Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an exhaust gas purification system for an engine mounted on a work machine such as a construction machine, a farm work machine, and an engine generator.
In recent years, as high-level exhaust gas regulations related to diesel engines (hereinafter simply referred to as engines) have been applied, air pollutants in exhaust gas have been introduced into construction machines, agricultural machines, and engine generators on which engines are mounted. There has been a demand for mounting an exhaust gas purification device for purification treatment. A diesel particulate filter (hereinafter referred to as DPF) is known as an exhaust gas purification device (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). The DPF is for collecting particulate matter (hereinafter referred to as PM) in the exhaust gas, and includes a diesel oxidation catalyst and a soot filter. In this case, if the PM collected by the DPF exceeds a specified amount, the flow resistance in the DPF increases and the engine output decreases, so the PM accumulated in the DPF is removed by the temperature rise of the exhaust gas, It is often performed to recover the PM collection ability of the DPF (regenerate the DPF).
By the way, the engine is mounted on various working machines such as a construction machine, an agricultural machine, and an engine generator. For this reason, in an engine with a DPF, even if the exhaust gas temperature is raised and the DPF regeneration operation is executed, there may be a case where the DPF purification capacity does not sufficiently recover (when regeneration is insufficient). In this regard, if the engine with DPF is of the common rail type (the fuel injection device is of the common rail type), the DPF regeneration is promoted by aggressive heating in which fuel is supplied into the DPF and burned by post injection. It is possible.
However, in the aspect in which fuel is supplied into the DPF by post-injection and PM is actively burned, if the frequency of post-injection is high (when the number of times increases), not only the fuel efficiency is greatly deteriorated, but each engine There has been a problem that unburned fuel remains in the cylinder, diluting the engine oil and deteriorating the durability of the engine. In particular, during the DPF regeneration, in order to activate the diesel oxidation catalyst, it is necessary to warm the diesel oxidation catalyst to an activation temperature (for example, about 250 to 300 ° C.) or more. When the exhaust gas temperature is low and the diesel oxidation catalyst does not reach the activation temperature, there is a problem that unburned fuel by post injection is directly discharged as white smoke outside the DPF.
In view of this, the present invention has a technical problem to provide an exhaust gas purification system that has been improved by examining the current situation.
The invention of claim 1 includes an exhaust gas purification device arranged in an exhaust system of a common rail engine, and at least one of an intake throttle device and an exhaust throttle device arranged in an intake / exhaust system of the engine, An exhaust gas purification system configured to be able to execute a regeneration mode in which fuel is supplied into the exhaust gas purification device by post-injection, the operation of the at least one throttle device before and after the regeneration mode, The temperature raising mode for raising the exhaust gas temperature from the engine is executed by a combination of injection and proximity post injection.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the exhaust gas purification system according to the first aspect, the proximity post injection is advanced with respect to the post injection in the regeneration mode.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the exhaust gas purification system according to the first or second aspect, the fuel injection amount in the proximity post injection in the temperature raising mode is smaller than the fuel injection amount in the post injection in the regeneration mode. It is set.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the exhaust gas purification system according to any one of the first to third aspects, if the exhaust gas temperature from the engine is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature in the temperature raising mode, the regeneration mode is set. It is configured to migrate.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the exhaust gas purification system according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the exhaust gas temperature from the engine is lower than a predetermined temperature and a predetermined time elapses in the temperature raising mode. It is configured to return to the normal operation mode.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the exhaust gas purifying device disposed in the exhaust system of the common rail engine and at least one of the intake throttle device and the exhaust throttle device disposed in the intake and exhaust system of the engine are provided. An exhaust gas purification system configured to execute a regeneration mode in which fuel is supplied into the exhaust gas purification device by post-injection, and before the regeneration mode, the operation of at least one of the throttle devices, Since the temperature raising mode for raising the exhaust gas temperature from the engine is executed by a combination of after-injection and proximity post-injection, in the temperature raising mode, an increase in fuel injection amount due to intake / exhaust amount restriction and The exhaust gas temperature from the engine can be increased by in-cylinder combustion by the after injection and the proximity post injection. It made.
For this reason, for example, even when the engine is started, before the regeneration mode is executed, the temperature of the exhaust gas and thus the exhaust gas purification device can be quickly raised, and the time until the exhaust gas purification device is activated can be shortened. Therefore, there is an effect that the generation of white smoke at the start of the post injection in the regeneration mode can be prevented more reliably than before.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the exhaust gas purification system according to the first aspect, the proximity post injection is advanced with respect to the post injection in the regeneration mode. Combustion can be performed, and the exhaust gas temperature from the engine can be sufficiently raised.
Furthermore, in the proximity post-injection, it is sufficient to inject fuel that can be expected to prevent white smoke from being generated (exhaust gas temperature increase). Therefore, as in the invention of claim 3, the proximity temperature injection in the temperature increase mode is sufficient. If the fuel injection amount in the post-injection is made smaller than the fuel injection amount in the post-injection in the regeneration mode, there is an effect that deterioration of fuel consumption can be suppressed.
According to the invention of claim 4, in the exhaust gas purification system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, if the exhaust gas temperature from the engine is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature in the temperature raising mode, the regeneration mode Therefore, the regeneration mode is not executed in the exhaust gas temperature range where white smoke may be generated in the post injection. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the generation of white smoke at the start of the post injection in the regeneration mode.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the exhaust gas purification system according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the exhaust gas temperature from the engine is less than a predetermined temperature and a predetermined time elapses in the temperature raising mode. For example, since it is configured to return to the normal operation mode, it is possible to avoid the exhaust air amount limitation, the after injection, and the proximity post injection from being performed in an endless manner when the exhaust gas temperature cannot be sufficiently increased. it can. For this reason, it is effective for suppression of fuel consumption deterioration.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(1). Engine and its Surrounding Structure First, the
As shown in FIG. 1, a
In the above configuration, the fuel in the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The pilot injection B is injected at a timing that is greatly advanced with respect to the main injection A, thereby promoting the mixing of fuel and air. The pre-injection C is performed prior to the main injection A to shorten the ignition timing delay in the main injection A. The after-injection D is an injection that is slightly retarded with respect to the main injection A, thereby activating diffusion combustion and raising the temperature of exhaust gas from the engine 70 (reburning PM). The post-injection E is supplied to the
Further, the
As shown in FIG. 1, a

An
An exhaust gas introduction pipe 65 is inserted into an
The
The
Since there is a specific relationship between the pressure difference between the upstream and downstream of the
In the above configuration, the exhaust gas from the

On the input side of the

その結果、DPF50(スートフィルタ54)内のPMが強制的に燃焼除去される。

The normal operation mode and the regeneration mode are executed based on a command from the
As shown in the flowchart of FIG. 4, in the
Next, when the
If the exhaust gas temperature Tp in the
If the exhaust gas temperature Tp in the
As described above, the increase in the fuel injection amount due to the intake / exhaust amount restriction and the in-cylinder combustion due to the after injection D and the proximity post injection F can raise the temperature of the exhaust gas from the
Further, since the proximity post injection F in the temperature raising mode is advanced with respect to the post injection E in the regeneration mode, the in-cylinder combustion can be performed even after the after injection D, and the exhaust from the
Next, it is determined again whether or not the exhaust gas temperature Tp in the
In the embodiment, a configuration is adopted in which the temperature raising mode or the regeneration mode is permitted by turning on the

Therefore, the fuel injection amount in the proximity post-injection F in the temperature increase mode is sufficient. If the fuel injection amount is made smaller than the fuel injection amount in the post-injection E in the regeneration mode, it is possible to suppress the deterioration of fuel consumption.
