Description
− 内部冷却システムの冷却水を供給するための内部冷却水チャネル6を形成する内管5、
− 冷却水の排出用の環状冷却水返送チャネル8を形成すると共に、内管5を同軸包囲する第2管7、
− ディーゼル又はオイルなどの液体燃料の供給用の環状供給チャネル2を形成すると共に、第2管7を同軸包囲する第3管9、
− 酸素含有ガスを供給する環状供給チャネル3を形成し、冷却ジャケット11の内壁を形成すると共に、第3管9を同軸包囲する第4管10、
− 冷却ジャケット11を、放出端部Zの方向に延びる冷却水供給流路と、その反対方向に延びる冷却水返送路14とに分離する円筒分離壁12、
− 冷却ジャケット11の外壁を形成する外壁15。

Claims (6)
- 液体燃料と酸素含有ガスを別々に供給するため、同軸状に離間して配置され供給側から放出端部に延びる少なくとも2つの管状壁(9、10)により形成される2以上のチャネル(2、3)を備えたバーナー(1)であって、前記バーナー(1)が、酸素含有ガスの供給チャネル(3)に整列した1以上の第1流路(37)と液体燃料の供給チャネル(2)に整列した第2流路(34)とを含む放出端部に固定された双流体噴霧器ヘッド(4)を備え、第2流路(34)は、前記1以上の第1流路(37)が穴(38)の同軸リングに通じる前の地点にて一定角度にて第1流路(37)に通じ、前記管状供給チャネル壁(9、10)を包囲するように冷却ジャケット(11)が同軸配置され、前記穴(38)が冷却ジャケット(11)から一定距離にて噴霧器ヘッド(4)を貫通し、噴霧器ヘッド(4)が第1金属から作られ、冷却ジャケット(11)が第1金属より低い熱伝導率の第2金属から作られるバーナー(1)。
- 冷却ジャケット(11)が鋼から作られ、噴霧器ヘッド(4)が銅合金から作られる請求項1に記載のバーナー。
- 噴霧器ヘッド(4)が、バーナー(1)の縦軸に沿って配置された中央冷媒チャネル(6)を、中央冷媒チャネル(6)に対して同軸配置された環状冷媒チャネル(8)に連結する内部空間(28)を備える請求項1又は2に記載のバーナー。
- 噴霧器ヘッド(4)が、冷却ジャケット(11)の対応するネジと機能的に協同するネジを備えるネジ付きスカート(36、36”)を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバーナー。
- 噴霧器ヘッド(4)が管状チャネル壁(9)の少なくとも1つとスリーブ継手により連結される請求項4に記載のバーナー。
- 前記穴(38)が噴霧燃料の流れを音速以上に加速する大きさを有する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバーナー。
