The second fabric is knitted following a yarn-over formed by at least the knitting-out among the stitches engaged with the knitting needle used for the knitting-out. The plurality of the continuous stitches in the part of the first fabric, which are moved to the knitting needle of the opposite needle bed, or new stitches continuing to the continuous stitches are overlapped with the stitches of the second fabric by returning to the needle bed before moving, and then the first fabric is knitted.

Description

The present invention relates to a knitting method of a knitted fabric in which knitted fabrics expressed as color patterns in a knitted knitted fabric are overlapped by knitting, and the knitted fabric.

Examples of the knitted fabric products include knitwear such as sweaters and vests, and knitted accessories such as ties and bags. There are various things such as solid colors and color patterns, but the color patterns expressed by changing the knitting yarn greatly expands the design variation. A known knitting method for forming the color pattern includes, for example, intarsia knitting in which a plurality of knitted fabrics having different colors and materials are connected by knitting. There is also disclosed a method of knitting an intarsia pattern in which different yarn feeders are sequentially moved to feed yarns to knitting needles and tucked together to join adjacent knitted fabrics at the boundary in the wale direction.
(See Patent Document 1). Jacquard knitted fabric with rubber structure knitting is also used for jacquard knitting in which a plurality of different knitting yarns are used in parallel and the knitting yarn to be expressed as a pattern is put on the front surface and the other knitting yarns are hidden on the back surface. Is disclosed as a method of knitting (see Patent Document 2).

However, although the Intarsia knitting can finish the entire knitted fabric thinly, it is difficult to replace the knitting yarn with a fine pattern due to problems such as interference with the yarn feeder, and the jacquard knitting is a knitting with a fine pattern. Is easy, but it is necessary to dispose the unused knitting yarn on the back side, and the entire knitted fabric other than the colored pattern is thick. From the above, for example, in a tie such as an accessory, when it is desired to spread a small pattern throughout, it is often expressed using embroidery in a later process.

An object of the present invention is to provide a knitting method capable of easily expressing formation of a small color pattern as knitting on a knitted knitted fabric as a knitting of the knitted fabric, and the knitting. Is to provide a knitted fabric.

The present invention uses a flat knitting machine including at least a pair of front and rear needle beds and a yarn feeder for supplying knitting yarn to a plurality of knitting needles arranged on each needle bed, and uses different knitting yarns to the first knitted fabric. In the knitting method of the knitted fabric in which the second knitted fabric has a color pattern with respect to the first knitted fabric by knitting the second knitted fabric used, the first knitted fabric is knitted and a part of the first knitted fabric A second knitted fabric using a knitting needle for locking the plurality of moved stitches and a vacant needle on the needle bed facing the knitting needle. A step of knitting a second knitted fabric following at least a hook formed by knitting out of the stitches locked to the knitting needle used for the set-up, and the opposing needle bed A plurality of continuous stitches of a part of the first knitted fabric moved to the first knitting needle or a new stitch following the stitches before moving. After overlapping the second knitted fabric stitches back on the floor, characterized in that it comprises a step of performing knitting of the first knitted fabric.

In the present invention, the knitting of the second knitted fabric is performed by temporarily knitting the first knitted fabric, and knitted in a bag shape using the knitting needles used for the set-up on the front and back needle beds. And

Furthermore, in the present invention, the second knitted fabric knitted using a flat knitting machine including at least a pair of front and rear needle beds and a yarn feeder for supplying a knitting yarn to a plurality of knitting needles arranged on each needle bed is a first knitted fabric. A knitted fabric having a color pattern with respect to the knitted fabric, and a second knitted fabric in which a plurality of continuous stitches and a set-up portion of a part of the first knitted fabric are joined is formed of a single layer or two layers. The knitted fabric is characterized by being connected to a part of stitches of the first knitted fabric or a new stitch following the stitch at the end portion in the wale direction of the two knitted fabrics.

In the present invention, in order to form the second knitted fabric, transfer is made to the empty needle on the needle bed facing the stitch that is locked to the knitting needle corresponding to the position where the color pattern is to be formed with respect to the first knitted fabric that is the base. If a new empty needle can be formed by temporary placement, a color pattern as a second knitted fabric from the set-up to the end in the wale direction can be easily formed using the empty needle.

