相隣る各柱の外側面に取付けられる受け調整金具と、
外壁パネルの裏面に設けられて上記柱側の受け調整金具に相対し、受け調整金具の受け面に衝合する調整ボルトを備え、受け調整金具に対する取付高さ位置を調整可能にする縦調整金具とを有してなることを特徴とするユニット建物。
