Claims (6)
- 燃料が前方に送られて連続する乾燥、点火、燃焼、燃え尽きをさせる、多くの移動火格子に燃料を送る送り装置を有する燃焼設備であって、燃焼用の一次空気が、火格子の下から火格子上の燃料の層を通って供給されるようになった燃焼設備の少なくとも1つのパラメータ(1、2)を制御する方法において、該方法が、
火格子を通る空気流と燃料のための抵抗係数(ζρν)を計算する工程と、
抵抗係数(ζρν)に基づいて燃焼設備の少なくとも1つのパラメータ(1、2)を制御する工程と、
燃焼領域のカメラ画像の画像解析によって火炎前面の位置の推定(Fpv)を提供する工程と、
火炎前面の前記推定位置(Fpv)を用いて、抵抗係数(ζρν)に基づく少なくとも1つのパラメータ(1、2)の制御の補正を提供する工程を有する、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータが、送り装置の速度(1)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータが、移動火格子の少なくとも1つの速度(2)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記抵抗係数(ζρν)に基づく制御の補正が、火炎前面の推定位置(Fpv)のフィードフォーワード導入によってなされることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記抵抗係数(ζρν)に基づく制御の補正が、火炎前面の推定位置(Fpv)の計測導入によってなされることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記抵抗係数(ζρν)に基づく制御の補正が、火炎前面の推定位置(Fpv)のゲイン計測導入によってなされることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
