Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a crystallization apparatus for crystallizing a target component dissolved in water to be treated.
The crystallizer is an apparatus for crystallizing (crystallizing) a target component by evaporating the water to be treated, such as a raw material solution in which the target component is dissolved, by evaporating the water by heating. For example, in the sugar production process, a liquid obtained by squeezing raw materials such as sugar cane is used as a raw material liquid, and the water is evaporated and concentrated by heating to crystallize the sugar. It is deposited. In addition to sugar, the crystallizer is used for crystallization of various substances such as salt, chemicals, and fertilizers.
Conventionally, heat generated by burning fossil fuel in a boiler has been used for heating in the crystallizer. However, in recent years, from the viewpoint of effective use of energy (energy saving) and reduction of CO 2 emission, which is a greenhouse gas, replacement from a boiler to a heat pump has been progressing. The heat pump uses the property of absorbing ambient heat when the refrigerant (heat medium) is vaporized by evaporation and generating heat when liquefied by condensation. Therefore, in comparison with the combustion boiler, it is possible to suitably reduce the primary energy consumption and CO 2 emissions, running cost can be suppressed significantly.
A crystallization apparatus using a heat pump as a heating means is described in the continuous crystallization method for sugar production described in Patent Document 1. According to Patent Document 1, “conventionally, concentrated syrup was heated and evaporated by boiler steam to be supersaturated, and evaporated vapor was discharged from the top of the crystal can and cooled and condensed with seawater by a barometric condenser. According to the heat pump system, it has been found that the required energy is about 1/6 ”(paragraph 0018 of Patent Document 1).
However, in the heat pump system, the heat recovered from the vapor is applied to the crystal can to generate the vapor. Here, since the compressor work is added to the refrigerant in addition to the exchanged heat, the enthalpy in the system increases by the amount of the compressor work. On the other hand, since heat is lost in the heat exchange between the vapor and the refrigerant, not all heat can be recovered from the vapor. There is also a loss of heat or cold from the piping. It was difficult to determine how much of these balances would be, and it was difficult to keep the pressure inside the crystal can constant. In particular, when the compressor work exceeds the loss, the pressure in the crystal can gradually rises, the boiling point rises, and the crystals are altered (if sugar, discoloration or alteration) Become. Therefore, in the configuration of Patent Document 1, although not specified, it is considered that the vacuum pump is continuously evacuated not only at the time of starting by the vacuum pump, and the low pressure is maintained.
Further, in the heat pump system, if heat cannot be recovered in the evaporator (the place where the vapor is cooled), the heat given to the condenser is insufficient. On the other hand, since the crystal can is basically a batch system, a refining process is started after a new sugar solution and clean water are introduced every time a certain amount of white undercoat is produced and drawn with a vacuum pump. That is, the temperature of the sugar solution is low at the start of batch processing, and there is a problem that the heat of the compressor work must be covered until the temperature rises to a temperature at which vapor begins to be generated (about 65 ° C.). Then, even if the heat pump has a high COP (Coefficient Of Performance) in the state where vapor is generated, the advantage is not exhibited at the start, rather it takes time to raise the temperature and the production efficiency is lowered. May be incurred.
In view of such problems, the present invention provides a crystallizer that can be reliably condensed by sufficiently cooling the water vapor discharged from the crystal can, and that can suitably maintain the pressure in the crystal can. The purpose is that.
In order to solve the above problems, a typical configuration of a crystallization apparatus according to the present invention is supplied with water to be treated in which a target component is dissolved, and evaporates water in the water to be treated, thereby supersaturating the crystallization apparatus. A crystal can which concentrates the target component to crystallize, a stirrer which is disposed inside the crystal can and stirs the water to be treated, and a heat exchanger in the can which is disposed inside the crystal can and heats the water to be treated A heat recovery coil, a compressor, a heat supply coil, and expansion means, and a heat pump in which the refrigerant circulates, a heating medium stored in the heat pump, and a heat supply coil disposed therein. A steam generator that heats and evaporates, a heating medium supply path that is connected from the steam generator to the heat exchanger in the can and supplies the heating medium evaporated in the steam generator to the heat exchanger in the can, and in the crystal can Evaporated water vapor is supplied A condenser that cools and condenses the water vapor, and the condenser is disposed on the downstream side of the steam supply port, and is disposed on the downstream side of the heat recovery coil to provide cooling water and water vapor. The water vapor supplied to the condenser is condensed by heat exchange with the refrigerant circulating in the heat recovery coil and contact with the cooling water supplied to the cooling means. Features.
According to the said structure, the heat | fever of the water vapor | steam discharged | emitted from the crystal can can be collect | recovered with a heat pump, and the to-be-processed water in a crystal can can be heated using the collect | recovered heat. At this time, since the necessary energy is only the electric power for compressing the refrigerant in the compressor of the heat pump, compared with the case where only the combustion type heating device is used as in the prior art, it is for heating the water to be treated. Energy consumption can be greatly reduced, costs can be reduced, and contribution to environmental conservation can be achieved.
In addition, as a characteristic point of the above configuration, by disposing both the heat recovery coil of the heat pump and the cooling means by the cooling water in the condenser, the water vapor discharged from the crystal can is exchanged with the refrigerant in the heat recovery coil. After cooling, it is further cooled by contact with cooling water from the cooling means. Therefore, the water vapor can be sufficiently cooled and can be reliably condensed. Thereby, the rise in the pressure inside the crystal can resulting from the water vapor pressure can be suppressed, and the pressure can be suitably maintained.
