Description

The present invention relates to a vertical pipe fixing bracket capable of vertically installing a plurality of heat-insulated coated copper pipes used as gas pipes or liquid pipes in an air conditioner or the like.

At each construction site, for example, when performing air conditioning equipment construction, outdoor units are installed on the rooftop or outdoors, indoor units are installed in each room on each floor, and the outdoor units and indoor units are connected by refrigerant piping to provide air conditioning equipment. To complete.

Generally, a refrigerant pipe is installed in a building through a pipe rising space called a pigeon hut from an outdoor unit installed on the rooftop. However, since the general refrigerant pipe is not excellent in weather resistance, it is installed outdoors in a protective cover such as a refrigerant duct or a refrigerant rack.

Some refrigerant pipes have special weather-resistant skin layers, and there are special refrigerant pipes that do not require a protective cover even outdoors. However, the present situation is supported and fixed with U bolts or suspension bands. However, U-bolts and suspension bands are not dedicated brackets for fixing such refrigerant pipes. If the pipe size does not match, the U-bolts and suspension bands cannot be securely fixed, such as loosening, or an excessive force is applied. In some cases, the thermal insulation coating may be crushed.

As a means for fixing a different-diameter heat-insulated coated copper pipe used as a gas pipe or a liquid pipe of such an air conditioner, for example, there is a long body support described in Patent Document 1. According to this support, it is arranged side by side on the channel material, and is fixed to the channel material while pressing the side surface of the tube where the level difference is generated with the abutting support portion that matches the level difference.

In addition, as described in Patent Document 2, there is also a means for fixing the side surfaces of two heat-insulated coated copper tubes arranged side by side on the channel material to the channel material with a pipe fixing band.

In this way, heat-insulated coated copper pipes of different diameters used as gas pipes and liquid pipes for air conditioners are installed by fixing them side by side on channel materials, angle materials, etc. is there.

On the other hand, Patent Literature 3 describes a heat-insulating pipe fixing bracket that fixes two heat-insulated coated copper pipes arranged above and below the opening of a channel material together. The fixing metal fitting is a small-diameter heat-insulated copper pipe placed directly on a large-diameter heat-insulated copper pipe placed on a channel material. These heat insulation coated copper tubes are fixed by a frame fixed to the channel material while two heat insulation coated copper tubes are pressure-bonded to the channel material with operation bolts that press and urge in the direction.

According to the conventional fixing means described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the heat-insulated coated copper pipes are arranged side by side with respect to the channel material and the angle material, so that there are a large number of such as buildings and factories. When fixing the pipes of an air conditioner together, a large number of heat-insulated coated copper pipes are arranged to spread laterally with respect to the channel material and the angle material, and an extremely large piping space is required.

Moreover, in places where it is necessary to protect against weather, birds, etc., such as when installing heat-insulated copper pipes outdoors, it is necessary to attach a protective cover such as a decorative duct to a plurality of heat-insulated copper pipes installed side by side. Therefore, more piping space is required in such a place.

On the other hand, according to the fixing means described in Patent Document 3, a small-diameter heat-insulated copper pipe is directly placed on a large-diameter heat-insulated copper pipe, and these side surfaces are crimped and fixed. There is an inconvenience that the heat insulating coating layer of the tube is crushed and deformed. In particular, the heat insulating coating layer is extremely flexible because a heat insulating material such as foamed resin is used, and when the heat insulating coating layer is pressed and fixed from the side surface, each heat insulating coating is crushed and a large deformation occurs.

However, when the heat insulating coating layer is deformed in this manner, the heat insulating effect of the copper pipe is biased. If it does so, dew condensation will arise in the deformed location and there was a possibility that this dew condensation may become a water drop and cause trouble of various equipment. In patent document 3, since it is the structure which attaches protective covers, such as a piping unit, to the outer side of a heat insulation coating | coated copper pipe, even if a water drop etc. generate | occur | produce, it is the structure which prevents these malfunctions. However, in order to install this type of protective cover, an extremely large piping space, a lot of piping work, and the like are required.

