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング11との間、及び内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング12と外側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング11との間に、接続部を別個に実現することによって、接続部の改良が達成される。2つの別個の接続部は、外側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング11,12の同じフランジ上に、互いに分離されて設けられる。

Claims (7)
- コンプレッサ・ハウジング(1)と、コンプレッサ入口で動かないように前記コンプレッサ・ハウジング(1)に結合された消音装置(2)と、を有するコンプレッサであって、
前記コンプレッサ・ハウジング(1)は、取付けの理由から、外側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(11)及び内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(12)を有し、
前記外側のコンプレッサ・ハウジングは、動かないように軸受ハウジングに結合されており、他方、前記内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(12)は、コンプレッサ・ホイールを取り付けまたは取り外すために、他のハウジング部分から外されることが可能であり、
前記消音装置(2)及び前記内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(12)は、取付け手段(31,32)によって、前記外側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(11)のフランジに取り付けられているコンプレッサにおいて、
前記内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(12)は、第一の取付け手段(31)によって、前記外側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(11)の前記フランジに取り付けられていること、及び、
前記消音装置(2)は、前記第一の取付け手段(31)から径方向外側に間隔をあけて配置された第二の別個の取付け手段(32)によって、前記外側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(11)の同一のフランジに取り付けられていること、
を特徴とするコンプレッサ。 - 前記取付け手段(31,32)は、少なくとも部分的に、伸びボルトである、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記取付け手段(31,32)は、少なくとも部分的に、スリーブ(33)によって囲まれていて、その結果、取付け距離が延長される、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第二の取付け手段(32)の数は、前記第一の取付け手段(31)の数を上回っている、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記外側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(11)には、前記取付け手段(31,32)を収容するための複数の孔が形成されており、前記第二の取付け手段(32)のための孔の数は、前記第二の取付け手段(32)の数を上回っている、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記第二の取付け手段のための孔は、前記第二の取付け手段の二倍設けられている、請求項5に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 請求項1ないし6の何れか1に記載のコンプレッサを有する排ガス・ターボチャージャ。
