Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-touch opening/closing cap having a fall preventing function for beverage bottle which is configured to easily, safely, and hygienically open/close a beverage bottle in a single operation. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of steps of protrusions are provided on the outer periphery of a cylindrical tap section of the beverage bottle body. Description

本発明は、飲料用ボトルに、簡単で、安全で、衛生的で、ワンタッチで、キャップの開閉ができる、飲料ボトル用落下防止付きワンタッチ開閉キャップに関するものである。  The present invention relates to a one-touch opening / closing cap for beverage bottles that is capable of opening / closing a cap for beverage bottles, which is simple, safe, hygienic, and can be opened / closed with one touch.

従来、飲料用のボトルのキャップには、ネジ回転式の蓋があった。

そのために、次のような問題点があった。
（イ）ネジ回転式キャップの場合、片手での開閉が困難であり、荷物を手にしている場合 等、不便であった。

（ロ）ペットボトル用ネジ回転式キャップの場合、下部約５ｍｍ巾のゴミ分別が容易では なかった。
（ハ）スチール缶、アルミ缶のネジ回転式キャップは、端口が鋭利なため、ケガ等の危険 性があった。
（ニ）タブ式蓋の場合、回栓時にタブを起こす際に、爪を痛める危険性があった。
（ホ）タブ式蓋の場合、一度回栓したら飲み口が開放のままであり、こぼしたり、ゴミ混 入したり不衛生であった。
本発明は、これらの問題点を解決されるためになされたものである。Therefore, there are the following problems.

以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
飲料用ボトル飲み口部を円筒形にし、その最上部にと凸部を、また、その下部の外周に数段の凸部を設ける。
それに嵌合するヒンジ付きキャップを装着することにより、キャップを落とすこともなく、片手でも簡単に、キャップを開閉して、栓をすることができる。
なおかつ、使用済み後は、本体とキャップを簡単、完全に分別処理できることを特徴とする飲料ボトル用落下防止付きワンタッチ開閉キャップである。
飲料用ボトルの飲み口部に、それに嵌合する型に発明されたキャップを装着する。
そのキャップは固定部と開栓部で構成されているが未開栓時は薄肉部で繋がれており安全が確認できる。
なおかつキャップはヒンジで繋がれており、開栓時にキャップを失くすこともなく簡単に再開栓でき、内容物をこぼすこともなく衛生的である。
キャップはプラスチック製とし、鋭利部もなく安全であり、使用済後は簡単に分別処理できる。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.

本発明の実施例を説明する。
（イ）ボトル本体に内容物充填後、一体成形されたキャップを圧入装着する。
圧入時は、キャップ開閉部本体（１）、キャップ装着用補助凸部（３）、ロック部 補強厚肉部（５）を利用すると無理なく装着できる。
装着後は、図（１０）、図（１１）の状態になり、未開栓確認用薄肉部（６）にて 、未開栓の確認ができる。
（ロ）片手でボトルを保持または固定しながら、その手の親指等でキャップ開栓用凸部（ ２）を押し上げて開栓する。
（ハ）閉栓する場合は、キャップ開閉部本体（１）をボトル飲み口部に上から被せ軽く押 さえるだけで閉栓完了できる。
（ニ）開栓時のキャップはヒンジ（４）をもって、キャップ開閉部本体（１）、キャップ 固定部本体（７）が繋がれているため、落としたり紛失したりすることがない。
（ホ）閉栓時は、密着用凸部（１５）と密着用突起部（１０）および密着用凹部（１１） がまた密着およびロック補助凹部（１２）と密着およびロック補助凸部（１６）が密 着し密封精度が維持されロック用凹部（１３）とロック用凸部（１７）およびロック 用凹部（２１）とロック用凸部（１７）をもってロック固定される。
（ヘ）密着性をより確実にするためギャップ調整部（２０）のギャップを確保しておく。
（ト）さらに必要に応じて、密着およびロック補助凸部（１６）同様の凸部を一段増設す ることにより、その密封精度とロック性能が強化される。
（チ）より高度な密封精度が要求される場合は、密着用凹部（１１）に安全基準を満足し たシリコーンゴム等を施すことで解決できる。
（リ）ボトル使用中のキャップ固定部（７）はボトル本体のロック用凸部（１７）および 落下防止凸部（１８）がストッパーとなり抜け落ちない。
（ヌ）使用済後のキャップは開栓し、ヒンジ（４）部を強く引張ると切り欠き部（１４） より切り裂かれて、図９の如く分離され、ボトル本体と完全に分別処理できる。Examples of the present invention will be described.
