Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a test blood container that collects (stores) test blood and a blood collection device including the test blood container.
Usually, the blood collection device includes a blood collection needle, a parent bag for storing blood collected through the blood collection needle, a blood collection tube for connecting the blood collection needle and the parent bag, and a first blood introduction tube branched from the middle of the blood collection tube And a test bag (corresponding to the test blood container in the present invention) communicated with the blood collection tube via the initial blood introduction tube.
In such a blood collection device, blood from the donor (donor) is collected (stored) in the parent bag, that is, before the main blood collection, the initial blood of the donor is collected from the entrance of the test bag. Collect (store) in the inspection bag. Further, the collected first-stream blood is discharged from the outlet of the test bag to a test instrument such as a vacuum blood collection tube and used as test blood for various tests.
Therefore, the blood collection device having such a configuration has an advantage that blood for examination used for various examinations can be easily collected (stored). In addition, even when bacteria that are present in the skin or under the skin are mixed into the blood when blood is collected, the bacteria in the blood collected (stored) in the parent bag can be removed because the contaminated primary blood can be removed to the test bag. There is an advantage that contamination can be prevented.
However, since the outflow of the initial blood to the test device is performed through the outlet (luer needle) arranged at the bottom of the test bag, the initial blood is not discharged with the luer needle facing downward. Then, the air in the inspection bag is caught in the initial blood and flows out into the inspection instrument together with the initial blood. This entrainment of air causes a decrease in the amount of collected (removed) primary blood.
In order to prevent such air entrainment,
However, in the conventional inspection bag, since the bag body of the inspection bag is made of a flexible synthetic resin sheet, the volume of the bag body (blood reservoir) changes due to the expansion and swelling of the synthetic resin sheet. There is a problem that the amount of initial blood collected (stored) easily varies. Further, in the conventional test bag, the partition portion is a seal portion formed by fusion or the like, and therefore the seal portion is likely to hinder the collection (storage) of the initial blood, and a predetermined amount of the initial flow is set. There is also a problem that it takes a long time to store blood. In the conventional testing bag, when the primary blood flows out, if the testing bag is used sideways, air may be caught in the primary blood.
Therefore, the present invention was created to solve such a problem, and the purpose of the present invention is, for example, that blood used for a test such as initial blood is not entrained with air and accurately in a preset amount. Another object of the present invention is to provide a test blood container that can be collected (stored) in a short time and a blood collection device including the test blood container.
In order to solve the above problems, a blood container for testing according to the present invention includes a container main body for storing blood used for a test, a blood inflow port for allowing blood to flow into the container main body, and a storage in the container main body. The container main body is formed in a cylindrical shape having a bellows-shaped peripheral wall that expands and contracts in the axial direction by the inflow or outflow of blood.
According to the above configuration, the container body has a bellows-shaped peripheral wall, so that when blood (for example, initial flow blood) flows from the blood inflow port, the container body is pivoted by the pressure of the blood that flows (self-weight). The blood is stored in the container body portion. Then, when a predetermined amount of blood is stored, the container main body portion has the largest elongation (volume change), the container main body portion does not extend any more, and the flow of blood into the container main body portion stops. That is, because the container main body portion has only a certain amount of volume change due to the bellows-shaped peripheral wall, variation in the amount of blood that flows in or is stored is reduced. And since the partition part (seal | sticker part) which becomes obstructive of blood inflow is not formed in the container main-body part conventionally, inflow of blood becomes smooth.
Furthermore, by connecting a test instrument such as a vacuum blood collection tube to the blood outflow port, blood stored in the test instrument can be easily drained through the blood outflow port. At that time, the container main body portion contracts in the axial direction by the restoring force of the peripheral wall according to the pressure (self-weight) of the stored blood reduced by the blood outflow. And the air mixed in the container main body is contained in the upper side of the container main body, and the opening end of the blood outflow port is always in the blood storage area, so that the air is not caught in the blood flowing out to the test instrument. It is suppressed.
The test blood container according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the test blood container, the container main body portion is made of a hard material.