The crystallization apparatus further includes a heating medium recovery path that is connected from the heat exchanger in the can to the steam generator and recovers the heating medium used for heating the water to be treated in the heat exchanger in the can to the steam generator. The heating medium may be circulated in a closed circuit that is configured.
By providing the heating medium recovery path as in this configuration, the heating medium can be recovered and reused. Further, since the circulation path of the heating medium is a closed circuit, the heating medium can be set to a predetermined pressure, for example, a negative pressure equal to or lower than atmospheric pressure. Thereby, it becomes possible to make the heating medium which is saturated steam an arbitrary pressure, and the pressure can be adjusted to an arbitrary temperature (low temperature) according to the target component (for example, sugar). Therefore, it is possible to prevent the target component from being deteriorated due to excessive heating, and to prevent deterioration in quality.
The crystallizer is connected to a heating medium supply path, and is connected between a boiler that burns fossil fuel to heat and heat the heating medium to evaporate, and the heating medium evaporated in the boiler. It is preferable to further include a pressure regulating valve that limits the pressure to a predetermined first pressure.
According to the above configuration, the heating medium evaporated in the boiler can be used when the crystallizer is started. That is, when the crystallizer is started, since the water to be treated is not heated and no water vapor is generated, and the refrigerant cannot obtain heat in the heat recovery coil, the water to be treated is compressed by compressing the refrigerant in the compressor. Heat must be generated to heat the water. Then, by providing a boiler as mentioned above, to-be-processed water can be heated rapidly at the time of a crystallization apparatus start, and operational efficiency can be improved. Further, the heating medium evaporated in the boiler also flows into the steam generator and heats the heating medium in the steam generator. Accordingly, since the heating medium is preheated when the heat pump starts operation, switching can be performed quickly and smoothly. Further, by providing the pressure adjusting valve, the pressure of the heating medium evaporated in the boiler can be adjusted to a temperature corresponding to the target component, and the same advantages as described above can be obtained.
Said 1st pressure is good to be set to the negative pressure below atmospheric pressure. In this way, by setting the heating medium as a closed circuit and enabling the pressure to be set to a negative pressure, the heating medium evaporated in the boiler (high-temperature steam output from the boiler) is also reduced to a low pressure by the pressure regulating valve. Can be lowered to temperature. As a result, as described above, it is possible to prevent the target component from being deteriorated and thus prevent the quality from being lowered. In addition, since the temperature of the heating medium is lowered, excessive heating of the water to be treated is eliminated, so that the power of the stirrer that stirs the water to be treated in the crystal can can be reduced.
When the pressure of the heating medium evaporated in the steam generator is the second pressure, the second pressure may be set to be higher than the first pressure.
According to such a configuration, after the heating medium is supplied to the heat exchanger in the can by the boiler, when the heating medium starts to evaporate in the steam generator by the heat pump, the pressure of the heating medium evaporated in the steam generator, that is, Since the second pressure is higher than the pressure of the heating medium evaporated in the boiler, that is, the first pressure, the pressure regulating valve is automatically closed. Thereby, supply of the heating medium from a boiler stops. Therefore, it is possible to switch from the boiler to the heat pump without requiring special control.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the water vapor | steam discharged | emitted from the crystal can can be condensed reliably by fully cooling, and the crystallizer which can maintain the pressure in a crystal can suitably can be provided.

(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a
The raw material liquid is first supplied to the crystal can 110. In the crystal can 110, the supplied raw material liquid is heated to evaporate the water, thereby concentrating the raw material liquid to the supersaturated region to crystallize the sugar. Inside the crystal can 110, an
In the present embodiment, the in-
By supplying a heating medium evaporated in the
The
In the present embodiment, the
The refrigerant that has exchanged heat in the
In the present embodiment, the
The refrigerant that has exchanged heat in the
The
As described above, the
With the above configuration, the heating medium stored in the
In the present embodiment, the
The
In the present embodiment, the heating
As described above, when the heating medium evaporated by the
The
By arranging both the
In the present embodiment, the cooling means (so-called barometric condenser) for directly bringing the cooling water and the water vapor into contact with each other is exemplified, but the present invention is not limited to this. As described above, the cooling means 142 may indirectly contact the cooling water and the water vapor, and for example, a heat exchange coil, a surface capacitor, or the like can be suitably used.
A vacuum pump 144 is connected to the
Further, the
The control unit 150 controls the operation of the
In the present embodiment, the control unit 150 includes two pressure transmitters (PT: Pressure Transmitter), that is, the in-
In this embodiment, the in-
Then, as described above, the raw material liquid is heated by indirect heat exchange with the refrigerant of the
As described above, according to the
(Second Embodiment)
Next, a crystallization apparatus according to the second embodiment will be described. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
In particular, an excellent advantage can be obtained by using a heating medium evaporated in the
Therefore, by supplying the heating medium evaporated in the
Further, since the
In the present embodiment, the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the pressure of the heating medium evaporated in the
Specifically, when the supply of the heating medium evaporated in the
When the pressure detected by the in-
When the operation of the
As described above, according to the
