Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method of coating a wall applied to an outer wall of a wooden building.
There are about four problems with mortar base. First, the curing period for drying takes a long time (it depends greatly on changes in climate and temperature). Secondly, it is somewhat troublesome to form a “breathable layer” for preventing deterioration of the wooden outer wall. Third, it tends to crack due to the shaking and movement of the building. Fourth, because there are many on-site work processes, the finish is likely to vary due to the technology of the installer.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for forming an outer wall that shortens the construction period, facilitates the formation of a ventilation layer, does not crack, and has a small finished variation.
Use ceramic-based siding material (industrialized outer wall material made of cement, ceramic, or metal) without using mortar as the base. Highly elastic materials and glass fiber nets that cover the entire building are used as finishing materials.
According to the outer wall forming method of the present invention, since no mortar is used, the construction period can be shortened, and the site cost is reduced.
Deterioration prevention performance of the outer wall of the wooden building is improved, and the building can last longer.
The beauty of the exterior of the wooden building can be maintained for a long time, reducing maintenance costs.
Easy to manage finish uniformity.
The case where the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a structural frame of a frame wall construction method (two-by-four construction method) will be described. It consists of a 1st process to an 8th process. The second step (pasting the waterproof material) and the seventh step (pasting the moisture-proof material) can be omitted. The most characteristic steps of the present invention are the fifth step (attachment of ceramic siding material) and the sixth step (undercoating, glass fiber netting, overcoating). This replaces the conventional mortar base. The first to fourth steps, and the seventh and eighth steps are conventional. In order to clarify the positioning of the entire outer wall forming method, not only the characteristic part but also the preceding and following processes will be described together.
The first step is attachment of the base set and the structural face material. In the foundation set, use a vertical frame that does not bend and attach it vertically to the base at intervals of 500 mm or less. The structural face material is attached to the surface of the vertical frame using a structural face material fastening material.
The second step is the application of waterproofing material. When the waterproof material is attached, it should be horizontal or vertical, and the upper / lower / left / right overlapping margin should be 100 mm or more, and it should be attached to the surface of the structural surface material so that there is no sagging or wrinkle using the waterproof material fixing fastener.
The third step is attachment of a heat insulating material. The heat insulating material is filled between the vertical frames.
The fourth step is attachment of the trunk edge. The trunk edge is attached to the surface of the waterproof paper or the structural face material by using a fastening element for fixing the trunk edge.
The fifth step is attachment of a ceramic siding material. The ceramic siding material is attached to the surface of the trunk edge using a fixing material for fixing the ceramic siding material.
The sixth step is construction of a coating material. First, undercoat. Apply enough iron pressure and rub down to about 3mm thickness. Next, a glass fiber net is stretched. The combined margin of the glass fiber net is 100 mm or more, and construction is performed so that no sagging or wrinkles are generated. After applying the glass fiber net, take a curing period of one day or more and apply a highly elastic top coat to a thickness of about 3 mm.
The seventh step is to attach a moisture-proof material. Moisture-proofing material should be horizontally or vertically stretched, and the upper / lower / left / right stacking margin should be 100 mm or more, and it should be attached to the interior of the interior material so that there will be no sagging or wrinkles using the moisture-proofing material fixing.
The eighth step is attachment of the interior material. The interior material is attached to the vertical frame using a fastening material for securing the interior material. Apply gypsum putty to the joints.
Hereinafter, the fifth step (attachment of ceramic siding material) and the sixth step (construction of coating material), which are features of the present invention, will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Generally speaking, the outer wall forming method according to the present invention is as shown in FIG. 1, wherein a
