<バインダー樹脂の調製>
バインダー樹脂製造例
撹拌機、冷却管、窒素ガス導入管を備えた四つ口フラスコに、酢酸エチルを仕込んで75℃に加熱し、窒素ガスを導入しながら、表1記載のモノマー組成に従って各モノマー、開始剤としてジターシャリーブチルパーオキサイドの混合物を1.5時間かけて滴下し、更に同温度に保ちながら2時間共重合させた後、溶剤を減圧下で留去して、バインダー樹脂A、B、C、D、Eを得た。
バインダー樹脂Eは、ジビニルベンゼンの含有量が多く、樹脂間の架橋密度が増大、ゲル化したことにより、分子量測定が不可能であり、使用不可能と判断した。
なお、バインダー樹脂の重量平均分子量は、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)法(ポリスチレン換算)により測定して得られた値である。

The binder resin E had a high content of divinylbenzene, and the crosslink density between the resins was increased and gelled. Therefore, it was determined that the molecular weight measurement was impossible and the binder resin E could not be used.
In addition, the weight average molecular weight of binder resin is the value obtained by measuring by the gel permeation chromatography (GPC) method (polystyrene conversion).