Further, the knitting of the second knitted fabric is the knitting needle used for the set-up on the front and back needle beds, and the back side of the second knitted fabric is hidden by knitting in a bag shape, and the first knitted fabric which becomes the base knitted fabric The boundary of the second knitted fabric is beautiful.

In the knitted fabric according to the present invention, the second knitted fabric is overlapped on the outer surface side of the first knitted fabric as a base knitted fabric to form a multilayer, and a plurality of continuous stitches and a second knitted fabric of a part of the first knitted fabric. The stitches of the ground set-up part are joined to a plurality of continuous stitches of the first knitted fabric at the end in the wale direction of the second knitted fabric, and the knitted fabric expressed as a color pattern is thickened. I can do it.

It is a figure which shows the knit tie 1 which is an Example of this invention. 1 is a knitting diagram of a knit tie 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, the knit tie 1 will be described as an embodiment of the present invention. The flat knitting machine used for knitting is a two-bed flat knitting machine having a pair of front and back needle beds, the rear needle bed can be racked against the front needle bed, and a plurality of yarn feeders are provided above the needle bed. It is what you have. The flat knitting machine is also a flat knitting machine (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-136661) provided with a transfer jack that can move the stitches laterally without a blank needle. In the knitting diagram, the number of stitches is less than the actual knitting for convenience of explanation.

FIG. 1 is a view showing a knit tie 1. All of the knit ties 1 knitted in the present embodiment are knitted with a tengu. As shown in the figure, a rectangular color pattern 3 of another knitting yarn is scattered on the entire knit tie 1 with respect to a tubular knitted fabric 2 serving as a base. The knitting is started from the set-up portion 4, and the knitting is progressed in a cylindrical shape using one yarn feeder in the direction of the arrow W. Further, the increase unit 5 performs a known increase knitting to adjust the shape of the knit tie 1. When knitting the color pattern 3, another yarn feeder is used. The color pattern 3 shown in FIG. 1 can be changed to different color patterns by changing the yarn feeder. However, in this embodiment, the color patterns 3 are all the same and are arranged in two places on the same course. After knitting the right color pattern 3, the left color pattern 3 is knitted before the base knitted fabric is knitted. The knitting of the first knitted fabric and the second knitted fabric at the position of the broken line XX will be described with reference to FIG.

FIG. 2 is a knitting diagram of the knit tie 1 shown in FIG. 1 as an example. In the knitting diagram, the number on the left side in the drawing indicates the knitting step (S), the left and right arrows indicate the knitting direction, the up and down diagonal arrows indicate the transfer direction, FB indicates the front needle bed, and BB indicates the rear needle. Shows the floor. Uppercase letters A to P indicate FB knitting needles, and lowercase letters a to p indicate BB knitting needles. A circle indicates a new stitch formed in the knitting step or a stitch to be transferred, a V mark indicates a hook, and a double circle indicates a double stitch. In addition, illustration is abbreviate | omitted about the stitch | hook still latched by the knitting needle irrespective of the knitting in the knitting step. Further, the FB side may be expressed as the front side, and the BB side may be expressed as the back side.

The knitting steps S1 to S11 shown in FIG. 2 will be described. S1 indicates the knitting of the full width of the knit tie 1, and the yarn feeder 6 is moved leftward by a carriage (not shown), and every other stitch is formed by the knitting needles O to A of the FB. In S2, every other stitch is formed with the knitting needles b to p in the right direction. One course of the tubular knitted fabric 2 shown in FIG. 1 is completed by S1 and S2. In S3, the stitches of the FB knitting needle G and the knitting needle I on the front side of the tubular knitted fabric 2 are transferred to the BB knitting needles g to i on the back side. Here, since the knitting needle g and the knitting needle i are blank needles, they do not overlap with each other, but are locked to the respective knitting needles as individual stitches to maintain the shape of the tubular knitted fabric 2.

