Conventionally, when a user has a portable health condition data measuring device and the health condition is abnormal, there is a continuous health management system that immediately transmits the data to a hospital and displays it on a monitoring device or a user's mobile phone ( (See
The conventional device has the following problems.
(1): During jogging (outdoors), automatic measurement using a health sensor could not be performed.
(2): Stable measurement results could not be obtained during exercise such as jogging.
(3): A music piece could not be selected or the tempo of the music itself could not be matched due to an exercise tempo such as jogging.
The present invention is provided with a depression or the like to attach a finger to a portable terminal device incorporating a health sensor, and a function for turning on / off the measurement of the health sensor in accordance with the exercise step, and automatically selecting music in accordance with the exercise step, or By providing a function for changing the tempo of the music itself, an object is to improve measurement accuracy and provide comfortable music.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a communication RF (radio unit), 2 is a control unit, 3 is a health sensor, 4 is a pedometer (movement sensor), 5 is a music LSI, 6 is 10 keys, 7 is a display, 8 is An audio interface unit (AIU), 9 is a speaker (receiver unit), and 10 is a microphone (MIC).
In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, the present invention is configured as follows.

The present invention has the following effects.
(1): The control unit acquires the movement state from the movement sensor and turns on / off the measurement by the health sensor based on the acquired movement state, so the measurement of the health sensor is performed in accordance with a certain rhythm (step). By turning on / off, power consumption can be saved, measurement error can be eliminated, and stable measurement can be performed, and more stable measurement can be performed by turning on the health sensor only at rest.
The present invention makes it possible to periodically collect data by incorporating a health sensor in a portable terminal device such as a cellular phone and making it measure without a sense of incongruity. As a means for measuring without a sense of incongruity, in the case of a foldable mobile phone, a recess for attaching a finger to the mobile phone is provided so that the mobile phone can be used even in a closed state. In the case of a rod-type mobile phone, a depression can be provided in the same manner. In addition, a health sensor can be provided near the receiver of the mobile phone, and data can be collected near the ear (such as the earlobe) when receiving a phone call.
In order to obtain a stable measurement result even during exercise, the measurement error can be reduced by turning ON / OFF the measurement by the health sensor in accordance with a certain rhythm (step). In order to control ON / OFF of the measurement by the health sensor, pedometer data (acceleration data) or a photographing camera (measurement of background movement) is used. If the acceleration average is measured for 10 seconds and the result is within 3 ± 10%, the health sensor can be operated once and measured.
Further, as means for notifying the measurer himself / herself, voice data may be transmitted using a telephone line, or may be automatically connected to a server through a network application (eg, i-mode application).
As a method for making the measurement without a sense of incongruity, the measurement may be performed when a call is made by an automatic voice from the management server and the telephone is held when answering the call (when a call is made).
If the measurement is not successful (means for notifying the measurement person himself / herself), guidance such as the direction of the finger can be played by voice or image so that the measurement can be performed smoothly.
The health sensor may be turned on only in a stationary state in cooperation with the other sensors (pedometer or camera). If it is determined by the detection by the sensor that it is moving within a certain time range, the power of the health sensor unit can be turned off (an erroneous measurement prevention circuit).
An existing photographing camera (attached to a mobile phone) may be used as a health sensor. However, since an infrared cut filter is usually built in, it is necessary to turn this filter ON / OFF manually or automatically.
It is possible to provide comfortable music by automatically selecting music stored in the mobile phone or music on the site according to the tempo sensed by the pedometer, or by matching the tempo of the music itself with the sensed tempo. It becomes possible.
Depending on the output data of the health sensor, it is possible to provide a tempo suitable for the user by delaying or speeding up the music tempo.
Furthermore, the music selection and the tempo of the music itself can be matched to the user as compared with the data registered in the server. In this case, the tempo value of the user's favorite song is registered in the server, or the tempo data of the song often heard in the past can be automatically registered.

(6): Flowchart of Music Tempo Control FIG. 6 is a flowchart of music tempo control. Hereinafter, the music tempo control process will be described with reference to processes S1 to S11 in FIG.
S1: The control unit 2 receives a constant tempo output from the pedometer, and proceeds to a process S2.
S2: The control unit 2 determines whether the health sensor is operating for comparison of the set tempo. If it is determined that the health sensor is operating, the process proceeds to process S3. If the health sensor is not operating (health sensor OFF), only the pedometer information is output and the process returns to process S1.
S3: The control unit 2 acquires the measurement result of the health sensor (calculates the average value of the measurement over a certain period), and proceeds to processing S4.
S4: The control unit 2 compares the current tempo from the pedometer with the set tempo to generate tempo data, and proceeds to step S5.
S5: The control unit 2 refers to past data read from the personal data memory, performs music selection and music tempo matching, and proceeds to processing S6. This process selects music with a slow tempo if running slowly, and music with a fast tempo if running fast. For example, there are two ways to select a fast tempo: to select the fastest tempo and to speed up the tempo even for the same song, and either one or both (increase only the tempo if there is no fast tune) Can be used.
Here, reading from the personal data memory includes tempo data and music data. The tempo data is obtained by changing the tempo to a plurality of stages even if the music is the same (eg, tempo A, original sound B, original sound slower than the original sound). Faster tempo C etc.).
S6: The control unit 2 starts changing the music tempo and outputting music, and proceeds to processing S7.
S7: The control unit 2 compares the tempo of the health sensor and the pedometer. If the tempo (for example, pulse) of the health sensor is slow in this comparison, the process proceeds to process S8, and if it is early, the process proceeds to process S9.
S8: The control unit 2 instructs to speed up jogging, or selects neglect (for example, because the pulse is slow (because it is not short of breath), it is not necessary to increase the pace forcibly), and the
S9: Since the tempo (for example, the pulse) of the health sensor is fast (shortness of breath), the control unit 2 instructs the jogging pace down (alarm, vibrator, voice, etc.), and proceeds to
S10: When the first piece of music is finished, the control unit 2 proceeds to processing 11.
S11: When the music of the second music starts (the same applies at the start of the third music and thereafter), the control unit 2 returns to the
