Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle.
Conventionally, in a vehicle, in addition to a driver who is an occupant, a plurality of other occupants can be accommodated. However, only the driver often gets into the vehicle, In this case, energy is consumed unnecessarily. For this reason, for example, vehicles for one person such as two-wheeled vehicles and three-wheeled vehicles are provided.
。 However, in a single-seat vehicle, for example, as the driver gets on the vehicle, the position of the center of gravity increases, and when the vehicle turns, that is, stability during turning (hereinafter referred to as “turning stability”). ) Will be low. Therefore, for example, in a two-wheeled vehicle, a driver is allowed to travel while tilting the two-wheeled vehicle toward the turning center side (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in the two-wheeled vehicle, since the driver tilts the two-wheeled vehicle according to the traveling state, it is difficult to tilt the two-wheeled vehicle by an appropriate angle, and the driver feels uncomfortable or feels uneasy.
Therefore, a link mechanism, a link motor, and the like are disposed and tilt control (attitude control) is performed, so that the link motor is driven when turning, and the link mechanism is set so that the lateral acceleration applied to the vehicle becomes 0 (zero). A vehicle, such as a tricycle, that is actuated and tilted by an angle corresponding to the steering angle and centrifugal force is conceivable.
In that case, since the tricycle can be inclined by an angle corresponding to the steering angle and the centrifugal force, the driver does not feel uncomfortable or feel uneasy.
However, in the above-described conventional two-wheeled vehicle, when the two-wheeled vehicle is caused by the driver moving weight when the turn is finished, the handlebar naturally returns to the original state by the self-aligning torque generated in the front wheel. On the other hand, in the above-described tricycle adapted to perform the tilt control, the driver needs to return the handlebar to the original state with a force greater than the self-aligning torque when the turn is finished. Give a sense of incongruity.
An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle that solves the problems of the conventional vehicle and does not give an uncomfortable feeling to an occupant when the vehicle is turned by performing tilt control.
For this purpose, in the vehicle of the present invention, the main body provided with the traveling wheels, the steering member operated by the driver, the steering wheel, and the steering member and the steering wheel are connected, A vehicle tilting unit including a steering unit including a steering shaft that is swingably supported by a boarding unit, a vehicle tilting mechanism for tilting a predetermined tilting portion of the vehicle, and an actuator for operating the vehicle tilting mechanism A device, a lateral acceleration detection unit that detects a lateral acceleration applied to the tilted part, and a tilt control based on the lateral acceleration detected by the lateral acceleration detection unit; The tilt control processing means for driving the actuator, a predetermined location in the riding section, and a predetermined location in the steering section are connected to return the steering member to the neutral position. And a steering return member of the order.
According to the present invention, in the vehicle, the main body portion including the traveling wheels, the steering member operated by the driver, the steering wheel, and the steering member and the steering wheel are coupled, A vehicle tilting unit including a steering unit including a steering shaft that is swingably supported by a boarding unit, a vehicle tilting mechanism for tilting a predetermined tilting portion of the vehicle, and an actuator for operating the vehicle tilting mechanism A device, a lateral acceleration detection unit that detects a lateral acceleration applied to the tilted part, and a tilt control based on the lateral acceleration detected by the lateral acceleration detection unit; An inclination control processing means for driving the actuator, a predetermined position in the riding section, and a predetermined position in the steering section are connected, and the steering member is returned to the neutral position. And a steering return member of the eye.
In this case, since the predetermined part in the riding part and the predetermined part in the steering part are connected by the steering return member, the driver uses the urging force of the steering return member when the turn is finished. Can be restored to its original state. Therefore, the force for the driver to operate the steering member can be reduced, and the driver does not feel uncomfortable.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In this case, a tricycle as a vehicle will be described.
2 is a right side view of the tricycle according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a rear view of the tricycle according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a diagram according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a view showing a link mechanism, and FIG. 5 is a view showing a state in which the tricycle is inclined according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
In the figure,
The vehicle body Bd is disposed behind the
Further, the steering unit for steering the
The
Further, the
In the present embodiment, servo motors capable of speed control, torque control and the like are used as the
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, one
The
The
The
Further, a stem holder as a steering shaft support portion (not shown) is integrally formed at the upper end of the
The
Accordingly, the driver operates the
The
The
The
The
In addition, the
Therefore, when the
The
In the present embodiment, the case cs1 is fixed so as not to rotate with respect to the
In the vehicle main body Bd, a battery device (not shown) that is an energy supply source of the
By the way, when the
When the width direction component of the centrifugal force is equal to the width direction component of the gravitational acceleration, the lateral acceleration applied to the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the vehicle is turned, the
Therefore, a plurality of first
In the present embodiment, the first
When only one lateral acceleration sensor is provided on the
In addition, since the
In the present embodiment, as described above, since the first
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the first
L1> L2
To be. The smaller the inter-sensor distance ΔL represented by the difference between the heights L1 and L2, the smaller the difference between the first and second lateral accelerations a1 and a2, so that it is sufficiently large, for example, 0.3 [m] or more. The first
Note that the center of swing when the
Both the first
When the first
In the present embodiment, not only the first and second lateral accelerations a1 and a2 detected by the first
Next, the control device of the
FIG. 6 is a control block diagram of the tricycle in the first embodiment of the present invention.
In the figure, reference numeral 46 denotes a control unit that performs overall control of the

