Abstract
【解決手段】潤滑油基油に、下記一般式(1)で表される(A)酸性リン酸エステルが組成物全量基準で0.02〜0.1質量%、及び下記一般式(2)で表される(B)脂肪族モノアミンが組成物全量基準で0.005〜0.1質量%、を含有することを特徴とする潤滑油組成物。

(式(1)中、R1は炭素数4〜8の直鎖アルキル基を示し、mは1又は2である。mが2の場合、R1は同一であっても異なってもよい。)

(式(2)中、R2は炭素数12〜18の直鎖アルキル基又は直鎖アルケニル基を示し、nは1〜3の整数である。nが2又は3の場合、R2はそれぞれ同一であっても異なってもよい。)

Description
摩擦低減剤として、これまでさまざまな極圧剤や油性剤が用いられてきた。昨今の工作機械においては特に工作精度に対する要求が高まっており、工作精度に重要な影響を与える低速領域における摩擦低減を実現するために、リン酸エステル、酸性リン酸エステル、亜リン酸エステル、カルボン酸、イオウ化合物、アミン類等が用いられている(例えば、特許文献1を参照)。また、酸性リン酸エステルをアルキルアミンで中和することにより安定性を向上させることが試みられていた(例えば、特許文献2を参照)。
また、油性剤の1つとして、モノアミン、ポリアミンおよびアルカノールアミンなどのアミン類を配合してもよいことが多くの特許文献(例えば、特許文献2)に記載され、モノアミンやポリアミンについてはそれらアミン単体の配合が記載され、アルカノールアミンについては酸性リン酸エステルとのアミン塩やカルボン酸とのアミドなど、塩を形成する化合物として用いる方法が記載されている(例えば、特許文献3)。
このように様々な潤滑性向上剤が検討され、摩擦性能や耐ステイン性など長期に亘っての性能の向上や維持がなされてきたが、すべり案内面油では位置決め精度など、さらなる改良が求められている。また、火災に対する安全性に関しては未だ十分とは言えず、引火点が250℃未満の製品が多く見受けられる。
すなわち、本発明は以下のとおりである。

R2 nNH3−n ・・・・・・(2)
(式(2)中、R2は炭素数12〜18の直鎖アルキル基又は直鎖アルケニル基を示し、nは1〜3の整数である。nが2又は3の場合、R2はそれぞれ同一であっても異なってもよい。)
鉱油系基油としては、その製法に特に制限はなく、例えば、原油を常圧蒸留および減圧蒸留して得られた潤滑油留分に対して、溶剤脱れき、溶剤抽出、水素化分解、溶剤脱ろう、接触脱ろう、水素化精製、硫酸洗浄、白土処理等の精製手段を1種もしくは2種以上適宜組み合わせて適用して得られるパラフィン系またはナフテン系の鉱油を挙げることができる。
炭素数が4未満及び炭素数が8を超えると、位置決め性能が劣って好ましくない。
炭素数が12未満及び炭素数が18を超えると、位置決め性能が劣って好ましくない。
かかる(A)成分と(B)成分の反応生成物の含有量は、組成物全量基準で0.005〜0.1質量%が好ましく、より好ましくは0.008〜0.08質量%である。
したがって、本発明の潤滑油組成物は、低摩擦性や耐ステイン性が要求される様々な用途で好適に使用される。中でも、工作機械等のすべり案内面(摺動面)用の潤滑油として使用した場合に、本発明の効果がより一層発揮される。
表1、表2の各例に示すような組成を有する各種の本発明に係る潤滑油組成物及び比較例のための潤滑油組成物をそれぞれ調製した。各組成物の調製に用いた成分は、以下のとおりである。なお、引火点はJIS K 2265「原油及び石油製品−引火点試験方法(クリーブランド開放式)」に準拠して測定した。
基油1:溶剤脱ろう、水素化精製したパラフィン系鉱油(粘度指数98、硫黄分0.62質量%、40℃における動粘度68.8mm2/s、引火点256℃)
A1:モノn−ヘキシルアシッドホスフェートとジn−ヘキシルアシッドホスフェートの混合物(リン含有量:14.5質量%)
A2:モノn−オクチルアシッドホスフェートとジn−オクチルアシッドホスフェートの混合物(リン含有量:11.6質量%)
A3:モノn−ラウリルアシッドホスフェートとジn−ラウリルアシッドホスフェートの混合物(リン含有量:8.6質量%)
A4:モノn−オレイルアシッドホスフェートとジn−オリルアシッドホスフェートの混合物(リン含有量:6.6質量%)
A5:ジメチルアシッドホスフェート,ジエチルアシッドホスフェート,ジn-プロピルアシッドホスフェートの混合物。
A6:モノ2−エチルヘキシルアシッドホスフェートとジ2−エチルヘキシルアシッドホスフェートの混合物(リン含有量:12.0質量%)
B1:ラウリルアミン
B2:オレイルアミン
B3:ヘキシルアミン
B4:イコシルアミン
B5:ジ−2−エチルヘキシルアミン
B6:ジ−イソトリデシルアミン
NC精密旋盤における任意の座標からZ軸方向に10秒ごとにプラス方向へ1μmずつ、計20回、早送りの速度(24m/min)での微小送りを行うように数値制御で指令し、その後続いてマイナス方向に同様の微小送りを行うように指令した。実際の移動量を静電容量型変位計で測定し、数値制御指令に対する旋盤の案内面の応答精度を潤滑油ごとに測定した。
位置決め精度の評価はプラス方向に送った後、マイナス方向に反転させる指令に対し、実際に動き出すまでに必要な指令数を評価値とした。
試験は25℃にて行い、試験油にて十分に慣らし運転を行った後に各試験油について3回繰り返して測定し、その平均値を求めた。
表1及び表2に記載の組成物を透明なガラス瓶(容量100mL)に80mL採取し栓をして、遮光した状態で0℃の恒温槽内に30日放置した。その後外観を目視で確認し、濁りや沈殿が無いものを合格とした。

- 潤滑油基油に、
(A)成分として下記一般式(1)で表される酸性リン酸エステルが組成物全量基準で0.02〜0.1質量%、及び
(B)成分として下記一般式(2)で表される脂肪族モノアミンが組成物全量基準で0.005〜0.1質量%、
を含有することを特徴とする潤滑油組成物。

- 工作機械のすべり案内面に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 引火点が250℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の潤滑油組成物。
