(1)
In an ophthalmologic apparatus that has an optometry unit for performing examination or measurement and aligns the optometry unit with a predetermined positional relationship with respect to an eye to be examined.
Moving means for moving the optometry unit relative to the eye to be examined;
An observation optical system for observing the anterior segment of the eye to be examined from the front;
A fixation optical system having a plurality of fixation targets and guiding the fixation direction of the eye to be examined; and
An alignment index projection optical system that is arranged to be inclined with respect to the optical axis of the observation optical system and projects the alignment index toward the cornea of the eye to be examined from a plurality of oblique directions;
Alignment detection means for receiving the alignment index formed on the cornea of the eye to be examined and detecting the alignment state of the optometry part with respect to the eye based on the light reception result;
With
The alignment detection means changes an alignment index used for detecting an alignment state according to a position of a fixation target selected from the plurality of fixation targets.
(2) In the ophthalmic apparatus according to (1),
The alignment detection means detects an alignment state in the working distance direction from the height of the alignment index.
(3) In the ophthalmic apparatus according to (1) to (2),
The alignment detection means detects the alignment state using an alignment index projected from substantially the same direction as the position of the selected fixation target.
