Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cold-insulated container made of a foamed synthetic resin that is used for transporting tuna in a cold state.
Conventionally, as a container used for transporting a large-sized fish such as tuna and yellowtail in a cold storage, a cold storage container made of foamed synthetic resin is known (for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). The cold container is composed of a container body having an opening that opens upward and an upper lid that closes the opening of the container body.
And such a cold insulation container made of foamed synthetic resin (foamed synthetic resin molded product) is manufactured using a molding machine (horizontal molding machine or vertical molding machine). For example, a horizontal molding machine such as
Such a horizontal molding machine includes, for example, a first mold and a second mold that are configured to be able to contact and separate in the horizontal direction (lateral direction), and one of the first and second molds. One of the first and second molds is provided with a convex portion formed in a convex shape along the contact / separation direction, and the convex portion can be inserted in the horizontal direction (lateral direction) in the other of the first and second molds. A concave part is provided.
The production of the cold container by the horizontal molding machine having the above configuration will be described. A molding space formed between the convex portion and the concave portion in a state where the convex portion is inserted into the concave portion (mold closed state). The foamed synthetic resin molded product is molded by filling the resin material into the mold, and then the first mold and the second mold are separated from the mold closed state in order to take out the molded product from the molding space. The convex part is extracted from the concave part by relatively moving in the direction, and the molded product is taken out and collected from the inside of the concave part. Here, in taking out and recovering the molded product, after the first mold and the second mold are sufficiently separated from each other, the molded product is pushed in the opening direction of the concave portion by an extrusion means for extruding the molded product from the concave portion. The molded product was dropped on the ground and the molded product dropped on the ground was collected.
However, the above-mentioned cold storage container for large fish is large in size, and particularly heavy for tuna, it is heavy as a foam molded product. Therefore, when the molded product is dropped on the ground when the molded product is taken out and collected, a portion of the molded product that collides with the ground may be damaged by the impact of the drop. In particular, the corner portion of the molded product tends to concentrate the load due to the drop impact and is easily damaged. And the damage of such a molded article (cold container) causes the problem that the aesthetic appearance of the cold container may be impaired.
The above-mentioned problem is a problem common not only to horizontal molding machines but also to vertical molding machines. Specifically, in this respect, the vertical molding machine is configured so that the first mold and the second mold are in contact with and separated from each other (one of the first mold and the second mold is the other concave section). The horizontal molding machine is in the horizontal direction (lateral direction) with respect to the vertical direction (longitudinal direction). In other words, in the horizontal molding machine and the vertical molding machine, when the molded product is dropped from the molding machine to the ground at the time of mold release, the direction in which the molded product falls to the ground is different, so that the damaged part of the molded product is Although different, the above problems due to damage to the molded product are common.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and can effectively prevent a corner portion from being damaged due to a drop impact and deteriorating the appearance aesthetics during mold release after molding. It is an issue to provide.
A cold storage container according to the present invention is made to solve the above-described problem, and is a container for containing tuna made of foamed synthetic resin, and includes a box-shaped container body having an open upper surface, the container The ratio [m / N] of the radius value with respect to the weight of the container body is 1.7 × 10 −4 or more and 1.9 × 10 −3 or less at the side portion where the bottom portion of the main body and the wall portion form an angle. A chamfered portion set within a range is formed.
According to the cold storage container having such a configuration, when the container body molded by the molding machine is released from the mold, the container body is arranged so that the bottom part is positioned on the lower side in preparation for the container body to fall from the molding machine. By molding, it is possible to effectively reduce the load (stress concentration) on the side part (side part where the bottom part and the wall part intersect to form a corner) due to the drop impact, and to prevent the side part from being damaged.
Such an effect becomes more prominent as the radius value of the chamfered portion in the side portion is larger. However, when the radius value of the chamfered portion in the side portion is increased, the thickness of the corresponding portion is reduced, and thus the strength of the corresponding portion is increased. Is lowered, and the moldability is also lowered, so the upper limit is set as described above. Moreover, since damage becomes conspicuous when the radius value of the chamfered portion in the side portion becomes small, the lower limit is set as described above.
Here, in the cold storage container according to the present invention, the ratio [m / N] of the weight of the container body to the weight of the container body is 5.1 × at a corner portion where two adjacent wall portions of the container body intersect to form a corner. It is preferable that a chamfered portion set within a range of 10 −4 or more and 5.2 × 10 −3 or less is formed.
According to the cold storage container having such a structure, the corner of the container body (the two adjacent wall parts intersect each other), similarly to the side part of the container body (the side part where the bottom part and the wall part intersect). Can also prevent damage to the corners).
Further, the cold storage container according to the present invention is a container for storing tuna made of a synthetic foam resin, and includes a box-shaped container body having an open upper surface, and two adjacent wall portions of the container body intersect. In the corners that form a corner, the ratio of the radius value to the weight of the container body [m / N] is set within a range of 5.1 × 10 −4 or more and 5.2 × 10 −3 or less. Is formed.
According to the cold storage container having such a configuration, by forming the container body so that the wall portion is positioned on the lower side when dropping due to mold release, the corner portion due to the drop impact (the two adjacent wall portions intersect with each other) Can be reduced, and damage to the corners can be prevented.
Furthermore, the cold storage container according to the present invention includes an upper lid that closes the opening of the upper surface of the container body, and a radius with respect to the weight of the container body is formed at a side portion where the top portion and the wall portion of the upper lid intersect and form an angle. It is preferable that a chamfered portion having a value ratio [m / N] of 1.7 × 10 −4 or more and 1.9 × 10 −3 or less is formed.
According to the cold storage container having such a configuration, the side portion of the top lid (the top portion and the wall portion crosses each other), similarly to the side portion (the side portion where the bottom portion and the wall portion cross each other). Damage to the edges).
Further, in the cold storage container according to the present invention, the ratio [m / N] of the radius value to the weight of the container main body is 5.1 × 10 at a corner portion where two adjacent wall portions of the upper lid intersect to form a corner. It is preferable that a chamfered portion set within a range of −4 or more and 5.2 × 10 −3 or less is formed.
According to the cold storage container having such a configuration, the corner of the upper lid (the corner of the two adjacent wall portions intersects) as well as the corner of the container body (the corner of the two adjacent wall portions intersect). Can be prevented from being damaged.
As described above, according to the cold storage container according to the present invention, by providing a chamfered portion in which a radius value (R value) corresponding to the weight of the container body is set, a drop impact occurs at the time of mold release after molding. Since the burden (stress concentration) on the corners (sides and corners) is reduced, and the corners are not easily damaged, it is possible to effectively prevent the appearance from being impaired.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.

