Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a base material with a graphene sheet and a method for producing the graphene sheet, and in particular, inexpensively manufactures a base material with a graphene sheet provided with a large area and low resistance graphene sheet, and a large area and low resistance graphene sheet. It is related with the manufacturing method of the graphene sheet which can be performed.
In recent years, it has been discovered that graphene, which is a thin layer at the atomic layer level of graphite (graphite), has a property as a semiconductor in which electron mobility at room temperature is specifically high and electrical resistance at room temperature is very small. It has attracted a lot of attention.
As a method for producing this graphene, at least one line-shaped catalytic metal layer is positioned and formed on at least one surface of the substrate, the substrate on which this catalytic metal layer is formed is heated, and this catalytic metal layer is formed. A method of supplying a carbon-containing gas to the surface and forming a graphene sheet having a film thickness according to the height of the catalyst metal layer has been proposed (Patent Document 1).
However, in the above-described conventional method for forming a graphene sheet, in order to obtain the catalytic effect of the catalytic metal layer, it is necessary to perform heat treatment at a temperature of at least 600 ° C., and a graphene sheet using a substrate having low heat resistance There was a problem that it was very difficult to form.
Therefore, a method of forming a graphene sheet by plasma CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) instead of heat treatment has been proposed, but due to the influence of plasma damage, the surface roughness of the obtained graphene sheet is large and at the atomic layer level. There was a problem that it was difficult to flatten.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and the base material with a graphene sheet provided with a large area and low resistance graphene sheet, and the large area and low resistance graphene sheet are referred to as 550 ° C. or less. It aims at providing the manufacturing method of the graphene sheet which can be manufactured cheaply at comparatively low temperature.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following base material with graphene sheet and method for producing the graphene sheet.
That is, the base material with a graphene sheet of the present invention is characterized in that a thin film layer containing silicon atoms and carbon atoms, a silicide layer containing metal, and a graphene sheet are sequentially laminated on a substrate.
In this base material with a graphene sheet, since a silicide layer containing a metal and a graphene sheet are sequentially laminated on a thin film layer containing silicon atoms and carbon atoms, an atomic layer is formed on the silicide layer containing a metal that is a conductor. The graphene sheet, which is a conductor with extremely low resistance, is stacked, and therefore the graphene sheet can be increased in area and reduced in resistance, and thus a conductor in which the graphene sheet is stacked on the silicide layer can be obtained. The area can be increased and the resistance can be reduced. As a result, a substrate with a graphene sheet provided with a graphene sheet that is a very low-resistance conductor at the atomic layer level can be provided.
