Claims (11)

  1. 表面と、
    前記表面上において第1セラミックから形成された第1多孔質層であって薬剤を含有する第1多孔質層と、
    前記第1多孔質層上において第2セラミックまたは金属から形成された第2多孔質層と、を備え
    前記第2多孔質層は前記第1多孔質層よりも低い空隙率を有するとともに前記第2多孔質層の細孔径は、前記第1多孔質層の細孔径よりも小さい、内部人工器官。
  2. 前記第2多孔質層の厚さは、1〜500nmである、請求項1に記載の内部人工器官。
  3. 前記第1多孔質層の厚さは、0.1〜3μm(ミクロン)である、請求項1に記載の内部人工器官。
  4. 前記表面は、ステント本体の表面である、請求項1に記載の内部人工器官。
  5. 前記第2多孔質層は、金属から形成されている、請求項1に記載の内部人工器官。
  6. 前記第1多孔質層および前記第2多孔質層は、ポリマーを含まない薬物送達システムを形成する、請求項1に記載の内部人工器官。
  7. 前記第2セラミックは、酸化イリジウムである、請求項に記載の内部人工器官。
  8. 前記第2セラミックは、滑らかな球状のモルフォロジーを有する、請求項に記載の内部人工器官。
  9. 前記第2セラミックは前記第1セラミックとは異なる、請求項に記載の内部人工器官。
  10. 内部人工器官を形成する方法であって、
    前記内部人工器官上に第1多孔質層を形成することと、
    前記第1多孔質層に薬剤を導入することと、
    前記薬剤を含有した第1多孔質層の上に、セラミックまたは金属の第2多孔質層を形成することと、を含み、
    前記第2多孔質層は前記第1多孔質層よりも低い空隙率を有するとともに前記第2多孔質層の細孔径は、前記第1多孔質層の細孔径よりも小さい、方法。
  11. 前記第1多孔質層をゾル−ゲル法又はナノクラスター堆積過程によって形成することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
