Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an in-vehicle charging system and a plug-in electric vehicle including the same, and is particularly suitable for use in improving safety against an electric shock accident.
HEV(Hybrid Electric
In recent years, HEV (Hybrid Electric) that appropriately selects electric motor and internal combustion engine systems and supplies power to drive wheels.
Vehicle) has been put into practical use. Furthermore, along with advances in technological development related to in-vehicle batteries, long-distance running with battery power becomes possible, and in response, HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) equipped with a plug-in charging mechanism will be commercialized. It is. In addition, EVs (Electric Vehicles) have been introduced in which the internal combustion engine is excluded from the configuration of the vehicle and the vehicle is driven only by the electric motor. Hereinafter, the plug-in HEV and EV are referred to as a plug-in electric vehicle.
As shown in FIG. 7, the plug-in electric vehicle 1 includes a power system 10 including a high-
The low-voltage side power system 10b is connected to the rear stage of the
The plug-in type electric vehicle according to the conventional example described above is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-136510 (Patent Document 1), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-069512 (Patent Document 2), and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-219733 (Patent Document 3). ), JP 2009-017675 A (Patent Document 4), JP 2009-095157 A (Patent Document 5), and the like, and is widely known in this technical field.
However, in the technique described with reference to FIG. 7, when some insulation failure occurs and a leakage current flows from the high-
As a workaround for such a problem, even if a device for emergency shutting off the power supply line is used, if a mistake in detecting a leakage current occurs accidentally, a power supply line shutoff device (corresponding to the shutoff means in the claims) is provided. There is a possibility that a leakage current flows through the vehicle body and the person who contacts the vehicle body gets an electric shock as described above. Therefore, in-vehicle charging systems are provided with a recovery function that drives the circuit breaker even if a leakage current detection error occurs, and a multiple safety design that protects the human body from electric shock accidents even if unforeseen circumstances such as sensor failure occur. Is required. In addition, the in-vehicle charging system increases the risk of an electric shock accident if a leakage current flows through the vehicle body. Therefore, the circuit breaker is activated before the leakage current flows through the vehicle body to prevent an electric shock accident. Safety function is required.
In view of the above problems, it is a first object of the present invention to provide an in-vehicle charging system capable of protecting a person in contact with a vehicle body from an electric shock accident and a plug-in electric vehicle including the same. A second object of the present invention is to provide an in-vehicle charging system capable of reliably functioning a shut-off device that prevents an electric shock accident and a plug-in electric vehicle including the same. Furthermore, a third object is to provide an in-vehicle charging system provided with a safety function for preventing the occurrence of an electric shock accident and a plug-in type electric vehicle including the same.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration of an in-vehicle charging system. That is, a charging connector provided on the vehicle body, a power conversion circuit for converting commercial power supplied via a power line and supplying charging power to a high voltage battery mounted on the vehicle, and supplying the commercial power And a cutoff means for shutting off power supply to the power conversion circuit by the commercial power by shutting off the power supply line when a leakage state is detected,
The blocking means is connected between the charging connector and the power conversion circuit.
Moreover, in this invention, it is good also as a structure of the following vehicle-mounted charging systems. That is, a power conversion circuit that converts commercial power supplied via a power supply line and supplies charging power to a high-voltage battery mounted on a vehicle, and a leakage state detected when the commercial power is supplied Insulation state for judging whether the insulation state between the power system configured in the vehicle and the vehicle body is good or bad, and the cutoff means for shutting off the power supply line and stopping the power supply to the power conversion circuit by the commercial power It is assumed that at least a determination circuit and a cutoff operation inducing circuit that causes the cutoff unit to perform a cutoff operation according to a determination signal of the insulation state determination circuit are provided.

Preferably, the cutoff operation inducing circuit includes the first conduction means and the second conduction means for making the one power line and the other power line on the output side of the breaker conductive or non-conductive. Equipped,
The second conduction unit is switched between a conduction state and a non-conduction state according to a detection signal of the leakage detection circuit, and the first conduction unit is turned on or off according to a switching state of the second conduction unit. It is assumed that the non-conduction state is switched.
Preferably, the blocking means is activated when a current balance of the plurality of power supply lines is lost. More preferably, the blocking means is a breaker.
Furthermore, the present invention may be a plug-in electric vehicle equipped with the in-vehicle charging system according to any of the above-described inventions.
According to the in-vehicle charging system of the present invention, since the breaker is provided between the charging connector installed in the vehicle body and the power conversion circuit arranged in the vehicle, when the leakage current is generated in the vehicle, By electrically disconnecting the connector and the in-vehicle charging system, the plug-in electric vehicle equipped with the in-vehicle charging system can protect the person who touches the vehicle body from an electric shock caused by the leakage current. It becomes possible.
Further, according to the in-vehicle charging system according to the present invention, since the determination signal is output when the vehicle is turned on, if the determination signal indicates an insulation failure, the commercial power source is connected to the charging connector. At the moment, the breaker is forcibly cut off, and the electrical connection between the charging connector and the vehicle power system is cut off immediately. Further, according to the plug-in electric vehicle according to the present invention, when insulation failure of the power system is confirmed, the power line is immediately cut off at the moment when the commercial power source is connected to the charging connector. The flow of the leakage current is prevented in advance, and it is possible to protect people (passengers, charging workers, etc.) who are in contact with the vehicle body from an electric shock accident.