First, the lateral
Then, the
Next, the operation of the lateral
Δa=a1−a2
First, the lateral
Δa = a1-a2
Is calculated (step S1-3).
ΔL=L1−L2
Next, the lateral
ΔL = L1-L2
Is calculated (step S1-5). The heights L1 and L2 are recorded in advance in the ROM. Further, the inter-sensor distance ΔL can be calculated in advance and recorded in the ROM.
Subsequently, a composite lateral acceleration difference calculation processing unit (not shown) of the lateral
a=a2−(L2/ΔL)・Δa …(1)
a = a2- (L2 / ΔL) · Δa (1)
The combined lateral acceleration a can be calculated based on the formula (2) based on the first lateral acceleration a1, the height L1, the inter-sensor distance ΔL, and the lateral acceleration difference Δa.
a=a1−(L1/ΔL)・Δa …(2)
a = a1- (L1 / ΔL) · Δa (2)
In this case, if the combined lateral acceleration a is calculated by the equations (1) and (2), the same value can be theoretically obtained, but the
Then, the lateral
Next, the operation of the lateral
First, the lateral
Then, the filter processing means (not shown) of the lateral
Subsequently, the filter processing means reads out the steering angle βold calculated in the previous tilt control from the RAM (step S2-3-3), the steering angle βold, the control cycle Ts, the cutoff frequency w (v), and Based on the steering angle β, the filtered steering angle, that is, the processed steering angle β (t) is calculated by the equation (3) (step S2-3-4). Note that the initial value of the steering angle βold is set to zero.
The expression (3) is an IIR (Infinite Impulse Response) filter that is generally used as a bandpass filter, and represents a cutoff frequency variable low-pass filter that is a first-order lag low-pass filter. As described above, the filter processing is performed by changing the cutoff frequency w (v) according to the vehicle speed v. Therefore, when the
Subsequently, the filter processing means records the processing steering angle β (t) in the RAM as the steering angle βold (step S2-3-5).
Thus, when the processing steering angle β (t) is calculated in the filter processing, estimated lateral acceleration calculation processing means (not shown) of the lateral
Then, the lateral
Next, the operation of the

Subsequently, the differential value calculation processing means (not shown) of the
δa = da / dt

Subsequently, the proportional control value calculation processing means as the first control value calculation processing means (not shown) of the
Up = Gp · a
Is calculated (step S3-3).
Ud=Gd・δa
Next, differential control value calculation processing means as second control value calculation processing means (not shown) of the
Ud = Gd · δa
Is calculated (step S3-4).
δaf=daf/dt
=(af−afold)/Ts
Subsequently, an estimated lateral acceleration acquisition processing unit (not shown) of the
δaf = daf / dt
= (Af-afold) / Ts
Is calculated (step S3-6). Subsequently, the estimated differential value calculation processing means records the estimated lateral acceleration af in the RAM as the estimated lateral acceleration afold. The initial value of the estimated lateral acceleration afold is set to zero.
Udf=Gdf・δaf
Next, an estimated differential control value calculation processing unit as a third control value calculation processing unit (not shown) of the
Udf = Gdf · δaf
Is calculated (step S3-7).
Uo=Up+Ud+Udf
Subsequently, the control value calculation processing unit for tilt control as the fourth control value calculation processing unit (not shown) of the
Uo = Up + Ud + Udf
Is calculated (step S3-8).
An inclination control output processing means (not shown) of the

By the way, in a conventional two-wheeled vehicle, the driver tilts the two-wheeled vehicle when turning, but when the driver wakes up the two-wheeled vehicle by moving weight when finishing the turn, The handlebar naturally returns to its original state due to the generated self-aligning torque.