Therefore, the present invention was created to solve the above-described problems, and for example, by installing a plurality of heat-insulated coated copper tubes used as gas tubes and liquid tubes used in an air conditioner in a vertical position. The installation space can be reduced to about half of the conventional size, and it can be applied even if there is a slight change in the size of various pipes. It is intended to provide.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the first means in the present invention is that the two pipes P1, P2 mounted on the gantry Q so as to be substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the gantry Q are a pair of upper and lower gantry Q. A pair of band-shaped metal fittings 1 that sandwich the side surfaces of the pipes P1 and P2, and a connection end 2 that is connected to the gantry Q is formed at the lower end of the band-like metal fitting 1. The upper and lower frames generated when the coupling notch 3 is formed in the substantially central portion of the band-shaped metal fitting 1 and the pair of band-shaped metal fittings 1 are combined at the connection notch 3 so as to intersect with each other. The upper pipe support frame 5 and the lower pipe support frame 4 and the upper pipe support frame 5 are provided so that pipes P1 and P2 having the same diameter or different diameters are sandwiched and fixed at the same time.

In the second means, the connection notch 3 is formed in a rectangular shape along the right edge of the band-shaped metal fitting 1 when the band-shaped metal fitting 1 is viewed from above with the connection end 2 facing forward, By sliding the crossing position between the connecting notches 3, the diameters of the upper and lower pipes P 1 and P 2 can be made compatible.

The connecting end 2 of the third means is formed with a fixing piece 2A bent substantially horizontally from the lower end of the belt-like metal fitting 1 and opens a bolt insertion hole 2B through which the connecting bolt R is inserted. It is constructed so as to be fixed to the gantry Q with a connecting bolt R that is drilled and passed through the bolt insertion hole 2B.

The fourth means includes a standing piece 1A that rises upward from the connecting end portion 2 at a position where the lower pipe support frame 4 is formed in the belt-shaped metal fitting 1, and extends upward from the standing piece 1A. A side piece 1B that is bent along the pipe P1 and a connecting piece 1C that extends from the side piece 1B to above the pipe P1 and that forms the connecting notch 3 are formed.

The fifth means is that, in the band-shaped metal fitting 1, the upper standing piece 1D that rises obliquely upward from the end of the connecting piece 1C at the position where the upper pipe support frame 5 is formed, and the upper standing piece 1D That is, a side piece 1E bent upward toward the pipe P2 and an upper end piece 1F extended from the side piece 1E and bent in the pipe P2 direction are formed.

The sixth means is a fixing bracket for fixing the three pipes P1, P2 and P3 mounted on the gantry Q so as to be substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the gantry Q and vertically fixed to the gantry Q as a set. A pair of band-shaped metal fittings 1 that sandwich the side surfaces of the pipes P1, P2, and P3 are formed, and a connecting end 2 that is connected to the gantry Q is formed at the lower end of the band-like metal fitting 1 and The upper and lower frames generated when the coupling notch 3 is formed at substantially the center of the metal fitting 1 and the pair of band-like metal fittings 1 are crossed at the connection notch 3 are respectively connected to the lower pipe support frame 4 and the upper pipe. An uppermost end piece 1G formed as a support frame 5 and further forming an uppermost support frame 6 on the upper tube support frame 5 is extended from the upper end of each band-shaped metal fitting 1, and the lower tube support frame 4 and the upper tube Pipes P1, P2, and P3 having the same diameter or different diameters are simultaneously provided by the support frame 5 and the uppermost support frame 6. And means for challenges overcome by providing to clamped and held.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the pipes P1 and P2 having the same diameter or different diameters are simultaneously sandwiched and fixed by the lower pipe support frame 4 and the upper pipe support frame 5, thereby being used in an air conditioner, for example. The conventional installation space to be fixed side by side like a gas pipe or a liquid pipe can be reduced to about half of the conventional one.

Furthermore, the upper and lower frames generated when the coupling notch 3 is formed at the substantially central portion of the band-shaped metal fitting 1 and the pair of band-like metal fittings 1 are combined at the connection notch 3 are respectively supported by the lower tube support frame 4 and the upper tube support. Since it is formed as the frame 5, the structure as a fixing metal fitting is extremely simplified, and it is possible to perform each operation such as manufacturing, transferring, storing and the like extremely efficiently as well as mounting work.

According to the second aspect, since the connection notch 3 is formed in a rectangular shape, the upper and lower pipes P1 and P2 can be moved by sliding the crossing position of the connection notch 3 along the connection notch 3. It is compatible with the diameter. As a result, since it adapts to various sizes of various pipes, it can be reliably fixed even if the sizes of the pipes P1 and P2 are slightly changed.