In S4, since the color pattern 3 is knitted as the second knitted fabric, the yarn feeder 7 is newly knitted in the left direction, and FB and BB are knitted alternately. In the BB that locks the stitch of the moved first knitted fabric, a new stitch is formed on the knitting needles i and g, and in the FB opposite to the knitting needles i and g, a stitch is formed on the knitting needles J, H, and F, and the second knitted fabric is formed. We are going to set up. Note that the formation of the stitches in the FB may include a shape including the knitting needles G and I of the FB. In S5, stitches are formed in the right direction with BB knitting needles g and i. In S6, a stitch is formed with the knitting needles J, H, and F of the FB in the left direction. In S5 and S6, bag knitting is performed following the set-up of the second knitted fabric performed in S4. In S7, stitches are formed in the right direction with BB knitting needles g and i. The size (bulge) of the color pattern 3 is adjusted by the number of repetitions of step A (S6 and S7) shown in FIG. In the embodiment, the repetition is performed three times. If glossy knitting yarn is used, an embroidery-like expression is possible due to the synergistic effect of moderate swelling. In the drawing, the position of the yarn feeder 7 is shown in the vicinity of the knitting needle j of BB. However, the yarn feeder 7 may be moved rightward and sent out to a position outside the knitting width. , It may be moved in that direction.

In S8, the stitches locked to the knitting needles J, H, and F of the FB are transferred to the knitting needles G, I, and K of the FB. In this case, since a flat knitting machine including a transfer jack that can move the stitches laterally without a blank needle is used, the stitches can be transferred as they are. Since the knitting needles G and I of the FB are empty needles, the stitches are locked by a single stitch, and the stitches of the knitting needle K are overlapped with the first knitted fabric. In S9, the stitches of the knitting needles g and i of the BB are transferred to the knitting needles G and I of the FB, so that the second stitches are overlapped. When joining the first knitted fabric and the second knitted fabric, the positions of the knitting needles to be joined are not limited to the knitting needles G and I of the FB. S8 may be omitted, and the transfer position performed in S9 may be shifted by racking the needle bed and transferred to the knitting needles F and H of the FB. In S3 to S9, only the second knitted fabric is formed and the color pattern 3 is completed. At the same time, the preparation for joining the stitches at the end portion in the wale direction of the second knitted fabric to the first knitted fabric is also completed.

In S10, full width knitting of the knit tie 1 is shown, and every other stitch is formed with the knitting needles O to A of the FB in the left direction using the yarn feeder 6 again. In S11, every other stitch is formed with the knitting needles b to p in the right direction. By S10 and S11, one course of the tubular knitted fabric 2 is completed, and the color pattern 3 that becomes the second knitted fabric is joined and fixed. Since the knitted fabric 6 is not knitted at the yarn feeder 6 between S3 and S9, the base knitted fabric 2 does not increase in knitted fabric. Since the set-up portion and the end portion are close to each other, the thickness can be increased in combination with the two-layer knitted fabric by bag knitting.

In the finished knit tie 1, the second knitted fabric forming the color pattern 3 can be formed at a free position with respect to the tubular knitted fabric 2 serving as a base. In the embodiment, the color pattern 3 is formed on the front surface side, but can also be formed on the back surface side as well, and can be knitted in parallel if the positions of the front surface and the back surface are shifted. When a plurality of color patterns 3 are arranged in the horizontal direction, knitting in parallel using different yarn feeders, or if the same yarn feeder is used, knitting one by one in order. . In the embodiment, bag knitting is performed at step A (S6 and S7) shown in FIG. 2, but stitches are made with knitting needles F, H, J of the same FB as S6 instead of the knitting needles g, i of BB of S7. And the knitting needles F, H, and J of the FB may be reciprocally knitted. A single-layer knitted fabric is obtained, and the thickness of the color pattern 3 can be suppressed.

Furthermore, in the example, the knitting of the first knitted fabric was temporarily stopped during the formation of the color pattern 3, but the knitting was resumed in parallel with the knitting of the color pattern 3, and the stitches of the color pattern 3 were locked. The knitting needles may be folded back in a C shape using the yarn feeder 6 across the needle beds of FB and BB so that the knitting needles become openings. The difference in the number of knitting courses between the tubular knitted fabric 2 and the color pattern 3 is reduced, and the size (swelling) of the color pattern 3 can be suppressed. The number of C-shaped knitting courses may be different from the number of knitting courses of the color pattern 3, and the appearance of the color pattern 3 can be changed by adjusting the number of knitting courses. In the embodiment, both the first knitted fabric and the second knitted fabric are knitted with a tengu. However, the knitted fabric may be knitted with a structure, and the first knitted fabric is a tubular knitted fabric, but may be a single-layer knitted fabric. . Furthermore, in the examples, knitting is shown with a two-bed flat knitting machine, but it goes without saying that knitting is also possible with a four-bed flat knitting machine.
