Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、それぞれ主モジュールを形成する複数の変換器アセンブリ用の格納筐を含む変換器装置に関する。この変換器アセンブリはそれぞれサブモジュールからなり、そのサブモジュールはそれぞれスイッチモジュールおよびコンデンサモジュールとして形成される。格納筐は、変換器アセンブリの電気接続のための接続素子を有し、かつ、各変換器アセンブリに対して、それを機械的に配置するためのレールシステムを有する。コンデンサモジュールは、関連するスイッチモジュールに電気接続するためのDC電圧接点素子と、摺動素子とを有する。スイッチモジュールは、冷却装置と、パワー半導体モジュールと、専用の摺動素子とを有する。サブモジュールの摺動素子は、格納筐のレールシステムの同じレール内に積重ね方式で配置される。

Claims (7)
- それぞれ主モジュールを形成する複数の変換器アセンブリ(4)用の収納装置(2)を備えて成るモジュール構造の変換器装置(1)であり、前記変換器アセンブリ(4)はそれぞれサブモジュールからなり、そのサブモジュールはそれぞれスイッチモジュール(6)およびコンデンサモジュール(8)として形成される変換器装置(1)であって、
前記収納装置(2)が、前記変換器アセンブリ(4)の回路適合した電気接続のための少なくとも1つの接続素子(22、24、26)を有し、かつ、各変換器アセンブリ(4)に対して、それを機械的に配置するためのレールシステム(20)を有し、
前記コンデンサモジュール(8)は、複数のコンデンサ(800)と、関連する前記スイッチモジュール(6)のDC電圧接点素子(62、64)および前記収納装置(2)の接続素子(22、24、26)に電気接続するための少なくとも1つのDC電圧接点素子(82、84)と、摺動素子(80)とを有し、
前記スイッチモジュール(6)は、冷却装置(600)と、その上に配置される少なくとも1つのパワー半導体モジュール(610)と、AC電圧接点素子(66)およびDC電圧接点素子(62、64)と、摺動素子(60)とを有し、
主モジュール(4)のサブモジュール(6、8)の前記各摺動素子(60、80)を、前記収納装置(2)のレールシステムの関連する同じレール(20)内に、積重ね方式で配置して、それで前記収納装置(2)の接続素子(22、24、26)がその積重ねの第1部分を形成し、前記コンデンサモジュール(8)がその積重ねの第2部分を形成し、前記スイッチモジュール(6)がその積重ねの第3部分を形成し、かつ、それによって、その積重ねの各部分の必要な回路適合した電気接続が形成され得る、
変換器装置。 - 前記冷却装置(600)それぞれが水冷装置であり、前記収納装置(2)が、その各冷却装置(600)にクイック作動の閉止器(14)を介して接続できる中央ライン(10)を有する、請求項1に記載の変換器装置。
- 前記収納装置(2)が格納筐として形成され、その背面側に、2極を有するDC電圧接続素子(22、24)として、かつ、少なくとも1つの相を有するAC電圧接続素子(26)として構成された接続素子(22、24、26)が配置される、請求項1に記載の変換器装置。
- 主モジュール(4)の前記レールシステム(20)が、前記サブモジュール(6、8)の摺動素子(60、80)をガイドするための少なくとも2つのU字形体を有し、それらが前記格納筐(2)の背面側から前面側に延びている、請求項3に記載の変換器装置。
- 前記コンデンサモジュール(8)のDC電圧接点素子(82、84)が、前記格納筐(2)の前面側から操作し得るネジ締結(802)によって、前記格納筐(2)のDC電圧接続素子(22、24)に導電接続される、請求項3に記載の変換器装置。
- 前記スイッチモジュール(6)とそれに関連するコンデンサモジュール(8)とのそれぞれのDC電圧接点素子(62、64)が、前記格納筐(2)の前面側から操作し得るネジ締結(602)によって導電接続される、請求項3に記載の変換器装置。
- 前記各変換器アセンブリ(4)に付属する少なくとも1つのAC電圧接続素子(26)が、前記レールシステム(20)に平行に配置された付加部分(260)を有し、その付加部分は、前記レールシステム(20)に沿う前記主モジュール(4)の動きの空間を制限しない、請求項3に記載の変換器装置。