Further, since the connection notch 3 is formed along the right edge of the band-shaped metal fitting 1 when the band-like metal fitting 1 is viewed from above with the connection end 2 facing forward, the bolt insertion hole 2B is formed. When the connecting bolt R inserted through the bolt is tightened, the connection notch 3 is tightened with the tightening operation, and the mounting operation is further streamlined.

Since the connection end 2 according to claim 3 is configured to be fixed to the gantry Q by the connection bolt R, even if the gantry Q is a channel material or an angle material, the connection bolt R is interposed. And can be easily fixed.

According to the fourth and fifth aspects, the pipes P1 and P2 fixed up and down are sandwiched between the lower pipe support frame 4 and the upper pipe support frame 5 that can be relatively changed in size via the connection notch portion 3. Therefore, it can be reliably fixed even if there is a change in size adapted to various sizes of various pipes.

In addition, the clamping action of the lower pipe support frame 4 and the upper pipe support frame 5 is to always fix the side surfaces of the pipes P1 and P2 with an optimum clamping force. There is no inconvenience such as loosening and scratching with excessive tightening force. As a result, it becomes possible to freely combine the heat insulating coated copper pipes P having different diameters.

Further, according to the sixth aspect, it is possible to sandwich and fix as many as three pipes P1, P2 and P3 at the top and bottom, and it is possible to deal with more pipe situations.

According to the present invention, for example, by installing a plurality of heat-insulated copper pipes used as gas pipes and liquid pipes used in an air conditioner in a vertical position, it is possible to save the installation space to about half of the conventional one. In addition, the initial purpose of being able to securely fix even if there is a change in size adapted to various sizes of various pipes was achieved.

Examples of the present invention will be described below. The fixing bracket of the present invention is used, for example, as a bracket for fixing the heat-insulated coated copper pipe P to the gantry Q, and a pair of strip-shaped brackets 1 formed of the strip-shaped steel plate 10 and a connecting bolt for connecting the strip-shaped bracket 1 to the gantry Q. R is configured (see FIG. 1).

The heat insulation coated copper pipe P in the illustrated example is mainly used as a gas pipe or a liquid pipe in an air conditioner. The heat insulation layer B is wound around the copper pipe A, and the heat insulation layer B is further covered with a weather resistant coating material S. It is coated. Then, two heat-insulated copper pipes P, a large-diameter heat-insulated copper pipe P1 and a small-diameter heat-insulated copper pipe P2, are set as one set and mounted on the gantry Q so as to be substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the gantry Q. It is fixed (see FIG. 1).

Further, the gantry Q in the illustrated example is a steel material called a so-called cross-sectional lip grooved steel, and has a lip portion Q2 inside the opening portion Q1, and the heat insulating coated copper pipe P placed in the opening portion Q1 is connected to the lip portion. It fixes with the nut T latched to Q2 (refer FIG. 3).

The band-shaped metal fitting 1 is a member that sandwiches the side surfaces of the pipes P1 and P2, and is used by combining the pair of band-like metal fittings 1 so as to intersect (see FIG. 2). At the lower end of the band-shaped metal fitting 1, a connection end 2 is formed to be connected to the gantry Q, and the band-like metal fitting 1 and the gantry Q are connected via the connection end 2.

The connecting end portion 2 is constituted by a fixing piece 2A bent substantially horizontally from the lower end portion of the band-shaped metal fitting 1, and a bolt insertion hole 2B through which the connecting bolt R is inserted into the fixing piece 2A. Then, the connecting bolt R is passed through the bolt insertion hole 2B and fixed to the gantry Q with screws.

The connection notch 3 is formed at a substantially central portion of the band-shaped metal fitting 1, and the upper and lower frames generated when the pair of band-like metal fittings 1 are combined at the connection notch 3 are respectively the lower tube support frame 4 and the upper tube. It forms as the support frame 5 (refer FIG. 2). The lower pipe support frame 4 and the upper pipe support frame 5 are used to simultaneously clamp and fix the pipes P1 and P2 having the same diameter or different diameters.

The connection notch 3 has a rectangular shape along the right side edge of the band-like metal fitting 1 when viewed from above with one side along the longitudinal side edge of the band-like metal fitting 1, that is, the connection end 2 facing forward. (See FIG. 7). By forming the connection notch 3 in a rectangular shape, it is possible to slide the crossing position of the connection notch 3. Then, the diameters of the lower pipe support frame 4 and the upper pipe support frame 5 can be freely changed, so that the diameters of the upper and lower pipes P1 and P2 can be accommodated (see FIG. 6).

