Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a linear solenoid control device for controlling hydraulic pressure, and more particularly to a device for controlling a linear solenoid by a pulse width modulation method.
Linear solenoids are used for applications such as automatic transmissions and control of variable intake and exhaust valves. The linear solenoid is a device that displaces the position of the valve body in accordance with the energization amount and controls the pressure of the hydraulic oil in accordance with the displacement. The linear solenoid is provided with a hydraulic feedback configuration that is feedback by hydraulic pressure in order to keep the pressure of the hydraulic oil constant. The hydraulic feedback configuration has a problem of generating hydraulic vibration as self-excited vibration in a specific state (specific viscosity, flow rate, etc.). In order to easily cope with such a problem, there is also proposed a method of detecting hydraulic vibration using a back electromotive force generated in a linear solenoid in response to hydraulic vibration without providing a hydraulic sensor (Patent Document). 1, 2).
However, conventionally, vibration at a high frequency was unexpected because it was assumed to be a hydraulic vibration with a low frequency of 50 Hz or less which is mainly experienced as vibration of the vehicle body. For this reason, it is common technical knowledge of those skilled in the art to remove signals in a frequency band of pulse width modulation in a high frequency band of 200 Hz to 300 Hz by a filter (for example,
The present invention was created to solve the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide a technique for improving the detection performance of hydraulic vibration of a linear solenoid.
Hereinafter, effective means for solving the above-described problems will be described while showing effects and the like as necessary.
The invention according to
According to the above invention, the simulated energization amount, which is the output value of the reference model that simulates the electrical characteristics of the linear solenoid, is compared with the measured energization amount of the linear solenoid, and vibration is generated based on the difference in energization amount, which is the difference between them. Detected. In this way, the difference between the simulated energization amount and the measured energization amount of the reference model that theoretically does not generate hydraulic vibration can be used for detection of hydraulic vibration as a current value caused by the hydraulic vibration. The dither period is a period of pulse width modulation. As a result, even if a current due to hydraulic vibration having a frequency corresponding to the dither cycle of the pulse width modulation method is generated and superimposed on the current for driving the linear solenoid, the current amplitude Vibration can be detected as the difference between the two. Thus, according to the present invention, the current caused by the hydraulic vibration is reliably separated from the driving current by the pulse width modulation method and detected with high accuracy even in a high frequency band including the frequency band of the pulse width modulation method. Can do.
Conventionally, as described in paragraphs 0015 and 0016 of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-340104, vibrations in a high frequency band including a frequency band of a pulse width modulation system are vibrations that cannot be experienced, and thus need to be detected. It was not considered. However, the inventor of the present invention can cause the hydraulic vibration in a high frequency band including the dither frequency of the pulse width modulation method to cause deterioration of the controllability of the hydraulic control and adversely affect the devices connected to the common hydraulic circuit. I found sex. As an adverse effect on the device, for example, chattering of a hydraulic switch has been confirmed by the present inventors. As described above, the present invention is different from the conventional concept for the purpose of suppressing the low-frequency vibration in the problem of the vehicle body vibration, and presupposes the discovery of a completely new problem.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, an effective value of the energization amount difference is calculated for each dither period, and the first smoothing is performed at a cutoff frequency lower than a carrier frequency corresponding to the dither period with respect to the effective value. The detection of the vibration is determined when a signal generated by performing processing exceeds a preset time and exceeds a threshold value.
In the above invention, the effective value of the energization amount difference for each dither cycle, that is, a value corresponding to the average power in terms of DC power with the positive / negative sign of the energization amount difference removed, is calculated and corresponds to a frequency lower than the carrier frequency. Smoothing processing is performed at the cutoff frequency. Thereby, the occurrence of hydraulic vibration can be detected with high reliability.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the hydraulic vibration detection unit is configured to perform second measurement with respect to the measured energization amount at a cutoff frequency lower than N (N is an integer of 2 or more) times a carrier frequency corresponding to the dither cycle. A low-pass filter circuit that performs the smoothing process, and a sampling period that is 1 / N (N is an integer of 2 or more) of the dither period with respect to the measured energization amount that has been subjected to the second smoothing process. An AD conversion circuit that performs conversion to generate a measurement signal that is a digital signal representing the measured energization amount, and a third smoothing for the simulated energization amount at the same cutoff frequency as the second smoothing process A soft filter that performs processing to generate a simulation signal, and a differencer that generates the difference between the measurement signal and the simulation signal using the difference between the measurement signal and the simulation signal, and generates the difference in energization amount And comprising.
In the above invention, with respect to the measured energization amount, the second smoothing process is performed on the measured energization amount at a cutoff frequency lower than N times the carrier frequency, and the sampling period is 1 / N of the dither period. Since AD conversion is executed in this manner, it is possible to extract a carrier frequency signal while effectively suppressing aliasing noise. On the other hand, with respect to the simulated energization amount, the third smoothing process is performed on the simulated energization amount at the same cutoff frequency as the measured energization amount. It will be. Further, AD conversion with a sampling period of 1 / N of the dither period can remarkably suppress aliasing noise caused by a carrier current of pulse width modulation. Thereby, it is possible to extract a signal in a high frequency band including a carrier frequency while effectively suppressing the mixing of noise caused by signal processing.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the linear solenoid includes a coil for displacing the position of the valve body in accordance with the energization amount, and a power source that supplies electric power to the coil. An observation unit for observing at least one of a voltage of a power source and a temperature of the coil; the reference model includes an inductance element and a resistance element that simulate characteristics of the coil; and the hydraulic vibration detection unit includes the measurement A change in characteristics of the simulated coil is compensated based on at least one of the observed values.
In the above invention, since the change in the characteristics of the coil simulated by the reference model is compensated based on the observation value of at least one of the voltage of the power source and the coil temperature, the reference model for the linear solenoid caused by the environmental change is compensated. A decrease in fidelity can be suppressed. As a result, it is possible to suppress deterioration in the detection performance of hydraulic vibration caused by environmental changes.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the hydraulic vibration detection unit performs a moving average process of each of the simulated energization amount and the measured energization amount in synchronization with a dither cycle that is a cycle corresponding to the carrier frequency corresponding to the dither cycle. And a function of correcting the output signal of the reference model based on a difference between the simulated energization amount that has been subjected to the moving average process and the measured energization amount that has been subjected to the moving average process. To do.
In the above invention, since the output signal of the reference model is corrected based on the difference between the simulated energization amount and the measured energization amount that have been averaged in synchronization with each other, the model error as a bias (for example, offset error) is effective. Can be reduced. Thereby, the detection performance can be improved by effectively suppressing the bias between the output value of the reference model and the measured value.
The invention according to claim 6 is a control device that controls the linear solenoid that controls the pressure of the fluid according to the displacement by displacing the position of the valve element according to the energization amount, and having a preset dither cycle. In the pulse width modulation method, a current operation unit that operates the energization amount by adjusting a duty ratio, an energization amount measurement unit that measures the energization amount in a cycle shorter than the dither cycle, and the measured energization amount A moving average process using the dither period as the moving average time and a high-pass filter process with a cutoff frequency higher than the carrier frequency corresponding to the dither period are performed on the time series data, and each process is performed. And a hydraulic vibration detection unit that detects vibration based on the effective value of the obtained data.
In the above invention, since the moving average process using the dither period as the moving average time is performed on the time series data of the energization amount measured in the dither period, the linear solenoid driving current and its harmonic signal are effectively obtained. Can be suppressed. Furthermore, since the model error as a bias can be effectively reduced by the high-pass filter processing of the cutoff frequency higher than the carrier frequency, it is possible to detect the hydraulic vibration in the high frequency band including the carrier frequency with a simple configuration. it can.
The present invention can be embodied not only in the linear solenoid control device but also in the form of, for example, a computer program that embodies a control method or a control function, a program medium that stores the program, or a program product.

