Abstract
【構成】 コネクタは、絶縁性を有するボディ100と、ボディ100内に設けられた端子群200と、導電性を有するシールドケース300とを備えている。端子群200は、端子203と、端子203に隣接しており且つ端子203よりもインピーダンスが高い端子201とを有している。シールドケース300は、ボディ100の外周を囲う第1、第2外殻部300a、300bと、第1外殻部300aに設けられ、端子203の反対側で端子201の中間部に隣接するインピーダンス調整板320aとを有している。

Claims (10)
- 絶縁性を有するボディと、
このボディ内に設けられた端子群と、
導電性を有するシールドケースとを備えており、
前記端子群は、第1端子と、
この第1端子に隣接しており且つ該第1端子よりもインピーダンスが高い第2端子とを有しており、
前記シールドケースは、前記ボディの外周を囲う外殻部と、
この外殻部に設けられ、前記第1端子の反対側で前記第2端子の少なくとも一部に隣接するインピーダンス調整部とを有しているコネクタ。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタにおいて、
前記外殻部は、第1、第2外殻部を有しており、
前記ボディは、先端部及び後端部を有するボディ本体を有しており、
前記第2外殻部は、前記ボディ本体の先端部が収容された筒状の収容部を有しており、
前記第1外殻部は、前記ボディ本体の後端部の少なくとも一部を覆うベース部を有しており、
前記ベース部又は収容部には開口が設けられており、
前記収容部又はベース部には前記開口を塞ぐ蓋部が設けられており、
前記インピーダンス調整部が前記開口の縁部に立設されているコネクタ。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタにおいて、
前記外殻部は、第1、第2外殻部を有しており、
前記第2外殻部は、前記ボディの先端部が収容された筒状の収容部を有しており、
前記第1外殻部は、前記ボディの後端部の少なくとも一部を覆うベース部を有しており、
前記ベース部又は収容部には開口が設けられており、
前記収容部又はベース部には前記開口を塞ぐ蓋部が設けられており、
前記インピーダンス調整部が前記蓋部に立設され、前記開口に挿入されているコネクタ。 - 請求項2又は3記載のコネクタにおいて、
前記ベース部が前記ボディ本体の後端部の下面に当接しており、
前記収容部は、前記ボディ本体の先端部及び後端部の上面に当接する第1板部と、
前記第1板部よりも短く前記ボディ本体の先端部の下面に当接する第2板部と、
前記ボディ本体の先端部の両側面に当接する第3、第4板部をと有しており、
前記第2外殻部は、前記第1板部又は第3、第4板部に連設され、前記後端部の両側面に当接する一対のカバー部を更に有しているコネクタ。 - 請求項4記載のコネクタにおいて、
前記第1外殻部は前記ベース部に立設された一対の係止部を更に有し、
前記係止部が前記カバー部に係止されているコネクタ。 - 請求項2乃至5のいずれか記載のコネクタにおいて、
前記端子群に各々接続される複数の信号線と、この信号線を覆うシールド導体とを有するケーブルを更に備えており、
前記第1、第2外殻部は互いに接触しており、前記第1、第2外殻部の少なくとも一方は、前記シールド導体に接触する接続部を更に有しているコネクタ。 - 請求項2乃至6の何れかに記載のコネクタにおいて、
前記ボディには、前記第2端子の前記第1端子の反対側にスリットが設けられており、
前記インピーダンス調整部が前記スリットに挿入されているコネクタ。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタにおいて、
前記インピーダンス調整部が前記ボディ内に埋設されているコネクタ。 - 請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載のコネクタにおいて、
前記端子群は、上下二列に配列された複数の端子を有しており、
前記第2端子は上列又は下列の前記端子のうち最端に位置する端子であり、
前記第1端子は、前記第2端子と同じ列であり且つ当該第2端子の内側に位置する端子であるコネクタ。 - 請求項9記載のコネクタにおいて、
前記端子群は、前記第1、第2端子と異なる列で、平面位置的に当該第1、第2端子の間に配置された第3端子を更に有しており、
前記第1、第2端子が差動ペアをなすコネクタ。