Furthermore, according to the in-vehicle charging system according to the present invention, a double safety design is provided in preparation for an unforeseen situation such as a circuit failure, so that the breaker can be reliably cut off. Further, in the plug-in electric vehicle according to the present invention, the breaker breaking operation is reliably implemented by the double safety design, so that the leakage current flow is completely suppressed, and thereby the person who contacts the vehicle body ( It is possible to protect passengers, charging workers, etc.) from electric shock accidents.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the power system 100 of the plug-in type electric vehicle includes a high voltage
The in-
If an insulation failure occurs in any part of the electric power system 100 provided in the vehicle, the leakage current flows through the location where the insulation failure occurs when commercial power is turned on. It causes ground current to flow in the body of the person who is in contact. When the earth current becomes 10 mA to 20 mA, the muscles of the human body are convulsed and it is difficult to move away from the vehicle body by itself, and when it reaches 50 mA, the human body is killed. For this reason, in the case of this Embodiment, the apparatus which can detect the said electric current before the electric current value of a leakage current becomes large is preferable. For this reason, it is preferable to use a breaker device that can perform appropriate sensitivity setting.
According to the in-
By the way, when an unnecessary wiring is connected to the front side of the
For this reason, in the in-
Therefore, according to the in-
Here, in the in-vehicle power system 100, from the viewpoint of ensuring safety against an electric shock accident, a recovery function that can drive the
FIG. 2 shows a circuit configuration of the in-

The
The
The insulation
FIG. 2 shows an example of a circuit configuration including a current generation circuit 124a and a
The
Therefore, in the insulation
The insulation
In addition, since the
In the figure, a transistor Trm is connected to the output line of the comparator COMP, and a detection signal from the comparator is amplified by a control system voltage (for example, 12 volts). However, as long as the voltage value of the determination signal Sc is sufficiently high and the subsequent cutoff
As shown in FIG. 2, the interruption
One end of the wiring is connected to one power supply line Pn1 on the input side (contact part C) of the
On the other hand, as shown in the figure, the second conduction means L2 has one end (contact point B1) of the wiring connected to the power supply line Pp1 and the other end (contact point B2) of the wiring connected to the power supply line Pn1 on the output side of the
The determination signal transmission means L3 includes a coil portion of the relay device Ry2, one end connected to the output terminal of the transistor Trm (or the signal output terminal of the host control circuit 123), and the other end connected to the vehicle body Cb of the vehicle. Yes. The determination signal transmission means L3 excites the coil portion of the relay device Ry2 when the determination signal Sc (including the signal SC ′ obtained by amplifying the determination signal Sc) supplied from the insulation state determination circuit side is in a high state. Then, the switch mechanism of the relay device Ry2 is closed.
The operation of the in-
First, with reference to FIG. 4, a description will be given of a scene where the determination signal is good insulation. When the commercial power source is connected to the charging
Next, with reference to FIG. 5, a scene where the determination signal is an insulation failure will be described. As described above, since the determination signal is output at the same time as when the control system power is turned on, as shown in FIG. 5A, the determination signal Sc ′ amplified by the transistor Trm flows into the determination signal transmitting means L3. . At this time, in the relay device Ry2, the coil portion is excited and the switch mechanism is closed. Then, since a potential difference is generated between the contact part B1 of the power supply line Pp1 and the contact part B2 of the power supply line Pn1, a correlation current between the power supply lines flows through the second conduction means L2, thereby the relay device. In Ry1, the coil unit of the relay device Ry1 is excited, and the switch mechanism of the device is closed. At this time, since the contact portion C and the contact portion B1 are conducted, the interphase current Ik flows through the first conduction means L1. In the first conduction means L1, the interphase current Ik is adjusted by the resistor Rr.
As shown in FIG. 5 (b), when the interphase current Ik flows through the first conduction means L1, the balance between the current flowing in the input direction and the current flowing in the feedback direction is lost. Therefore, in the zero-phase current transformer ZCT, the magnetic flux In response to the change, the detection voltage is output from the secondary coil. The amplifier IS receives the detection voltage, amplifies the voltage value, and shuts off the tripping device MS to which the voltage is applied. That is, the first conduction means L1 plays a role of forcibly disturbing the current balance of the power supply line in the zero-phase current transformer ZCT and forcibly breaking the
When the
4 and 5, the case where the
As described above, according to the in-
In addition, the
In other words, according to the in-
In general, in the plug-in type electric vehicle 1 (see FIG. 7) according to the conventional example, an insulating structure is provided in the power conversion circuit built in the charging
The
However, in the technique described with reference to FIG. 8, the insulation transformer T <b> 1 is incorporated in the charging
FIG. 6 shows a
As shown in the figure, the
The
The step-down
The
According to the in-
Moreover, according to the plug-in type electric vehicle equipped with the on-vehicle charging system, the downsizing and cost reduction of the charging system contributes to downsizing and cost reduction of the entire vehicle. In addition, as the charging system is reduced in noise, stable operation of the entire power system in the vehicle can be expected.
