Description
Claims (14)
- 反射性透明要素を含む透明光学基板であって、
要素は、基板の着用者の視野内を含めて基板の体積中にランダムに分布しており、
要素は、幅が10〜30ミクロンの間、長さが100〜300ミクロンの間、及び厚さが0.5〜1.5ミクロンである長細い形状を有し、
基板中の要素の濃度は基板材料の重量に対して数ppm〜数十ppmである、
透明光学基板。 - 要素は、それら要素をさらに光反射性にする表面処理を受けている、請求項1に記載の光学基板。
- 要素は、幅がおよそ20ミクロン、長さがおよそ200ミクロンであり、およそ1ミクロンである厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の光学基板。
- 要素は、基板中の濃度が約10ppmである、請求項1に記載の光学基板。
- 要素は、その表面に少なくとも金属酸化物の被覆物を有する、請求項1に記載の光学基板。
- 要素は、ホウケイ酸カルシウム及びホウケイ酸アルミニウムでできている、請求項1に記載の光学基板。
- 要素は、前記基板内に均一に分布している、請求項1に記載の光学基板。
- 基板は、複数の層を含む、請求項1に記載の光学基板。
- 要素は、前記基板の観察者側に置かれる層の中にまとめられている、請求項8に記載の光学基板。
- 要素をプラスチック顆粒と共に混合し、こうして得られる混合物を溶融し、次いで適切な金型に注入する、請求項1に記載の基板を製造する方法。
- 要素を熱可塑性樹脂又は熱硬化性樹脂と共に混合し、次いでこうして得られる混合物を適切な金型で鋳造又は成形する、請求項1に記載の基板を製造する方法。
- 第1の層は、要素をプラスチック顆粒と共に混合し、こうして得られる混合物を溶融し、次いで適切な金型に注入することにより製造され、
少なくとも1つの他の層を前記第1の層の上にオーバーモールドする、請求項8に記載の基板を製造する方法。 - 顔料/色素が加えられる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の基板から作られる光学部材。
