Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a belt tensioner device, and more particularly to a belt tensioner device for adjusting the tension of a belt that transmits rotation between a plurality of rotating shafts supported by an engine of a vehicle.
Generally, in a vehicle engine, a pulley is attached to each of the crankshaft and the rotating shaft of the auxiliary machine, and a belt is wound around these pulleys so that rotation is transmitted between the crankshaft and the rotating shaft of the auxiliary machine. It has become. The engine is also provided with a belt tensioner device for adjusting the tension of the belt wound between the pulleys.
As such a belt tensioner device, a tensioner main body supported by an engine so as to be swingable around a shaft portion provided at one end, a tension pulley rotatably supported by a swinging end of the tensioner main body, and a tension pulley There has been known one provided with an urging mechanism for urging the tensioner main body in a direction close to the belt so as to press the belt against the belt (for example, see Patent Document 1).
In this type of belt tensioner device, when replacing or attaching the belt, it is necessary to loosen the tension of the belt so that the tensioner body swings to the retracted position opposite to the biasing direction of the biasing mechanism. It has become.
By the way, it is desirable that the belt tensioner device mounted on the vehicle is configured to be held at the retracted position from the viewpoint of improving work efficiency when the belt is replaced or attached as described above.
Conventionally, as a belt tensioner device considering such work efficiency, a belt tensioner device in which a tensioner body is swingably supported on a bearing case attached to an engine, and a tensioner body having a pulley supported at a swing end is provided. It has a jig holding part extending in the opposite direction to the swing end, the bearing case has a jig abutting part located below the jig holding part, and the rod-shaped jig is interposed via the jig holding part. A configuration is known in which a tensioner body is held and fixed at a retracted position by abutting against a jig abutting portion (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
In the belt tensioner device described in
For this reason, in the belt tensioner device described in
However, in the conventional belt tensioner device described in
Further, in the conventional belt tensioner device, the tensioner main body is held and fixed using a bar-shaped jig, so that a special tool for forming a through hole and a locking part in the jig holding part and the jig contact part, respectively. There is a problem that the processing of the belt tensioner device cannot be simplified.
Further, in the conventional belt tensioner device, a bar-shaped jig for holding and fixing the tensioner main body is required separately from the belt tensioner device. For this reason, when fixing the tensioner body in the retracted position, it is necessary to perform the accompanying work of inserting the rod-shaped jig through the through hole of the jig holding part and locking it to the locking part of the jig contact part. There was a problem that it took.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and can reduce the size and simplification of the belt tensioner device, and can be specially used for holding and fixing the tensioner body in the retracted position. It is an object of the present invention to provide a belt tensioner device that does not require a jig and does not require an accompanying operation and can improve the working efficiency at the time of belt replacement or attachment work.
To achieve the above object, a belt tensioner device according to the present invention is (1) a belt tensioner device that adjusts the tension of a belt that transmits rotation between a plurality of rotating shafts supported by an engine of a vehicle. A tension pulley that applies tension to the belt by contacting with the belt, a tension pulley that rotatably supports the tension pulley, a proximity direction in which the tension pulley contacts the belt, and a separation direction in which the tension pulley is separated from the belt A tensioner body supported by the engine in a swingable manner, and a biasing mechanism for biasing the tensioner body to press the tension pulley against the belt in response to the swinging of the tensioner body in the proximity direction. A restricting hand for restricting the swinging of the tensioner body by a predetermined angle or more in the separation direction. The biasing mechanism includes an end portion that is swingably supported by the engine, and a swing end portion that is coupled to the tensioner body, and the tensioner body includes the swing end. When the connecting portion is positioned in the proximity direction from a virtual line connecting the swing center of the biasing mechanism and the swing center of the tensioner body, Energized by the energizing mechanism to swing in the approaching direction, and when the connecting portion is positioned in the separating direction from the virtual line, the energizing mechanism is biased to swing in the separating direction It is configured to be held at a predetermined retracted position by the restricting means.
With this configuration, the belt tensioner device according to the present invention is configured such that when the connecting portion is positioned in the separation direction from the imaginary line connecting the swing center of the urging mechanism and the swing center of the tensioner body, the tensioner body is in the separation direction. Since it is urged by the urging mechanism to swing and is held at a predetermined retracted position by the restricting means, the tensioner body can be held at the retracted position without using a special jig. Therefore, the belt tensioner device according to the present invention does not need to be provided with a special structure for holding and fixing the tensioner body, and can be downsized.
Moreover, since the belt tensioner device according to the present invention does not require a special jig for holding and fixing, the configuration can be simplified by eliminating the processing and special configuration for that purpose.
Further, the belt tensioner device according to the present invention does not require a special jig when holding and fixing the tensioner main body in the retracted position, and does not require any additional work for the work. Efficiency can be improved.
The belt tensioner device according to the present invention is the belt tensioner device according to the above (1), wherein (2) the restricting means is on a swinging trajectory of the tensioner body in the separation direction, and from the virtual line The tensioner body is provided at a position separated by a predetermined distance in the separation direction, and is formed by a projecting portion that projects from the engine in the axial direction of the plurality of rotating shafts, and the tensioner body abuts on the regulating member. Thus, the structure is held and fixed at the retracted position.
With this configuration, in the belt tensioner device according to the present invention, since the restricting means is configured by a protruding portion formed protruding from the engine, it is easy to use the protruding portion provided in the engine or to protrude from the engine. With this configuration, the tensioner body can be held and fixed at the retracted position.
According to the present invention, the belt tensioner device can be reduced in size and simplified, and a special jig is not required for holding and fixing the tensioner main body in the retracted position, and the accompanying work is not required. Therefore, it is possible to provide a belt tensioner device that can improve the working efficiency during belt replacement or attachment work.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
An engine to which a belt tensioner device according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the configuration will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
A crank pulley 1 is attached to the
The
An
In addition, the crank pulley 1 and the
Further, the
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
That is, the
Further, the
The urging
The
On the other hand, the
The urging
The urging
On the other hand, the urging
The restricting
The restricting
The restricting
Next, the operation of the
As shown in FIG. 3A, in the
At this time, as shown in FIG. 4A, the
By the way, in the
Next, a series of retraction operations until the
First, as shown in FIG. 3A, in the
Next, the
By this rotation, the
At this time, as shown in FIG. 4B, when the connecting
Then, as shown in FIG. 3B, when the
Thereafter, the operator performs replacement work or attachment work of the V-ribbed belt 6 with the
Here, as shown in FIG. 5, in the conventional
Such a conventional
That is, the
In the conventional
However, in the conventional
As shown in FIG. 6, in the conventional
Therefore, in the conventional
On the other hand, the
For this reason, the
Further, in the
As described above, the

Further, the
Further, in the
In the present embodiment, the restricting
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, for example, the
As described above, the belt tensioner device according to the present invention can reduce the size and simplification of the belt tensioner device, and does not require a special jig when holding and fixing the tensioner body in the retracted position. In addition, there is no need for incidental work for this purpose, and it is possible to improve work efficiency during belt replacement and installation work, and adjust the tension of the belt that transmits rotation between multiple rotating shafts supported by the vehicle engine. It is useful for a belt tensioner device.
