Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- (A)加水分解性の基をもつ少なくとも1種のコポリマーを含むポリマー樹脂と、
(B)一般式MxQy(H2O)z(式中、Mが過酸化物表の1から13族までから選択される金属のカチオンであり、Qが有機アニオンであり、xおよびyが塩全体の電荷の釣り合いをとるために選択される整数であり、zが25℃におけるモル基準での塩の水和数である)の水和塩と、
(C)金属イオンおよび所定のアルコキシドおよびカルボキシレートから選択される少なくとも2つの配位子を含む触媒と
を含む組成物。 - 前記の加水分解性の基が、アルコキシシリル官能性の基である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記コポリマーが、ビニルトリアルコキシシランと少なくとも1種の他のモノマーとの重合生成物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記の他のモノマーが、スチレン、エチレン、プロピレン、メタクリル酸メチルまたは酢酸ビニルの1種または複数種から選択される、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記コポリマーが、エチレンとビニルトリメトキシシランとのコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ビニルトリアルコキシシランが、すべてのモノマーに対して、約0.1から約5モル%の間の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記水和塩が、酒石酸塩、クエン酸塩または酢酸塩である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記水和塩が、L−酒石酸ナトリウム二水和物、三塩基クエン酸ナトリウム二水和物または酢酸ナトリウム三水和物の少なくとも1種である、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 前記水和塩が、加水分解性の基1モルあたり、水を約0.1から約4モルの間で生成するのに十分な量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記触媒が、加水分解性の基のモルを基準にして、約0.1から約20モル%の間の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1の組成物と、少なくとも1種の非湿分硬化性ポリマー樹脂とを含む組成物。
- 請求項1の組成物と、難燃剤、増量剤、抗酸化剤、亜リン酸塩、UV安定剤、粘着添加剤、光安定剤、熱安定剤、離型剤、粘着付与剤、ワックス、加工助剤、架橋剤、着色剤または顔料の少なくとも1種を含む組成物。
- 加水分解性の基をもつ少なくとも1種のコポリマーを含むポリマー樹脂と、一般式MxQy(H2O)z(式中、Mが過酸化物表の1から13族までから選択される金属のカチオンであり、Qが有機アニオンであり、xおよびyが塩全体の電荷の釣り合いをとるために選択される整数であり、zが25℃におけるモル基準での塩の水和数である)の水和塩と、金属イオンおよび所定のアルコキシドおよびカルボキシレートから選択される少なくとも2つの配位子を含む触媒とを配合して組成物を形成し、前記配合が、前記樹脂の融点を上回る温度で行われることと、
前記配合ステップ中において前記組成物中にイン・サイチュで水を生成して溶融硬化組成物を形成することと、
前記溶融硬化組成物を物品に形成することと、
前記溶融硬化組成物を固めることと
を含む、湿分硬化品の形成方法。 - 前記硬化が約250℃未満の温度で行われる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融硬化組成物を固めた後に外部の水分に曝すことにより、前記物品を硬化することをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記物品が、成形、押出成形、圧延またはロータリー成形により形成される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記水和塩が、L−酒石酸ナトリウム二水和物、三塩基クエン酸ナトリウム二水和物または酢酸ナトリウム三水和物の少なくとも1種である、請求項13に記載の組成物。
- 請求項13に記載の方法により製造される物品。
- 前記物品が、発泡体、フィルム、繊維、履物、パイプ、ケーブルまたはワイヤーである、請求項17に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が、少なくとも約2mmの厚さを有する、請求項14に記載の物品。