According to the said structure, since the expansion | extension of the container main-body part more than a fixed amount is suppressed by the bellows-shaped surrounding wall which consists of hard materials, the dispersion | variation in the amount of blood flowing in or stored becomes still smaller.
The test blood container according to the present invention is the test blood container, wherein the blood inflow port is disposed on one end side of the container main body and the blood outflow port is disposed on the other end of the container main body. It is characterized by being.
According to the above configuration, the inflow of blood from the blood inflow port and the outflow of blood from the blood outflow port are in a direction along the expansion / contraction direction of the container main body, so that the inflow and outflow of blood are smooth. become.
The test blood container according to the present invention is characterized in that in the test blood container, both the blood inflow port and the blood outflow port are arranged on one end side of the container main body.
According to the said structure, since both the blood inflow port and the blood outflow port are arrange | positioned at the one end side of a container main-body part, the inflow and outflow operation | work of blood become easy.
The blood container for testing according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the blood container for testing, the blood outflow port extends into the container main body.
According to the above configuration, even if blood flows out with the blood outflow port facing upward, the air mixed into the container main body is above the opening end of the blood outflow port, that is, the extended blood outflow port. Since it is contained in the region surrounded by the container main body (the peripheral wall and the lower end surface), the entrainment of air into the blood flowing out to the test instrument is suppressed.
In the test blood container according to the present invention, in the test blood container, the blood outflow port is attached to a cylindrical holder having an opening for inserting a test instrument at one end, and the other end of the holder, And a needle assembly having a hollow needle communicating with the container main body.
According to the above configuration, the blood outflow port includes the holder and the needle assembly, so that the blood stored in the container main body easily flows out to the inspection instrument (for example, a vacuum blood collection tube).
A blood collection device according to the present invention includes a blood collection needle, a storage unit that stores blood collected through the blood collection needle, a blood collection line that connects the blood collection needle and the storage unit, and a middle part of the blood collection line A branch line that branches and the test blood container that communicates with the blood collection line via the branch line are provided.
According to the said structure, by providing the said blood container for a test | inspection, the blood (initial flow blood) of the preset quantity without air mixing can be extract | collected (storage).
The blood collection device according to the present invention is characterized in that in the blood collection device, the reservoir is a blood bag or a blood separator.
According to the said structure, when a storage part is a blood bag or a blood separator, it can utilize as a blood bag system or a blood component collection circuit.
According to the test blood container and the blood collection device according to the present invention, for example, blood used for the test such as initial blood is collected in a preset amount with high accuracy and in a short time (storage). it can.
An embodiment of a test blood container according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The container
The
Moreover, it is preferable that the container main-
The
The
Moreover, it is preferable that the
Furthermore, it is preferable that the
Next, the state of the
First, the case where the
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), when blood flows in from the
As shown in FIG. 2B, when the decompression
Further, a case where the
Then, as shown in FIG. 3B, when blood flows out from the
Further, the case where the
As shown in FIG. 4, when blood flows in from the
Although not shown, when the decompression
Next, another embodiment of the test blood container according to the present invention will be described.
In the above description, the example in which the blood inflow port and the blood outflow port are arranged on different end surfaces of the container main body has been described. However, the arrangement of the blood inflow / outflow ports in the test blood container is not limited to the above arrangement. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, in the
Further, the
Next, a blood collection device according to the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 6, the blood collection device 51 (blood bag system) includes a
The
The
One end of a

Next, a blood processing method using the aforementioned test blood container and blood collection instrument will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 6, in the blood collection instrument 51, the
In this state, the
In the
Next, blood collection (main blood collection) into the
In this case, the flow path in the sealing
In addition, if it is possible to see the state of the donor and blood collection, in parallel with the blood collection into the
In order to perform sampling, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2B, a decompression
As shown in FIG. 6, in collecting blood into the
Although not shown, the blood stored in the
As mentioned above, although embodiment of the blood container for a test | inspection and blood collection instrument of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, For example, in the blood collection instrument of this invention, a blood bag is used as a storage part. Instead of this, a blood separator (for example, a centrifugal separator or a membrane separator) may be provided. That is, the blood collection device is not limited to the blood bag system, and may be a blood component collection circuit.
