Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet metal part processing method for punching / cutting a sheet metal material by a turret punch press (hereinafter referred to as TPP).
Conventionally, in the punching / cutting processing of a sheet metal material such as a steel plate by TPP, it is common to provide a sun width (width between parts, gap) between parts to be plated (arranged). In the process of punching / cutting the sheet metal material by TPP, in order to shorten the time for changing the mold of TPP, the same mold is used in a concentrated manner.
In the processing by TPP in the planer with the sun width, because of the above-described processing method due to the convenience of replacing the TPP mold, the material that moves on the TPP as the processing proceeds is removed / cut into a tooth-missing state. Thus, the stiffness of the sheet metal material becomes unstable, and there is a high possibility that defective processing accuracy and trouble with interference with equipment will occur.
Patent Document 1 describes a technique for reducing the sun width in order to improve the material yield.
As in the past, the material that moves on the TPP as the processing progresses becomes a tooth-missing state, and the stiffness is lost and unstable, preventing the possibility of poor processing accuracy and trouble with equipment interference. Therefore, measures have been taken to ensure a certain sun width (see Patent Document 1) or to reduce the speed of the material moving on the TPP.
However, since this sun width is discarded after processing, there is a problem that if it is increased, the material cost is wasted, and the decrease in the speed of the material moving on the TPP leads to an increase in the punching / cutting processing time. It was.
Further, when the plate thickness of the material is thin, it is necessary to further increase the sun width and reduce the speed, and even when a large number of small-sized parts are cut off, a lot of sun width is wasted.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. In the TPP punching / cutting process, the sheet metal material is not wasted, and the moving speed of the sheet metal material moving on the TPP is reduced. It aims at obtaining the sheet metal part processing method which does not invite.
The sheet metal part machining method according to the present invention is a sheet metal part machining method in which a part is punched from a sheet metal material by TPP, and a cutting allowance for punching is provided on the outer periphery of the part, and between adjacent parts. A first step of cutting the part on the sheet metal material so that the portion between the parts that are closest to each other is only a cutting allowance for processing the opposing parts of the two adjacent parts; This includes a second step of punching the part cut out by the step by TPP.
As described above, the present invention is a sheet metal part machining method in which a part is punched from a sheet metal material by TPP. A first step of cutting a part on the sheet metal material so that a portion between adjacent parts facing each other is only a cutting allowance for processing opposing parts of two adjacent parts, and the first step Since the second step of punching out the part that has been cut off by the step is performed by TPP, waste of the sheet metal material can be reduced by preventing generation of the sun width.

Next, the operation will be described.
The
As described in the background art, conventionally, the sun width 30 shown in FIG. 3 (a) is required. However, in the present invention, when the plate is cut, the sun width 30 is not provided. Try to crush it. That is, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), only the
Since the present invention does not provide a sun width as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the removal allowance between the two
In the present invention, since there is no sun width, punching / cutting is performed one by one from the parts located away from the
Since the sun width is not generated, the sheet metal material is not wasted, and another part can be cut on the saved material as shown by the
According to the first embodiment, by preventing the sun width from being generated, waste of the sheet metal material can be reduced, and the processing time of the punching / cutting process can be shortened.
Further, unlike the conventional method, it is not necessary to reduce the processing speed, and the number of times of die replacement (time) is increased as compared with the conventional method. However, the effect of reducing the material cost can be obtained comprehensively.