Further, when the band-like metal fitting 1 is viewed from above with the connection end 2 facing forward, a connection notch 3 is formed along the right edge of the band-like metal fitting 1 so that the connection inserted through the bolt insertion hole 2B. As the bolts R are tightened, the connection notches 3 are tightened (see FIGS. 7 and 8).

In the band-shaped metal fitting 1, standing pieces 1 </ b> A, side pieces 1 </ b> B, and connecting pieces 1 </ b> C are formed at positions where the lower pipe support frame 4 is formed (see FIG. 5).

The upright piece 1A is formed in a portion that rises upward from the connecting end 2 (see FIG. 4). In the illustrated example, an angle a formed by the fixed piece 2A of the connecting end 2 and the upstanding piece 1A is set to 80 °. Further, the side piece 1B extends upward from the standing piece 1A and is bent so as to be in contact with the side surface of the pipe P1 located at the lower part. Furthermore, the angle b formed by the standing piece 1A and the side piece 1B is set to 40 ° to 50 °.

The connecting piece 1C is a portion formed at a position where the connecting notch 3 is formed, and extends obliquely upward from the side piece 1B. By combining the connection notches 3 of the pair of connection pieces 1C, the side surfaces are connected in a substantially X shape (see FIG. 2). In the illustrated example, an angle c formed by the side piece 1B and the connecting piece 1C is set to 25 ° to 35 ° (see FIG. 4).

On the other hand, in the band-shaped metal fitting 1, an upper standing piece 1D, a side piece 1E, and an upper end piece 1F are formed at positions where the upper pipe support frame 5 is formed (see FIG. 5).

That is, the upper upright piece 1D is formed to rise obliquely upward from the end of the connecting piece 1C (see FIG. 4). In the illustrated example, the angle d formed by the connecting piece 1C and the upper standing piece 1D is set to 25 ° to 35 °. Further, the side piece 1E is bent so as to be in contact with the side surface of the pipe P2 that extends upward from the upper standing piece 1D and is located on the upper side. Further, an angle e formed by the upper upright piece 1D and the side piece 1E is set to 40 ° to 50 °. The upper end piece 1F extends from the side piece 1E and is bent in the upper pipe P2 direction, and an angle f formed by the side piece 1E and the upper end piece 1F is set to 25 ° to 35 °.

In this way, by forming the lower pipe support frame 4 and the upper pipe support frame 5 of the band-shaped metal fitting 1, it is possible to freely combine heat-insulated copper pipes P having different diameters used in, for example, an air conditioner. (See FIG. 6).

FIG. 10 shows a fixing bracket that fixes three pipes P1, P2, and P3 vertically and is fixed to the gantry Q as a set. In this embodiment, a pair of band-shaped metal fittings 1 that sandwich the side surfaces of the pipes P1, P2, and P3 are formed, and the following configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment. That is, a connecting end portion 2 to be connected to the gantry Q is formed at the lower end portion of the band-shaped metal fitting 1, and a connection notch portion 3 is formed at a substantially central portion of the band-shaped metal fitting 1. The upper and lower frames generated when the belt-shaped metal fittings 1 are combined so as to intersect with each other are formed as a lower tube support frame 4 and an upper tube support frame 5, respectively.

In this embodiment, the uppermost end piece 1 </ b> G that forms the uppermost support frame 6 on the upper tube support frame 5 is extended from the upper end of each band-shaped metal fitting 1. The lower pipe support frame 4, the upper pipe support frame 5, and the uppermost support frame 6 simultaneously clamp and fix pipes P1, P2, and P3 having the same diameter or different diameters (see FIG. 10). At this time, the uppermost end piece 1G is bent along the side surface of the uppermost pipe P3, but the uppermost end pieces 1G are formed at positions separated from each other. Therefore, the uppermost support frame 6 is provided so as to open and close together with the upper pipe support frame 5.

The band-shaped metal fitting 1 is placed and fixed on the gantry Q at the connecting end 2. In FIG. 3, the lip groove steel is used as a gantry Q, and the connecting end 2 formed at the lower end of the band-shaped metal fitting 1 is locked in the lip Q2 of the gantry Q. Further, the gantry Q may be another member such as an L-shaped steel shown in FIG.

The fixing bracket of the present invention installs and fixes a plurality of pipes such as a PVC pipe, a wire pipe, a water pipe, and a gas pipe up and down in addition to the heat-insulated coated copper pipe P having a different diameter used in an air conditioner.