FIG. 3 is a circuit diagram showing a configuration of a hydraulic circuit centered on a normally open type
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
On the other hand, the
The
The
The
The convex shape means a shape having a diameter large enough to fit into the

FIG. 4 is a graph for explaining the control content of the hydraulic oil supply pressure by the hydraulic feedback in the
In the example shown in FIG. 4A, when no electromagnetic force is generated, the hydraulic pressure feedback force Fb1 is balanced with the urging force Fs of the urging
FIG. 4B is a graph showing the relationship between the current value supplied to the
However, it is known to those skilled in the art that a hydraulic feedback configuration in which the hydraulic feedback force Fb is generated by a hydraulic circuit generates a hydraulic vibration that is a self-excited vibration depending on the viscosity and flow rate of the working fluid (for example, hydraulic oil). It has been.
On the other hand, in the normally closed type

FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing a motion equation F1 representing the motion characteristics of the movable part of the
According to the calculation formula F2, the resonance frequency of the hydraulic vibration is proportional to the square root of the sum of the feedback constant kf / b and the spring constant ksp . Therefore, it can be seen that when the signs of the feedback constant k f / b and the spring constant k sp coincide, that is, when a load is generated in the same direction, the resonance frequency of the hydraulic vibration increases. If it carries out like this, it can be set as the resonance characteristic which avoided the frequency band experienced as a vibration of the vehicle body (illustration omitted) of a motor vehicle simply.
However, the present inventor has found that another problem occurs when the resonance frequency of the hydraulic feedback force Fb approaches or falls within the frequency band of 200 Hz to 300 Hz. This problem is a problem that hydraulic vibration is generated due to the fundamental frequency of the pulse in the pulse width modulation method, and the control performance of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the hydraulic
The actual measurement
The actual
The simulated value processing unit 30 executes a
The
The hydraulic
The hydraulic
The hydraulic
The hydraulic vibration
As described above, the hydraulic
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 8 is a block diagram of the hydraulic
The
FIG. 9 is a graph showing characteristics of a filter used by the hydraulic
The hydraulic
As described above, the hydraulic

However, the present invention is not limited to this. You may make it use the low-pass filter of the structure of. However, the driving by the pulse width modulation method causes the hydraulic frequency of the carrier frequency (corresponding to the dither cycle Td) and its harmonics, so that the moving average time is a dither cycle Td that significantly reduces both of them. The averaging process can significantly improve the detection accuracy of hydraulic vibration by increasing the S / N ratio.