The upper lid
Here, the corner | angular part which is the characteristics of this embodiment in the cold insulating container 1 which consists of the above structures is demonstrated. The corner portion is a portion where a protruding corner is formed, and the corner portion of the container body is a general term for a side portion and a corner portion forming an angle formed on the outer surface of the container body. Specifically, the side portion is a portion corresponding to the side in a plan view of the container body, and is a portion where the bottom portion and the wall portion of the container body intersect to form a corner. Further, the corner is a portion corresponding to a corner in a plan view of the container main body, and is a portion where two adjacent wall portions intersect to form a corner.
In the present embodiment, the corners of the

Also, the corners chamfered
Moreover, the corner | angular part of an upper cover is a general term for the edge part and corner which make the angle | corner formed in the outer surface of an upper cover similarly to the corner | angular part of a container main body. Specifically, the side portion is a portion corresponding to the side in a plan view of the upper lid, and is a portion where the top portion of the upper lid and the wall portion make an angle. Further, the corner is a portion corresponding to a corner in a plan view of the upper lid, and is a portion where two adjacent wall portions intersect to form a corner.
In the present embodiment, the corners of the
Further, as corners of the
The corner (edge) of the
The internal structure of the cold insulation container 1 will be described below. As shown in FIG. 2, at least in the front-rear direction between the main body

A method for manufacturing the cold insulating container 1 having the above configuration will be described. When manufacturing the cold storage container 1 (the container
The production of the cold insulation container 1 by the molding machine will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 5A, the convex portion of the
In the manufacturing process of the cold container 1 described above, even when the cold container 1 (the container
Therefore, according to the cold insulation container 1 according to the present embodiment, in the manufacturing process of the cold insulation container 1, the cold insulation container 1 is dropped at the time of release, and the cold insulation container 1 collides with the ground. As a result of preventing the corner from being damaged, it is possible to prevent the appearance aesthetics from being impaired (the commercial value of the foamed synthetic resin molded product is lowered).
Furthermore, according to the cold insulation container 1 having such a configuration, the chamfered
EXAMPLES Next, although an Example is given and this invention is demonstrated in more detail, this invention is not limited to these.
(Side damage test)
By manufacturing the above cold storage container (see FIG. 5), various cold storage containers in which the parameters of size (dimension), expansion ratio (weight), and radius of curvature of the side corners are changed, The extent of damage due to the impact of the drop at the side of the cold storage container was visually confirmed. FIG. 6 is a test body used for the side damage confirmation test, and the test bodies 1 to 37 in which the respective parameters (size (dimension), foaming ratio (weight), curvature radius of the side corner chamfered portion) were changed. FIG. For each specimen, a value obtained by dividing the radius of curvature of the side chamfered portion by the weight is calculated and shown in FIG. There are five types of sizes, LL, L, M, SS, and L2. The dimensions of each size are LL 1650 (mm) × 680 (mm) × 297 in the order of length, width, and height. .5 (mm), L is 1650 (mm) × 585 (mm) × 320 (mm), M is 1520 (mm) × 555 (mm) × 310 (mm), SS Is 1400 (mm) × 470 (mm) × 300 (mm), and L2 is 1400 (mm) × 550 (mm) × 320 (mm).
In the
(Corner damage confirmation test)
Similarly to the side damage confirmation test, the parameters of size (dimension), foaming ratio (weight), and corner radius of curvature are changed according to the manufacturing method of the cold insulation container (see FIG. 5). Various cold storage containers were manufactured, and the degree of damage due to the impact of dropping at the corner of the cold storage container was visually confirmed. FIG. 7 is a test body used in the corner damage confirmation test, and the
